Ria Arena 4: Saya's HillLooks: This arena is a top a peaceful hill. It is said that the hero of Ria, Saya used to sit here and look into the sky for her lost comrade (and rummored love) Truinis. The arena is a temporary large metal sheet which is easily changable (Somehow don't ask technology yo XD). The Area is overlooking the ancient forest, so there is a very nice scenic view for the fighters. Be cautious. The surrondings outside the arena are very easily flammable. Welcome! To the 4th Star test! Where things are going to be held a little differently! For each battle there will be 3 avaliable arena's pre round! You will have a maxmium of 5 days to complete your bout with your opponent (Extra time MAY be granted). If no winner is decided by then, it'll be decided probably by the judges (crew members) decision then. We wish not to resort to such a measure though. You and your opponent will recieve one day to at least RP an entrance to the stage. If your opponent does not show up for the match schedualed. You will have to be pushed down to the end of the list (or until he/she shows up for the next round). For each match two dice will be rolled to decide on the weather and the terrain you will fight in. and Finally Audience members for the battle may RP their "ooo's" and "aaa's" on the thread itself ^^. Besides. Whats a fight if no ones watching? and of course. You can't interfere the fight. yes even throwing popcorn at them will count as interfering. Enjoy! heart List of Matches done:

Arenas (what it can be changed to ^^):
Classic: A flat field with no obstacle, a quite smooth hard surface. Its Easy to get a grip on this floor but its very hard to hide in a course such as this. There are 4 statues at each of the corner. Each one has a statue of of a warrior on it. Tall and mighty. Breakable XD.
Grasslands: A large grassy scenerio is used here. here everything is highly flammable. No trees, just tall rich green grass.
Jungle: A large Jungle scenerio with plenty of places to hide and duck about. Beware of some randomn marshes here. (yeah the Areana is HUGE) Everything is quite flammable too here, but not as much due to the plantlife type.
Factory (Fire): The factory is a complete Steel areana with firey machines that constantly hiss and give off some flames from the top. In the center there is a huge furnace type machinery that is quite dangerous to be around O_o;; . this makes it so that battles aren't only limited to the ground. People can leap onto steel platforms and take their battles airborned ^^.
The Frozen Tundra(ice): A completely frozen battlefield with plenty of various frozen obstacles. There is a large Ice creating machine frozen underneathe the battlefield. Traction on this type of battlefield is almost impossible. (its ice.. duh X_X)
Lost Desert: A giant Sandy battlefield made with its own weather effect of sandstorms. Made to obscure fighters vision and add to the diffuculty of moving around. The sand gives you a lil too much traction that is hard to start moving quickly and such.
Cave of Ruks: No actual Ruks in these caves, but here a giant cave will be formed in the battlefield, darkening players visions and such and a heavy chilly moist cave feeling around them. The playing field is breakable but it would take a lot of strength breaking the power of mother earth's tightly packed rocks.
Sea of Hope: A complete water field with a only 2 islands. Its.. water... not much to say about this : / . Its rather deep. like 20 feet deep.
Abyss:: A complete Dark Aura battlefield. No obstacles but there is a hazy purple mist that lingers around the field. Mainly for those who use dark magic can summon up powerful spells here.
Alchemist Paradise (Junkyard):: A giant Junkyard with many objects Alchemists can use to transfer them into weapons or anything their heart desire ^^; Plenty of hiding spaces here. There are a few converyor belts about here that are working O_o.
Pearly Gates: The pearly gates is just the Abyss but vice versa. It has a huge Spirit energy floating about for magic and Light users to use to summon Their spells. Very cloudy like here ^^.
Weather Effects:
Rain: Rain can be turned on to Light, Meduim, Downpour, or Floodish XP. Optional has Thunder.
Snow: Snow can be turned on to Light, Meduim, Hail, or Blizzard.
Wind: Wind can be set to Light, Hair blowing, or Heavy.

Round 1 of Ria High's 4th Star Test!
In Ria Arena 4: Saya Hill we will have Joy Go up against Lukan ! The Stage's mode is set to Alchemist Paradise (Junkyard)
Alchemist Paradise (Junkyard):: A giant Junkyard with many objects Alchemists can use to transfer them into weapons or anything their heart desire ^^; Plenty of hiding spaces here. There are a few converyor belts about here that are working O_o.
They have till the 12th of March to both report here or else their match will be postponed. Otherwise if they do report they will have till the 17th to finish their battle RP! ^^! Extended time may be granted!
I suggest you PM your opponent to tell them of this and of course to plan out a nice battle ^^;;

Lukan came walking out into the aren with his hands tucked into his pockets his ears drooped blushing a little feeling all eyes on him and now he knew he wasn't amagining things. He kicked a peice of metal on the ground as he looked up seeing great piles of junk metals. Off in the distance he could hear the sound of converyor belts. He crossed his hands over his chest smiling a little. "Lucky I get the advatage here." He thought to himself as his tail swayed back and forth as he waited for Joy, the person who he was facing.

Lukan was bumped into by a girl who looked pretty young, the one he saw in the waiting room. He blushed a little and waved to her. "I take it you're my new oppenet." He said bowing his head getting ready for the match. He wanted this to be a good one and wanted to show his respect to his oppenet. "The name's Lukan, if I remember right, you're Makie right?" He asked with a smile and his tail wagging.

When Makie looked up with her innocent chocolate eyes, she jumped back and blushed. Her hands over her glossy lips, hiding some of her blushing face. She felt so bad for bumping into him, and felt so stupid too... Heck, she felt like one of those kids who were really at fault but had no intention of doing it. In other words, Makie was both guilty and Innocent for what she had done. It was her fault for not watching what she was going, but she didn't mean to do it.
Her small hands fell to her side as Lukan broke the silence. Makie nodded slowly, her small pigtails moving up and down as if they were nodding too. He was right, she was his next opponent, though she kept regretting every step she took in this tournament. Then Makie looked down at her ribbon. It didn't look like much now, but it really hurt in battle. Then her gaze wondered to her batons, then to the hoop around her waist. Also, she had a few rings on her fingers and a hidden collar around her neck. These will help her in battle even though they were just childrens' toys.
"Lukan..." Makie said, tilting her head and her pony tails as she memorized the name. "N-N-Nice to meet y-you..." She blushed again, before she hid her face, try to calm down. The little girl felt weak now, blushing and hiding your face in front of some one you just met. In front of your opponent as well! How stupid!
"Ah... Ummm... I hope y-you d-do good... A-And t-th-that you don't g-get too h-hurt in t-th-this battle..." Makie said, slowly lifting up her head to reveal a shy and sweet smile. She was like the sugar coating on candy, the brunette was. "S-S-So... G-Good luck!" It's always good sportsmanship to say good luck and be nice to your opponents before the match. You can't be mean at the start, then the fight will be more agressive and every one would be upset and angry. Makie wasn't like that.
"Ummm..." Then she bit her lower lip. "C-Can I-I strike f-first, o-or do you want to?" It was stupid to ask your opponent that, but it was also good sportsmanship to ask first before striking out of the blue. That would be mean, and Makie didn't want to be mean. "S-S-Sorry to ask... J-Just..." Then she was speechless, gripping the handle of her ribbon harder. It was as if to say "I'm ready to fight, but I don't know what to do.". Makie was a hopeless girl. It would be a wonder if she won.

Lukan laughed and rubbed the back of his head. "Ladies should always go first in my hand book." He said walking back about ten feet and squating down with his knees bent a little and his fingures closed together and his hands slowly rotatated around and then stoped. One higher then the other and looked like he was poised to attack or block.

Makie kept her head tilted as she waited for Lukan's reply. As she had already mentioned, this was stupid of her. She shouldn't have said that. But Makie smiled her shy smile when he replied. She nodded, and took ten steps back, mimicking Lukan. Then she took a breath. She was going to attack, and then the battle would start. As Makie prepared herself mentally, she prepared herself physically by doing a two foot jump and then when she jumped the second time she did the splits in the air. When Makie landed, she got into her battle stance.
Makie's left leg was in front of her body, slightly bent. her right leg, was slightly behind the girl's small body also a little bent. Both her feet were turned out, her left, turned out towards the left and vise versa for her right. Her body was perfectly straight, her back a little arched and her shoulders back. This was a perfect posture for ballet. In front of Makie's stomach, her almost pale hands held the handle of her ribbon, then her right took the handle and held it out to the side. She was ready to attack.
"A-Are you ready?" Makie asked looking at him, looking to see ikf he was ready. The boy was positioned in a stance that could be for both an attack or a block. "O-Okay... I-I'm c-coming!" That was her battlke cry... So with that, she leaped onto her right leg and then began at a run. Along the way she twirled, and lunged side to side. She was hoping to confuse Lukan, so Makie could get in at least one hit.
The girl twirled,moving her ribbon in unique patterns. As Makie drew nearer to him, her hands began to faintly glow, before her left hand went across the long ribbon. With that, the ribbon glowed for a second, before the light faded. Makie was transfering the light used from the sun into the ribbon. With another leap into the air, followed by a twirl in the air, she landed almost directly on top of him, flinging her ribbon foward like a whip. You could almost hear the sound of a whip as she did that.
Since the Makie had the power of the element of light in it, it obviously caused more damge then it normally would. After Makie hit him, or after it was blocked, she did a backwards flip away to give them space. When she landed the flip, she went down into a backwards roll on the ground, before popping back up. This was how she moved in battle. Makie danced.
"A-A-Are you o-o-okay?" She asked, making sure he was okay before they proceeded. This is what happened in every battle in the beginning. At least until the battle really starts.

Lukan stood his ground and as she jumped over him and her ribbon coming at him like a whip. His ears twiched at the sound and he grabbed onto it as he flinched from the impact of it. He wrapped around his gauntlet giving himself a good grip and went to pull backwards hoping to get her to let go of it or fling her to the ground. "From now on, worry about yourself and not me Makie." He said polightly smiling at her.

Well, with Makie's main weapon gone she was hopeless... So, she would have to substitute her ribbon with something different. She would have to make him focus on something back, so she could get her ribbon. Lukan didn't move, so Makie decided to take the chance to get her weapon back. So this time when she was going to rush forward at her opponent, Makie wouldn't try to hurt him. Not like the girl would try to hurt Lukan anyways.
"T-Thank you f-for letting me t-take t-the first h-hit..." Makie said gulping down her fear for fighting. "S-So... O-Once a-again good luck a-and I h-hope w-we can b-be friends a-after t-th-this..." Now the fight was beginning to start. This is where they would pull out crazy stunts and exchange hits and show off their moves. Another gulp, kind of like a flinch. Her left foot was behind her, pointed gracefully as her left leg was standing firm on the ground. Makie held her pendant for a few moments, whispering a small prayer before going on with the fight. She wanted to make sure her grandmother was watching he proudly.
Dashing forwards, this time Makie, took a baton from her side. Makie ran, jumped up on one foot, twirled, and skipped. When she was closer to Lukan, she hit the baton down on the ground, pushed off on one of her feet landing on the baton for a few seconds, taking out a small children's ball, from her pig tails, both her hoops and the ball shrank and grew, except the ball could only become the size of a normal ball and a clip. Makie leaped past Lukan, hitting the red ball lightly off him to create an explosion of light capable of blinding some one for a couple of seconds. Now it was only for a few seconds so she had to act fast. Next, the girl skid on the ground slighty creating a cloud of dust.
Noting that Lukan was a fox, and or dog demon, Makie knew he could sense her, so even if blinded, he could probably hear her. Gripping her baton, she twirled it around her, seemingly warping the dust in a shield as Makieinfused light in the baton. The morel light she placed into it, the sharper the ends grew, and the more of a shield was created. Finding the ends to be sharp enough to make him drop it, and or distract him, Makie zig-zagged from out of the dusty shield, back into the normal lit area. Soon the girl managed to twirl the baton between a fingers, making a quick light sheild, incase of any in coming attacks, before switching hands with her baton and striking. Then Makie dove for the ribbon, hoping to get it.

Lukan was dazed from the bright light. He rubbed his eyes as they watered his pupils getting small too fast made him want to yelp. Knowingly droping the ribbon to the ground he stumbled a few steps triping over a hollowed out pipe. He slowly opened his eye, his vission blurred for a few seconds then his ears pricked as he now could see what she was doing. Lukan clapped his hands together as it sounded like they echoed and spike came out of the rock between Makie and the ribbon. He got up and kicked up the metal pipe into the air and grabed it. Clapping his hands once more he pressed them onto the pipe as it started to form a long black andle and then widened at the end and the end result as a sythe. He smiled as he leaned it onto his chest his tail swayed back and forth in an intisipation.

Makie cringed slightly when she heard Lukan yelp. She didn't mean to hurt him, it just came out that way. It must have been the light that she had created. Well, now at least she knew what she could use light against him. But she didn't focus too much on that. The girl just wanted to get her ribbon, she hadn't noticed what Lukan had picked up. Now did she notice what he was doing until a spike shot up from the ground.
Makie's mind was screaming to pull backm but it took her body a few seconds to pull back. Her arm wasn't impaled, put it was cut, and light crimson blood stained the spike and some of the ground. "Ow!" Her small voice cried back as she touched the cut lightly. Her face was messed up as her chocolate eyes swirled in pain. Makie wasn't weak with blood but it hurt. Each drop of blood that came from her cut, the more tears seemed to want to come to her eyes.
'D-Don't g-give up M-Makie! K-Keep going! Win this f-for Misty a-and sister A-Ai! D-Do i-it f-f-f-or Oliver!' With that thought in mind she quickly grabbed her blue ribbon and got up. Her knees were turned in for balance. Her arm really hurt. Really hurt. Makie soon took a breath and looked up. Small flames of determination could be seen in her eyes. They were flickering though, it was like she was still unsure of the course that she took in this tournament. Then Makie moved away some of her bangs and nodded, noting his weapon. That won't stop her, at least she just hoped that she wouldn't be killed.
"L-Let's c-c-continue." Makie said, seemingly letting it out on a breath. It seemed as though the girl was trying to calm herself. She was going to try her hardest not to give up and she was going to try not to hurt herself and Lukan. So, she dashed again, this time, she seemed a bit more focused this time, but with small childish laughs, you could tell she was still shy about this. Her lips formed a small smile of sheer childishness. It was small and pure, and as she giggled, Makie was jumping happily, and when she was near Lukan, the girl dropped into a roll, and used her ribbon, to grab onto his foot. When she popped up, she pulled on it hopingto trip him up. She also pulled out a baton transfered some light into it and hit Lukan around his arms.
