xxxAND SO... The life and times of Raine Uchiha is diverse tale. Raine for one, didn't actually grow up in Kirigakure. He did, spend most of his lifetime in Kiri, but he was actually born in Konohagakure, the home of the Uchiha. Upon being born, he was immediately thrown into the life of most young boys of Konoha. He wanted to become the Hokage like every other boy. Unfortunately he didn't take school very seriously, because he was very philosophical at a young age. He believed that every shinobi specialized in different things, so how could the Academy just generalize everyone's abilities and sit there and give them lectures. Just the thought of this process that occurred frustrated Raine. The Academy took up so much of kids' lives, yet the information they really retain happens in the training grounds not the classroom. Raine flew through the Academy. He knew that no matter how painful it was, the harder he studied, the faster he would get out of this place. So he did, and as the honor rolls and straight As poured in, he was out the big school doors two years earlier than the rest of his grade. He technically was officially a Genin, but that didn't matter to him very much. To him he had much to learn. So he left his dreams of being the Hokage, and instead he went on his own journey as a small child to become a better ninja in his own unique methods. He did exactly that. He left Konoha, and he left his extremely beloved Uchiha behind him. He knew he would see them again however.
So he searched for a place to unlock his full potential as a shinobi. He spent years, traveling through villages and different nations, meeting new people, seeing the mysteries of the world, and increasing his skill as a shinobi. Of course, he encountered many unfriendly people, for instance when he conveniently stumbled upon very strange prisons with experiments that shouldn't be spoken of. His physical journey was half of the adventure. Raine spent days at a time, learning about the stories of the previous generations of the shinobi. He studied in depth these following legends: Yondaime Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, Nagato, Itachi Uchiha, Madara Uchiha, Hashirama Senju, and the tales regarding the Uchiha clan and the formation of Konohagakure. He was fascinated by the history, and the lush stories that happened back in the day. He wondered what his powerful ancestor (Madara) was capable of. He studied the incredible genius Itachi Uchiha, and admired his pride, and his love for his village and clan. He truly was one of the most respectable shinobi of all time. He then looked to Minato Namikaze, who also, loved his village and his child and died protecting it. He noticed all of these legends had sacrifice as a motif. He studied the Uchiha clan, and he became very familiar of this new concept that he discovered. All his life he looked at his bloodline as a blessing, or a power. Truthfully, no matter how powerful the Uchiha clan was, it was a curse as well. The emotion that the Uchiha felt were far greater than anyone else, and they were rash because of that, and were given the power to feed their irrational decisions that led them further into darkness. Raine took note of this peculiar circumstance while he trained, and eventually unlocked his 3rd tomoe. He forbid himself of thinking of the Mangekyo Sharingan. For it was a power that was truly a curse. Those who seek the Mangekyo, are already lost in their own hunger for power. He knew that purposely trying to obtain would show that he is already lost in the darkness of Uchiha.
Eventually, Raine's strenuous training and excessive reading lead him to Kirigakure. It was a place where he could spread the Uchiha influence, and start with a clean slate as an Uchiha. The Uchiha were bashed throughout history, and Raine swore to protect his clan and village, no matter how spread out the modern Uchiha were. His training and knowledge was noted by the officials of Kiri, and Raine unknowingly began to be quite the topic to talk about in Kiri. He always kept to himself, until people began to look up to him, because of how powerful he became as a shinobi. The Mizukage saw this as well, and she saw much more power in Raine than he already had. So she decided to assign him mission after mission, constantly making Raine serve his village. After becoming a hero in Kirigakure, for completing countless missions for his Mizukage, and for defeating many of Kirigakure's enemies, Raine conjured an adulation for the village and people of Kiri. The people in turn, loved Raine. So Raine changed, once more, and became the Kirigakure village superman. He was known throughout the village, and he lived to serve the people, and he ran his own security force in the village. When the time came, the village of Kirigakure practically forced the title of Mizukage to Raine, with pleasure. 。

The Akatsuki destroyed his home, and killed the people who tried to protect the village that Raine failed to save. Raine is on an emotional and mental roller-coaster, his mind building such a deep, and strong will for revenge. He wanted to burn the Akatsuki to the ground, and slaughter them all, their families, their loved ones, and then kill them slowly. He soon rejected this dark feeling, catching the dark curse of the Uchiha red-handed, trying to take him over, and making him want to make irrational decisions. 。
●C Rank - Katon: Gogyou Tou No Jutsu [ Fire Tower Technique ] After the necessary hand signs are performed a solid tower of flame rises out of the ground to be directed at the opponent. ●C Rank - Katon: Ryuuka No Jutsu [ Dragon Fire Technique ] User deeply inhales a large amount of air, infusing it with fire elemental chakra and performs a series of handsigns before releasing it in a large exhale of flames, mimicking that of flame breathing dragon. ●C Rank - Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu [ Great Fireball Technique ] User deeply inhales a large amount of air, infusing it with fire elemental chakra and performs a series of handsigns before releasing it in a large exhale of flames, mimicking that of flame breathing dragon. ●C Rank - Katon: Housenka No Jutsu After performing hand signs, the user blows out multiple fireballs, that head straight for the opponent. The more chakra used, the more fireballs are released. ●B Rank - Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else.. ●B Rank - Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The technique will make it harder for the target to move properly. ●A Rank - Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes Technique Firstly, this technique requires the use of the Sharingan. The opponent is caught in the illusionary world created by the user, and the victim will be tormented with the sensation of having spikes driven through their limbs, taking away their body's freedom. At the same time, the physical pain accompanying the illusion reveals the greatest use this technique has is primarily for torture. ●SS+ Rank - Izanagi [FORBIDDEN] A genjutsu that is cast on the user instead of others and is the most powerful amongst this type of genjutsu. When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space. To a degree this allows the user to control their own state of existence. It is normally only active for the briefest of moments. This technique is capable of turning injuries and even death inflicted upon the user into mere illusions. Whenever the user receives a fatal injury, he or she automatically fades away as though they were an illusion all along and then returns back to reality; physically real and unscathed. Izanagi can only be used by those with the genetic traits of the Sage of the Six Paths. In exchange for the brief control of reality that it allows them, the Sharingan with which Izanagi is cast becomes blind.
KATON xxxxx ● C Rank - Ho Bunshin no Jutsu [Fire Clone Technique] This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes fire to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Ho Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into an eruption of flames. ●C Rank - Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu [Fireball Jutsu] After using handseals, the user must first gather chakra into his hand and mouth. The mouth then shoots out fire and one hand is placed just out of the lips to control it into one intensely hot fireball. This attack is similar to a huge devastating flamethrower. ●C Rank - Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu [Phoenix Flower Jutsu] This Katon ninjutsu is a very flexible technique. Housenka begins with creating many small fireballs from the user's mouth, and shooting them at a single or multiple opponents in one strike. These projectiles either can be shot either fast in the same direction, or slow in a rotating formation. Basically, the ninja controls everything, from the strength, and path of the fireballs (Relatively), to the speed they travel towards the target. ●C Rank - Katon: Houka Tate [Fire Release: Fire Shield] This jutsu may be used for offence of defense. The user concentrates katon chakra into his/her hand then manipulates it to take form of a flaming shield with the hand in the center.This jutsu is effective at blocking taijutsu attacks, and will end up burning the opponent if he comes in contact with it. Metal projectiles can pass through the shield easily. ●C Rank - Katon: Haisekishou [Fire Release: Burning Ash Accumulation] After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel an ash from their mouth. This large cloud begins to envelope their foe. ●C Rank - Katon: Jiraigen [Fire Release: Minefield] After several handseals, the user will place his or her hand on the ground. Wherever the user touches with his or her hand, a bit of their chakra is left behind. Should any object touch the ground within a close range of the mines, the area will detonate into a small explosion. The user can maximally place five mines per use of this jutsu. ●B Rank - Katon: Inferuno Gufuu [Fire Release: Inferno Tornado] This technique technique is performed with a few handseals. The user can then releases katon chakra and concentrate it to form and launch a tornado of fire, setting everything in its path ablaze. This requires an adept amount of chakra, with which the user can make a tornado twice his size.. ●B Rank - Katon: Kasai no Kakuchou [Flame Release: Fire Extension] After finishing the handseals, the user will be able to strike empty air, and simultaneously, a fiery version of his fist or kick will be created where his target is, striking at them. ●A Rank - Katon: Hibashiri [Flame Release: Running Fire] Having finished the required handseals, the user directs his chakra with a kick. As a result, a wheel of fire is created and darts across the terrain towards the opponent at great speed. ●A Rank - Karyuu Endan [Flame Release: Fire Wall Attack] A Katon ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales deeply, drawing in a full chest of air. They then exhale, producing a very wide stream of flames that approach their target as a huge wall. This technique however uses an extremely large amount of the user's chakra and cannot be used frequently. ●A Rank - Su-pa Nekki [Super Heat] This jutsu heats up one object hot enough to melt through any material in a single slash. As such, it will go through any indestru ●S Rank - Chikei no Naraku no Jutsu [Terrain of Hell Technique] Description: After a very long series of handseals, the user holds the Dragon seal. As the user stands in one spot, the ground within 100 meters of his or her body will begin to ignite. As larger and larger fires start, they will begin to spread outward from the original location, always traveling away from the user. Eventually, the fires created by this jutsu will become raging infernos, eating away at anything and everything in their path. This jutsu can cause devastation to any environment, as the flames are spread by chakra, and not any type of physical fuel such as grass.
RAITON xxxxx ●C Rank - Raiton: Thunder Crash Jutsu The user sends a sphere of lightning at the opponent that explodes upon contact releasing a temporary, deafening boom of thunder and electric explosion that can stun and deal harmful shocks to the opponent all at once. ●C Rank - Raiton: Lightning Burst Jutsu A defensive jutsu in which the user quickly expels electrical chakra from the body in an instantaneous burst that shields them from any incoming long or close ranged attacks and practically fries anything caught in it's sudden wrath. ●B Rank - Raiton: Thunder Dragon Jutsu By releasing their own lightning based elemental chakra into the around them, the user begins to shift their chakra around and shape it into the form of a giant, majestic dragon. The lightning dragon forms from behind the user and towers high above them to stare down any opponent that dares to face it. The giant sky dragon takes on the appearance it's master wishes for it to have and can be controlled by the movement of the users hands and fires lightning bolts from it's mouth. Begin struck full force and directly by this jutsu can leave the opponent in a critical condition after dealing unbelievable amounts of pain and damage. ●B Rank - Raiton: System Rewire A jutsu in which the shinobi strikes the center of their opponent's spine to release a surging current through it. This current interrupts all of the brain's signals and redirects them to rewire all the body's nerves. This causes the victim of the jutsu to fall to the floor, unable to move until the jutsu wears off. The users nerves return to normal in up to 2 post, when the jutsu has fully worn off. ●B Rank - Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi [Lightning Strike Armor] The user will envelope their body in a protective armor of lightning that will harm anyone who dares strike them directly. Whoever was foolish enough to strike them will get stunned for 2 post. ●B Rank - Toruneedo Raitoningu [Tornado Lightning] Using some form of hand seals, the user can generate lightning from their palms, which they can whip around to destroy anything in their surroundings. ●A Rank - Raiton: Chidori (Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds) A lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name. ●A Rank - Raiton: Chidori Nagashi (Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current) This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground. ●A Rank - Raiton: Chidori Senbon (Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Needle) The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Although it's not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body. ●A Rank - Raiton: Chidori Eiso (Lightning Release Chidori Sharp Spear) The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact. ●A Rank - Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu(Lightning Shadow Clone Jutsu] This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. His Brown drowsy eyes opened up to see a certain female. She was peering at him with her large brown eyes. It was Jin-sil, his half-sister. He got up and rubbed his eyes. He stayed up late yesterday talking to one of his friends on Skype. It was only 9 am though. “So I’ll be attending Hendrickson from now on…” His sister gave him a curious look. Yuhan brushed his teeth and showered. He went downstairs and saw his step mom making breakfast for him. He actually saw her as his real mother even though they were not biologically related. The brunette sat down and waited for his mom to bring his breakfast. “Ah you’re up” His mom gave him a sweet smile and placed his food on the table. “Where’s dad?” Yuhan questioned her. “Oh your father’s at work.” He barely saw his dad around to be honest. “You won’t be playing video games and soccer all day long from now on. Good luck in Hendrickson, I’ll be heading off to work now so bye.” Yuhan knew that everything’s going to be okay. It was not like he was a retarded or anything. He actually liked science math. He really wants to make his parents feel proud of him. He wants to achieve his goals and make them proud. After taking a few bites he stopped eating and went upstairs and got dressed. He noticed that his sister was peeking at him from the door edge. “Don’t you have school?” He was getting ready to leave and he saw that his sister was just there not “Not until next week.” She answered his question. His sister was only eleven. “I see…” He went over to her and got on his knees and kissed her forehead. “I’ll be leaving now, so tell dad that I said goodbye to him, and you be safe and don’t cause any trouble.” Yuhan’s facial expression remained passive. His face might not show that he cares, but his words do. “Goodbye, I'll miss you oppa.” Jin-sil said goodbye to him and she smiled at him. Yuhan got downstairs and left. He had to take the bus first and then he had to go to the subway. Danketsu was a long way away from his home. Yuhan had finally arrived. The school gates were repainted and were beautiful and clean. The last time he saw them, they were rusting away. He entered the school and saw the place was thriving with a bunch of energetic people chattering away. His started hurting because of all this chatter he quickly went inside and went to the office to get his dorm room keys. He got his key card. It had the number of his dorm room written on it and it also had the term ‘co-ed’ written on it. He didn’t like co-ed dorms. In his first year at Atlus he had to share a dorm with an annoying bimbo. Second year was fine as he shared a dorm with one of his friends. Hopefully he won’t get stuck with some irritating ditz. He passed by all the schools, well more like departments and found the co-ed dormitory. He entered the place it was as fancy as always. The three schools cared about their looks a lot to be honest. His dorm number was dorm 01. And it was o the first floor. The brunette dragged his luggage around and found his dorm. His roommate was probably already present inside. Yuhan opened the door and saw that no one was inside. She was perhaps in the bathroom or she was probably was wandering around. Or maybe she didn’t arrive yet. The brunette had just remembered something. Avian had told him to go and check on Karissa. He told him that she was in a co-ed dorm room too and it was dorm room number two. Oh it was the room just beside his room. He went outside and saw that her room’s door was wide open. Yuhann could hear a certain male’s voice and there was Kari’s voice as well. He went near it and knocked on it. Yuhan noticed that the guy Kari was sharing her room with was Casper Harley. He was quite popular. And a lot of females liked him. “Kari…Uncle told me to check up on you…So umm...Is everything okay” Yuhan uttered those words and waited for Karissa’s answer.

xxxAND SO... From the dawn of Kaito's existence, he loved to be around people. He was always extremely social, and even as a small child he loved to hang around at the playground and socialize his peers and friends there. As he grew older, his social ways remained the same, his love for socializing never fading away. He still very much loves the company of other people and has developed a sense of comradery with his teammates.
Although Kaito has lived in Sunagakure his whole life, it's a place that he has mixed emotions about it, hating it yet loving it at the same time. His true wish is to live on an island, with beautiful beaches that covered the shore with golden sand that dazzled in the sunlight, and palm trees that gave the perfect amount of shade for a young traveller. He was born in Suna, and it took a while, but he grew rather attached to the desolate surroundings. He wondered though, what it would be like to live in Kumo or Konoha. As he grew up, Kaito didn't seem to care much about his ninja career. He was infatuated and obsessed with women, and music. He used to walk around the Suna streets with this guitar, singing to women as they walked by. Kaito used to use the word love very loosely. He used to describe any physical attraction to a female, love. This of course, is what ended being the reason why he was a failing student for a very large portion of time. The first girl he fell in love with, was Maria. She was a foreigner who visited Sunagakure for vacation. She left after two weeks in the village. They never even spoke. Kaito truly believed that they were meant to be, and he was broken when she left. Kaito's best friend Kasai, was actually a result in a joint-effort to spy on the naked women in the hot springs of Suna. Kaito realized it was easier to be successful with a partner, because they could take turns with scouting and what not. Kaito and Kasai both spar a lot, and they train each other all the time. Not like how his father trained Kaito, though.
Being a Sora clan elder, Kaito's father obviously had high expectations for Kaito. It was very depressing for his father to see Kaito fail school, and not care much about his shinobi life. Kaito's father tried countless times to make Kaito understand the importance of being a shinobi and his clan, but Kaito didn't seem to care no matter what he said. It was only until Kaito was 16, where he witnessed a rogue ninja ruthlessly slaughter an entire family in front of him, the ninja showing absolutely no emotion, that was when Kaito became a shinobi. It was back when Kaito still had to run errands for his father outside of the village. One of the houses he delivered to had been broken into and robbed, but a rogue ninja had come by, and stole from the bandit and killed the family. This had a large impact on Kaito and caused him to be emotionally scarred for a very long time. After witnessing this, Kaito wanted nothing but justice, and instantly instead of slacking off, he became an academic prodigy, as he excelled in studies, while maintaining the lazy-ninja attitude. He trained multiple times, so that the next time he saw something like that, that massacre, he would have the power to stop it.。

-D Rank: Shōton: Kesshō no Yoroi (Crystal Armor) This jutsu allows the user to become encased in a thin sheet of crystal to protect them from blunt force trauma. This armor can also aid the user in performing stronger physical attacks. The crystal is transparent and can only be noticed by light reflecting off it, although it tends to be heavy and slows down the user by one rank while worn.
-C Rank: Shōton: Kurenai no Kajitsu (Crystal Release: Crimson Fruit) The user places a hand on the ground and sends their chakra into it. A dome of crystal rises and surrounds the target. The dome is designed with connected triangles and is fairly transparent with a pink hue. The dome is highly durable from both internal and external attacks.
-C Rank: Shōton: Suishō Tō (Crystal Release: Jade Crystal Blade) The user focuses chakra around their arm and crystallizes the air around their arm. The form a blade made of crystal that is attached to their arm. The blade is similar in sharpness, durability, and shape to a tantō. If the user pays two more chakra they can create a blade on both arms.
-C Rank: Shōton: Shuriken Ranbu (Crystal Release: Shuriken Wild Dance) The user will focus their chakra into the air around them, and crystallize the air creating hundreds of crystal particles. The particles will form together creating a dozen of crystal shurikens that will launch at the target.
-B Rank: Shōton: Sodachizakari Kesshō Bara (Crystal Release: Growing Crystal Thorns) The user places a hand on the ground and focuses their chakra into it. A large crystal spike rises up under the target. This jutsu is performed with the idea that the target will dodge the spike. As the target avoids the spike it will branch off into more spikes that chase the target. This is similar in appearance to a large thorn bush.
-B Rank: Shōton: Hashō Kōryū (Crystal Release: Tearing Crystal Falling Dragon) The user will focus their chakra into the air, and crystallize any material substance around them. The crystallized material will form together creating a large crystal dragon. The dragon will charge at the opponent with its mouth open ready to rend them to pieces. The user can ride upon the dragon to cover large distances in a short time. This jutsu can crystallize an opponent's attack as long as it is not higher rank than 'B', composed of material that can be crystallized, and produces enough material to form the dragon. Jutsus that contain fire, water, wind, and lighting cannot be crystalized, but jutsus that contain earth or any other solid mass can be. The user can create multiple dragons for 4 extra chakra per dragon for a maximum of three.

-C Rank - Hummingbird Clone Technique The user moves back and forth between two different positions so fast that their after image can deal physical blows and take them as well as if it were a clone of the user.
-C Rank Hummingbird Cyclone Technique The taijutsu user swiftly circles the opponent a with a high speed sprinting movement to form the illusion of a circle filled with with running after images. This technique halts the opponent in their tracks by trapping them in "cyclone" of movement.

Kaito glanced at the man in the room, he looked like someone you didn't one to mess with. He actually found the whole respirator look pretty cool. All that ninja needed was a scar on his eye, and he would be a total bad-a**. Nevertheless, Kaito slithered to the front of the Genin, right behind the man. He tried to examine every part of him without making it too obvious, he was clearly fascinated by the appearance of the man in front of him. So much so that he forgot he was in the Chuunin exams. When the man turned around, Kaito snapped back into reality.
His eyes wandered from the man to the large field behind him, he noticed eight buildings, and he bit his lip. Kaito glanced at the boy he was placed with, he looked similar in age. Kaito didn't take time to speak to him, or make any gesture. He wasn't sure just yet if they were ally or foe. Intact, in-opened. I see. He though, soon realizing that there were two of them and only one scroll. How typical of the elders. Second floor. I hope I'll see you again Darth Vader. He though, as he mentally braced himself to explode with speed. Kaito noticed the muscles in his left arm begin to move. With that in mind, he wasted no time.
"Don't get in my way." He said to his opponent, before the man exclaimed: GO! When he did, Kaito burst forward, moving at such high speeds that his body was beginning to blur. With already half of the space cleared, and away from his opponent, Kaito quickly weaved a hand sign, and in one fluent movement, as he ran forward, he leaped in the air, and a large dragon crystallized beneath him before being fully formed, Kaito placed a foot on the dragon's head mid-air, and the dragon whipped its head up, causing Kaito to fly towards the second-floor window. While soaring through the air, Kaito drew his katana and followed through, causing the blade to fly through the window and shatter it, allowing Kaito to safely land in the second floor. Kaito grabbed his katana and placed it back in its holster on his back with haste. Kaito began to rapidly tear the room apart, searching every nook and cranny. It would only be moments before he would find the scroll hiding in plain sight.
The terrifyingly large dragon was no fully formed, and was even bigger and stronger than other dragons of this rank. The dragon had a snake-like body, with a head with large horns on the top. The crystal that made it up was very sharp and jagged, but the sharp blades could be folded for safety. The white dragon had glowing red eyes, and arms with deadly claws and legs with deadly claws. It's tail was long and contained larger spikes than its body. It's was the most terrifying part, for the blades were so sharp and fine its mouth, and had multiple layers of them. The dragon roared, and circled around the second floor of the building. If Kaito's opponent dared to come anywhere near the building, the dragon would pursue him until there was nothing left to purse. He would chase him down with his claws, and giant teeth.

Desu in time promised to restore his lively personality and allow him to enjoy himself, as companions rather than Desu's weapon. 。

xxxAND SO... Isobu, the Sanbi, a Bijuu that wasn't exactly feared by anyone per say, but still it was a monstrosity capable of demolishing villages. With that in mind, it seemed VERY reasonably to seal this beast into a young child. Most people didn't think that Desu would be able to contain the beast, at a young age. Actually most people were scared that they would say the wrong thing and cause the monster to be unleashed on the village. You would think that after so much experience with Bijuu in this world, people would stop being so ignorant about it. Actually it was only until the Chuunin exams, that people realized Desu had bonded with Isobu. Instead of trying to tame him, or dominate him, not Desu tried as a young boy to befriend the beast inside of him. He used kindness and friendship do get inside Isobu and break his fake mask of darkness.
During the Chuunin exams, while under attack by multiple Genin, it became out of hand to the point where it was life-threatening for Desu. When he was about to be attacked, right before he was hit, the shell of Isobu domed around him, shattering the swords and kunai of the enemy. The shell disappeared, and Desu all of a sudden had much more chakra. He wondered what exactly was going on, and then finally, Isobu spoke to him after so many years. "You're not going to die yet, my friend." Desu realized that after years of effort, it took his dying will to awaken the sleeping giant. With this new power, Desu flew through the exams. His ability to manipulate water and coral to such perfect extents, made it impossible for him to be defeated by mere genin.
The same feeling lasted forever with Isobu. The friendship between the two became stronger as years past, and eventually Desu became one with Isobu. He earned the title of the Sea Monster, for his ability to command sea creatures with Isobu. The two of them practically owned the sea. It was their home, and together they protected their natural home, along with Desu's personal home, Konohagakure. The new power he had was no longer feared, for the respect in which he gained was not only from shinobi, but even the creatures of the sea. They bowed to their king, and just like his village, the sea entrusted its well being to Desu. Desu and Isobu both had things to fight for, and together they created a burning machine of power. Desu is only half of the body in which people, as Isobu is. They together make up the body that fights. They both fight in unison, thus creating a legendary team that can never be torn apart. 。

D Rank - Water Pulse The user presses his/her palm against a surface, and an outward combustion of water sends the target flying back, at a central point.
C-A Rank - Coral Snag The user stomps there foot, hand, sword etc. into the ground and coral shoots up from beneath the target. The coral is a living creature that feeds off of chakra and the life-form of a victim. The amount and ferocity is dependent on the amount of chakra used.
C Rank - Amegakure Kuchiyose | Rain Summoning Amegakure Kuchiyose is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. The user is able to summon rain from the sky by releasing of the Sanbi's chakra into the atmosphere. The skies will darken and cool winds will sweep the field. Rain will begin to pour from the skies which muffs and drenches everyone caught within it. Mud sinks will form on the ground and anyone caught within the storm will be heavily drenched in water, being slightly slowed in the process. The water from the rain can be used for suiton techniques if needed. The user must continuously pump a C-Rank amount of chakra into the atmosphere to sustain the rain storm.
C Rank - Taifuu | Typhoon Taifuu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. After forming the techniques hand seals the user is able to call forth a sky touching tornado of water from a source and sweeps across the field. This humongous water twister has enough velocity to rip apart anything caught within it with sheer force. The typhoon is capable of being navigated by the user by hand gestures as well although slow. In addition, because it constantly sucks in water in its turbulence it is able to draw in anything around it (within 10m) into the vortex.
C-B Rank - Kyojin Uzumaki | Giant Whirlpool Kyojin Uzumaki is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. After forming the techniques hand seals the user is able to summon a massive whirlpool either upon a surface of water or create one upon land. This is done by rotating large amounts of chakra into the ground and either moisturising or manipulating the water. Upon the techniques activation a whirlpool will instantly summon in the users direction sucking anything into its abyss. If performed on land the user must channel water chakra into the ground which converts it into mud, then the technique is executed. The whirlpool sucks in anything it touches, and even a water walking technique would prove to be a inefficient escape mechanic. At C-Rank this technique summons a 30m whirlpool in diameter, and at B-Rank this technique summons a 60m whirlpool in diameter.
C Rank - Kyojin Kamenchou | The Great Turtle Dome Kyojin Kamenchou is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. The user is able to call forth a giant water dome in homage to a turtles shell. This barrier protects anything inside the dome from outside forces and holds the same density as steel. It may last for two of the users posts.
C Rank - Amegakure Tama | Rain Sphere Amegakure Tama is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. After forming the techniques hand seals the user rushes water into the air from a source in a spiraling formation where it collects in the sky. In a massive explosion, the water releases and shoots dozens of streams of water that hurls at the target in all direction, providing limited physical escape routes.
C Rank - Isobu Spikes A jutsu that allows the user to create a small portion of self-regenerating Sanbi tissue on top of the user's skin. Isobu's shell will take the place of a small part of skin (like the palm) and that will be used as a launcher of the spikes on Isobu's back. The spikes will regenerate through the use of chakra, and the spikes itself are like steel.
B Rank - Watatsumi Tsunami | Ocean Tsunami Watatsumi Tsunami is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. After forming the hand seals the user will call forth massive amounts of water from a source and form it into a tsunami. The tsunami is incredibly large capable of flattening a forest with its incredible power. It can rise at a height of 40m and tower over all obstacles and as it comes crashing down.
B Rank - Teikiatsu | Maelstrom Teikiatsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. This is notably the most famed technique of those who possessed the Sanbi over the years. After forming the techniques hand seals the user is able to call forth a immense draft that collides with the area, creating a powerful mist and thunder storm in the process. Water will begin to accumulate inside the mist and create a whirlpool from the areas new moisture, and also creating a twister that can suck in its surroundings. This typhoon is similar to the Sanbi's typhoon, although its wider to now 20m. Being inside the misty thunderstorm this typhoon is usually unseen by the eyes of those caught within it, creating an attack from a drastic change of weather. After the maelstrom ceases the climate will be permanently shifted to a more foggier state for the rest of the thread.
B Rank - Isobu Hammer A Jutsu that creates a Hammer out of Pure chakra when this hammer hits the ground geyser's of water shot through the ground in straight lines for up to a meter away. Making this powerful if it hits or misses. Geysers last for a short amount of time.
B Rank - Water Manipulation The basis of the Sanbi's jinchuuriki will revolve around this technique. This allows the user to actively create water at will, that are of all shapes and sizes. This can be used offensively and defensively, and is the true key to the combat system of the user.
A Rank - Water Bomb The user concentrates their chakra like a Bijuu would for a Bijuudama, and creates a small ball of water. The sphere/ball is so tightly compacted with chakra, that it makes a whistling noise and a strong force of wind is released all around it. The bomb works as rasengan does, in that its shape can be manipulated and what not. The ball is extremely lethal and if it is unbalanced, it will exploded and the user could be killed from the close proximity. The ball explodes into large torrents of rapid water, like multiple whirlpools of waterfalls and wild waves. This is an extremely powerful jutsu, and extremely difficult to use. Direct impact with the bomb will obliterate almost anything into many pieces.
A Rank - Akuma Watatsumi Kaibutsu | Demon Sea Monster Akuma Watatsumi Kaibutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. By channeling massive amounts of the Sanbi's chakra the Host gains access to the incredible amounts of chakra necessary for this technique. While forming the techniques hand seals and repeating their kanji, massive amounts of water will form around the user and encase them in water. More water will collect around the user and begin to shape a 40m dragon composed of green water. The user is suspended inside the belly of the dragon where it controls the beast from within. The water dragon is incredibly powerful with being able to topple buildings and withstand powerful attacks. It is capable of flying great heights in addition. [5 Chakra per post active]
A Rank - Watatsumi Soushi | Sea Creation Watatsumi Soushi is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the jinchūriki of the Sanbi. The user will form a kanji seal with their hands and condense their suiton chakra around themselves and into their surroundings. By doing this massive volumes of water begin to form around the user and crash outwards in epicenter of the user in a radial flow. Water will begin to cover and fill the field changing it into a gigantic pond 30m in depth, where waves will frequently stride the surface. Anyone caught within the initial water surge will drowned by the water if not crushed by the force. Those who manage to dodge of surge must swim to the top of the surface and utilize a waterwalking technique to continue their fight.
RAITON xxxxx ●C Rank - Raiton: Lightning Blast Jutsu User releases an instantaneous blast of lightning from their hands that has a fairly wide range and will tend to engulf anyone caught in it's path. If hit directly by this jutsu, one will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be left in a critical condition after it subsides. If hit from point black range, there's no doubt someone would instantly be killed or even at the very least put in a near death state. ●C Rank - Raiton: Lightning Burst Jutsu A defensive jutsu in which the user quickly expels electrical chakra from the body in an instantaneous burst that shields them from any incoming long or close ranged attacks and practically fries anything caught in it's sudden wrath. ●B Rank - Raiton: Thunder Dragon Jutsu By releasing their own lightning based elemental chakra into the around them, the user begins to shift their chakra around and shape it into the form of a giant, majestic dragon. The lightning dragon forms from behind the user and towers high above them to stare down any opponent that dares to face it. The giant sky dragon takes on the appearance it's master wishes for it to have and can be controlled by the movement of the users hands and fires lightning bolts from it's mouth. Begin struck full force and directly by this jutsu can leave the opponent in a critical condition after dealing unbelievable amounts of pain and damage. ●B Rank - Raiton: System Rewire A jutsu in which the shinobi strikes the center of their opponent's spine to release a surging current through it. This current interrupts all of the brain's signals and redirects them to rewire all the body's nerves. This causes the victim of the jutsu to fall to the floor, unable to move until the jutsu wears off. The users nerves return to normal in up to 2 post, when the jutsu has fully worn off. ●B Rank - Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi [Lightning Strike Armor] The user will envelope their body in a protective armor of lightning that will harm anyone who dares strike them directly. Whoever was foolish enough to strike them will get stunned for 2 post. ●B Rank - Toruneedo Raitoningu [Tornado Lightning] Using some form of hand seals, the user can generate lightning from their palms, which they can whip around to destroy anything in their surroundings.

A faint line could be seen across Amegakure. Through the chaos, blood, massacre, and debris, Desu Monsuta flew towards the Bijuu. Something most people probably wouldn't do, but this was different. Desu had the ability to beat Son-Goku, and even though this wasn't his village, he owed it to the Amekage after she came all the way to Konohagakure to relay information that didn't even benefit her. Mostly just a precaution for Desu. Regardless this was a battle that was suitable for him, and Isobu was itching to finally beat the Yonbi. "Desu! You know what to do right?" Desu cracked smile, as the wind slapped against his face and he soared over what was left of the buildings in Amegakure. Boku, we've been waiting for this. Let's just do it. As he said that, his strides became faster and stronger. Desu skidded on a rooftop, sliding across the pavement. He stopped next to the Amekage and bowed. His knee touched the ground and he stood back up. "Miss Amekage, I'm afraid I am more fit to lead the attack against the Yonbi. I advise you focusing on the safety of the villagers and using Genjutsu based attacks to obliterate the man controlling the Yonbi. Anything will work really, but it seems like someone of your caliber will be able to take on someone like this." He said, then he looked to the Genin around him. Where were all the Jounin in this village? Using all Genin would prove to be quite difficult in this certain situation.
Boku prepare the jutsu. If it comes to that we will have to use it. It's the only way to completely even out the playing field, I hope it doesn't have to come to that, but using that jutsu will insure our victory. He said in his mind to his Isobu. "Miss-Amekage, we don't have much time, I'd like to begin the counter-attack right away before the Yonbi has a chance to send in another barrage of attacks. Do we have any Raiton and Doton users? Those of who can perform those jutsu stay on the defense, and focus on destroying the doton-based jutsu. Doton users should stay back and start working on a perimeter barrier, to prevent further civilian casualties. If you will allow it, all suiton and fuuton users will come with me, and we will finish this fight." He said, tapping the metal on his gloves. He looked over to Son-Goku, and he could feel Isobu's blood boil. "Desu. I'm not waiting much longer." Desu clenched his fists, and looked a the chaos that the Yonbi had created.
