HAV

Ivon Du Havok was born in Kentucky on December 12, 2198 a normal little boy. If you call a child murderer normal. Ivon He grew up in a detention center, getting out on his twenty-third birthday. That's when the gatherings began.People dressed in white military suits, with large Ꮻ symbols on their hats, would gather in a large secret building, hidden from the government. But thousands met and thousands joined his army. Nobody knew why they met, what his intentions were, or why people had the sense to follow him, but they did. Until the story came out on the television. Havok wanted the world to be under free reign from any ruler.

In 2223, Havok struck. His armies were in the thousands. They poured in like an avalanche, all dressed in white, with no warning. They took homes, shot into windows, tore families apart, and killed as many children and men that weren't a part of Havok's military as they could find. He was crowned as king of the country, even though he fought for a completely free country with no government, and he ruled for many years, as did his children after him.

Havok the XII was assassinated by the people in the group known as Hibiscus. They were the group against him when he attacked, and they battled against the original armies and up until they finally assassinated the last heir. Finally, the country was at peace. Or was it?

Now, in 2841, the country is split into two sides, The Hibiscus, who fight against Havok's armies, and The Flurry who fight for Havok's followers. This is where you come in. You have been recruited to fight in a special group of women for the side of Hibiscus, but will you accept their offer or run and fight for the women's group in Flurry?

Or would you run from both?

SETTING

Just in case you didn't understand the setting, this is set in the future at around 2841. But, instead of us having flying cars, technology got held back because of Havok and his military. He found no need for it, slave and trade was the way to go. STILL. There is some electricity, light bulbs, batteries, cars, etc. Just nothing too complicated such as robots and video game consoles.

I've decided to name the city Utopie (Vee-Toe-Pee) which is Utopia in French (at least I think so, if it's not, please correct me, I used google ahaha.) A sample of it is in the picture posted above, and also in the first post! It was a Hibiscus alliance city until the Flurry moved in and now they fight everyday. So the buildings are a bit in ruins so keep that in mind for me.

Each group has their own sector, and the city is split into three.
Hibiscus is on the west side, Flurry is on the east, and Middleton is, well, right in the middle. They receive all the battles between the two warring sectors.

❀ Hibiscus Hideout
Hibiscus hide-out goes underground, into a secret military bunker.

✲ Flurry Hideout
Flurry hide-out is in the setting of an abandoned mansion.

Please, follow the guild rules please!

Fighting will happen, but please no god-modding!

Romance is very much encouraged, especially romance between two of opposite groups!

The city that this roleplay is set in are is barren and broken, please remember that! Not very much technology is used either, so keep that in mind please!

You can be any age you want to.

Please have fun! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to shoot me a PM!

Finishing off her work after 5 whole cans, Grear stood back, and wiped sweat from her head. "Perfect." A grin as wide as her ears flashed across her face. Just as soon as she began admiring her picture, she heard yelling from the end of the alleyway. "Hey! What are you doing? Hands over your head!" they yelled, and Grear smirked. She shrugged, and held her hands over her head, the half used spray can in still in her hand. "You got me." She laughed, and walked towards the two guards. As she approached the Flurry, they both went behind her, and, she made a run for it.

"Just try to catch me, you pigs!" The grey-eyed girl yelled over her shoulder, as she kept running, her breathing barely heavy. There was paint stains on her wrists and fingers, and a half empty spray-can in her right hand. She laughed as she ran, and she finally crossed the Hibiscus line of territory. Grear needed to find her way to back to the Middleton sector. She looked towards the top of the buildings, and a water tower came into view. 's**t, I've gone to far. I need to go this way..' She turned down an alleyway, and, stopped behind a dumpster, to catch her breath. "What a day." She leaned her head against the cold brick behind her, enjoying the cool air.

Once rested, she stood up, and walked towards the street. She looked both ways, the guards had stopped, just as she thought. Grear began to walk down the side-walk, back towards the Middleton gate.

clink clink clink The sound of chains hitting the cement ground rebounded off the walls and into the ears of a silently calculating woman. An unwavering purse of her lips warned other Hibiscus members around her to remain silent. Nearly a month ago she had been promoted to Vice Captain of a newly formed female group for Hibiscus. With the help of the captain, she spent weeks training and teaching the other members the art of war, how to work as a team and get information about the other side. But now Valmett feared she may have to get promoted once more due to the terrible yet hopefully not fatal condition of their current captain. Her body tensed and her amber eye glared at the red colored door before standing idly between her and the Flurry scum.

Her fingers sifted through her dark silky hair as images of the previous battle against other Flurry soldiers confiscated her thought process. It was a bloody mess that lead to two casualties and put their captain in a - hopefully temporary - state of bed rest and recovery. drip drip drip drip The dripping of water droplets leaking into the underground bunker mixed alongside the sound of the chains that echoed out from the room. A bubble of anger writhed within her veins and scorched out through every exhale. Ignoring the fact that she had no authority to interfere with the on going interrogation by the higher ups, Valmett pushed herself off the wall and kicked the red door open.

The impact of her foot against the door merely broke it off its hinges. A smug and feral look crossed her face before she lunged at the chained up Flurry member who had been chained up for the interrogation. Not giving the the two interrogation soldiers a chance to snatch her, Valmett sent a strong jab into the Flurry member's chest followed by a swift kick in the privates. In response to the traumatic attack, the Flurry prisoner abstracted and released a guttural groan before collapsing on his knees to regurgitate his last meal. One of the interrogating officer's sighed, grabbing Valmett by the shoulder then shoving her towards the door. "I know, I know." Valmett growled. She knew that she'd get lip about this later. After all every action has a consequence. But there was no other way for her to express the deep hate other than violence. Especially to this one Flurry soldier who they managed to seize during the scuffle. As protective as Valmett felt towards her comrades, it pained her to know that living by the blade meant you would one day die by it.

This time, Valmett gently opened and closed the red door. An amber eye glued itself to the ground, purposely casting her gaze away from the others. Times like these she wasn't in the mood to talk. "I need to get some air." That said, she made her way out of the underground base and climbed her way to the September light. Valmett paced through the alleys of the Hibiscus sector until she came to one area with a pile of broken materials and a dumpster. 'Maybe it'd be better to get my anger out through hitting inanimate objects instead of people? PSH. Oh well. Might as well give it a shot!' Valmett thought stubbornly. She curled her fists and took a stance with her feet firmly planted on the ground. Her amber eye focused on one portion of the dumpster, imagining it to be the face of a Flurry member. Every blow against the metal frame made her knuckles turn a different color but right now physical pain helped destroy the emotional ones - and that's what mattered.

RING RING RING RING. The obnoxious sound broke through the dense silence of the dim bedroom like a stone through glass. The ringing was soon accompanied by the sounds of sparks going off, gears turning and string being pulled through pulley systems. It was one of her many contraptions. The sounds ceased as her curtains were pulled open, filling the room with a little light since it was a cloudy day.

A hand reached out from under the patch-work blanket to shut off the annoying alarm, knocking it off the bedside dresser and onto the floor in one fell swoop. A loud groan came from the lump on the bed. Soon two arms appeared then her head as she finally sat up. Her dark hair a ruffled mess. The young girl, Elisia, or as most call her, El, lugged her tired body from the bed and went to turn on the light, stretching along the way in her grey t-shirt and matching dark grey shorts.

She grabbed one of her most prized possessions, mostly because she practically rebuilt it from scratch herself. It was a handheld, battery-powered MP3 player that fits in the palm of her hand. There were only 15 songs on it but she didn't care, she treasured them all.

A loud alarm could be heard throughout her platoon's building. This particular one meant it was an emergency and to meet in the assembly hall immediately. I wonder what happened... she thought as she threw on her clothing, grabbed her favorite hat and goggles and rushed out her room, bumping into her comrades who lived on that floor with her. "Hey El!", a tall boy called out to her trying to yell over the alarm and the other people, "What do you think is going on?" "Probably some Hibiscunts causing trouble again. Don't worry though, we can handle them," she yelled back.

As they arrived the soldiers quickly got in formation and saluted their commanding officer. "At ease!" he yelled and everyone took a stance of ease. There were only about eighty people there but the room was still hot with all the body heat and sweat rolled down El's face. The man began to speak again "It seems that one of our own was captured by the Hibiscus," this was followed by resounding curses and boos. After it settled to a murmur he began again and everyone went silent once more, "yes, I agree. We as Flurry soldiers will not leave brethren behind. Therefor, I will be sending in a single soldier who I am sure is capable enough to go alone to locate, secure, and retrieve the target! When I call your name, report to my office to receive your mission now and be prepared to leave immediately!" El had zoned off a bit as he was speaking, the gears in her head already turning with thoughts of hatred towards the Hibiscus, How dare they! How dare they even conceive the thought that they would get away with- Her thought process was cut short when she heard her name being called. She immediately stood at attention, saluted, and headed towards the commandant's office as he dismissed everyone else to morning physical training.

After Elisia received her mission statement she went to the chow hall and grabbed her favorite meal of steak with gravy and rice and some sweet tea. She did this before every mission as if it was her last meal because it might be. She believed that you complete the mission or die trying and that was it. Though she's never had a mission as tough as this one. First time for everything, she thought to herself as she finished her food.

Her next stop was the armory/supply room where she grabbed everything she would need including her lucky revolver, a .44, a silencer, extra ammo and several hidden knives plus a few med packs and some rationed food, enough for two. She put the two handhelds into the holsters and threw on a dark shroud. El knew she should be as invisible as possible for this mission to be a success.

The small 5'2 girl put on the pack that really only looked like a backpack and quickly made her way to the garage because she knew every moment she wasted is another moment that her comrade could be killed. Without delay, she showed the man at the entrance her ID and picked out a battery powered motor bike. After once again showing her ID to the man at the gate to the outside she patiently waited for the first giant iron doors to open, then the second which was like a giant wall of spikey chain mail to raise just high enough for her to get out. Well here we go... she pulled her bandana over her mouth and nose and her goggles down over her eyes as she rode away to success or her doom.

(I apologize in advance for the length--or lack thereof--of this post, and also for the missing post layout. It's a busy week here.)

Anya was on her way back from a foraging mission when she heard thuds, like something beating into a piece of metal. She slowed and crouched down as she approached the noise, concerned about what she would find around the corner; just because this was Hibiscus territory didn't mean the Flurry couldn't be hiding about, and the last thing Anya needed was to walk into an ambush. Her shoes, though clunky in appearance, made no sound as she reached the abrupt end of the wall and poked her head around. Much to her relief, she found that another Hibiscus member, the vice captain, in fact, was the source of the thudding. Much to her dismay, however, Valmett was punching her soul into a metal trash bin, her fists a rainbow of different unpleasant, certainly unhealthy colors.

Frowning with concern, Anya approached her quickly, ditching her stealthy tactics so as not to scare the other woman senseless. And as she drew near, she grabbed Valmett's upper body from behind, trying to tear her away from the dumpster. "Hey, c'mon," she said, voice stern yet laced with worry. "Stop. You're going to break your knuckles. Valmett, quit it."

User Image ❀It's Just Sage...

Emerald eyes open lazily from the disturbance of the pacing vice captain. She was sure if she hadn't seen her the first time at her post she surely catch her the second. Letting out a relieved sigh, Valmett hadn't seemed to notice her otherwise she would've gotten lip about lazing about again. Toned bronze arms, that were once behind messy dark locks, reach to the cloudy September skies before she sits up to feel for her pistols hidden in the grass.

Sage had somehow landed herself guard duty for the newest Flurry hostage brought in just in case any other Flurries decided to storm in. Her job was simply to keep watch and alert anyone below of any approaching threat with the well used walkie talkie clipped to the side her hip. That and only shoot if shot at first. Simply, a very boring job. In fact, so boring the dark skinned girl had dropped from her post from behind the boarded up windows and wandered until she found a grassy spot to lounge in not too far from the underground base. Most couldn't see her and she could see the heads of anyone unfamiliar.

Other than the mild disturbance from the pacing soldier it was a quiet afternoon. Although she had wandered away from her post, she put much faith in her well trained ears. In all her 18 years, or what she could remember of it, living on the streets she'd trained herself to hear the things that she couldn't see in the dark alleys. Considering it was a quiet morning she highly doubted they'd fail her now.

Laying on her belly Elisia was atop an old decrepit building scouting the area with her binoculars. She scouted out the building where her comrade was being held. She took in every entrance, exit and guard and would write it on her slip of paper. El was taught that while scouting every bit of information on the field is crucial and even sketched the area in a rough map of sorts. She zoomed in when she noticed something bizarre and made a note of it, two girls, one restraining the other. First probably had breakdown since knuckles are bloody and discolored. Second keeping first from further self harm or harm to others.

Deciding she had enough information, Elisia low crawled to the staircase where her bag was and put the binoculars in the bag and her field notes underneath her under shirt, in the middle of the left side of her rib cage close to her heart. She traveled all the way down to the bottom floor where her bike sat hidden. The soldier removed her hat, utility belt, and goggles, placing them in the bag but also extracted a medical pack and put it in one of her many pants pockets. After she camouflaged the two items she began moving as quickly and quietly as she could towards the Hibiscus hideout.

The teenage girl moved downwind, her boy cut hair moving gently in the breeze as she began to sneak up behind a big burly guard who was too close to an air vent, her entry point. Getting right behind him she covered his mouth with one hand, and wrapped the other around his neck where the blood cut off from his brain. He was dead in seconds. Wow, that was easy. The Hibiscowards should probably step their game up. The small girl dragged the body into a secluded dark corner and covered him with her shroud, the body now practically invisible. El, now only in her cargo pants, under shirt, camouflage shirt, pistol holders with pistols and her bandana over her face, leaped and dug her fingers into the cracks in the wall to climb up to the vent. Her grip shoes also helping propel her up.

After yanking the vent open she slid inside, the only noise made when she neglected to close the vent more gentle than she had. It hit the wall with a clang and even resounded a bit. "Damnit!" she yell whispered. Well, I'm in now, here comes the really hard part. Phase one: Completed. she thought while crawling further into the vent, not needing to stay there any longer.
