ATTENTION CREW: Received permission from darkiscool2 to create the library. If anything needs changed, simply let me know or feel free to do it yourself.The inside of the library, rows upon rows upon rolls of bookshelves, even stacked upon each other fill the vast room from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Very few places are left open on the dark wood shelves, mostly from a student borrowing them for studying or a pleasure read. The back wall, the one in the darkest part of the fairly well lit room houses a slightly more personal collection from the librarian herself. Tomes, books and scrolls filled with vast knowledge of any and all kinds fill the room. Be it magic, survival, history or even mythology, you can find whatever you seek here. The librarian seems to move about the large room at will, so if you require help, merely speak her name softly and she will arrive to help you with whatever you may need.

 Shadiya Desmonda Knowledge is Power yet Ignorance is Bliss
Wisdom is Knowing the Difference Sitting alone in the library, Shadiya sat perched upon the railing at the top of one of the higher bookshelves, a book in hand as she was usually seen. She wasn't interesting in venturing outside of her domain, as she considered it, and with the presence of one of the "holy beings" she wasn't interested in having to use her intellect to try reasoning with them about how she wasn't like the others. They never listened to reason, it seemed.
Sighing, she turned the page, curving more shadows around her slim figure to stave off the light as she read her book on ancient Greek Mythology, her current favorite theme. She rather liked the idea of demons such as her sometimes being mistaken as a muse. Though she was proud of her race, she hated the prejudice that hounded her heels every moment of her existence. Even hell hadn't been kind to her, if not for the siblings, she didn't know where she would currently be. Well, that wasn't entirely true, she had a fairly well educated guess as to where her person would be, had they not taken her in. Being tortured or dead, that's where. In your Darkest Times

Ruko Akiyama Ruko walked through the library. He needed alittle peace from the noise of the rest of the Academy. The news of angels being here still had him unease. He didn't want them here. If anything the angels were always worse then his father and in one bad time his father had left him defenseless while angels attacked him and tortured Ruko for nearly a week before he managed to get away. Ruko shuddered at the thought and kept walking alittle curious where the librarian was at this time

Shadiya Desmonda Knowledge is Power yet Ignorance is Bliss
Wisdom is Knowing the Difference Feeling someone enter the library, Shadiya looked up from her book, using her powers to return it to its place as well as leaving a very light mark as to where she left off. Blending into the shadows around her, she moved down to where Ruko was. She was still in total darkness as that was the only way she could move like she did, so as she stepped out into the light, and spoke softly. "Good day, Ruko." She said, inclining her head to one of the two people she owed her life to. In your Darkest Times

darkiscool2 Ruko AkiyamaRuko stopped and turned to Shadiya sighing in relief. "Hello Shadiya. It's good to see a familiar face. I hope you have been well" He said smiling alittle. He was still alittle shy but it helped that he knew Shadiya. Although he was trying hard not to fumble his words like he usually ended up doing

Wisdom is Knowing the Difference Inclining her head more, the shade demon bowed as she moved back into the shadows. Not to be rude, but because the light was causing harm to her eyes the longer she was in it. "I have been as well as possible with the angels here, my lord. What of yourself?" She asked, her speech pattern something she had a hard time toning down, even for the younger students here. She didn't smile, per say, merely had a softer look about her ashen face. Her fangs kept her from truly smiling, something about her race she would rather do without. In your Darkest Times

darkiscool2 darkiscool2 Ruko Akiyama"I have been...uneasy. Hanako never told me ore even asked me about the angel's here. I'm honestly scared out of my mind. I dont want to be hurt again and wish I had a safe place to curl up and hid in" Ruko said. wrapping his arms around himself. He knew his sister was just trying to look out for everyone but the angels being her set his nerves overboard when he was just getting used to the idea that the academy was safe

Wisdom is Knowing the Difference "The library can become your safe haven, my lord. Should they try something here, I shall not hesitate to send them away from this place. If the powers that be require blood, then they can have mine, for it is my duty to return what was given to me to those that gave it." The shade demon was referring, of course, to the fact the siblings had given her a new chance at a real existence. Shadiya also wasn't fearful of the winged bearers of light, even though they could easily kill her once she was out of the shadows. They were merely an aggravation to her as the last time she had tried to converse with them, they had tried to destroy her. In your Darkest Times

Ruko Akiyama"You don't Have to be so formal...If you want you can call me ruko...That is if you want to" He said alittle embarrassed that some one would so readily defend him other than his sister. "Please don't put yourself in harms way I dont want to see some one as beautiful as you get hurt." Ruko said. Right after he finished his sentence he blushed a deep red and covered his mouth. "I-i-i mean um..." Ruko said falling over his own words due to how flustered he was

Wisdom is Knowing the Difference "They hunt our kind unmercifully, my l-- Ruko, it is of little matter to me what they do to one such as I." Shadiya purposely seemed to ignore the remark about her being beautiful to the male demon. She had read that beauty was in the eye of the beholder, and she herself did not find herself attractive in the least, even for her own breed. Though she did store away how flustered he was in her vast memory, intending to look further into such an occurrence at a later time. Looking around with eyes so dark a red they were nearly black, Shadiya made certain no one was about to see the male act as he was. She wouldn't have him embarrassed on her account. darkiscool2 Ruko Akiyama"Don't say that. Every life is important no matter who or what. I would miss you dearly should something bad happen to you so please dont speak that way. It isn't right" Ruko said. He had forgotten his embarrassment and seemed alittle more serious. He truly cherished other's lives even angels but he did fear them all the same. He just didn't want Shadiya thinking she needed to protect him in some way...enough people did that for him as is

Wisdom is Knowing the Difference "As you wish." Shadiya said simply, not wishing to argue with one of the two that had saved her. She still knew that her life as a low class demon was next to nothing, but it was kind of him to think different. "Have you tried speaking with your sister about how the angels here affect you?" She asked gently, not wishing to open old wounds barely healed and rubbing salt into them. She knew well the pain and torment he had endured at their hands. She had been both lucky and unlucky enough to run across one of their tomes over her long life and had read, in part, what they did to demons. It had been enough to make her own personal hell seem like a vacation. In your Darkest Times

Wisdom is Knowing the Difference "I see." Shadiya said softly, staying her tongue on what she truly wanted to say to that information. His sister should have known better than that, she had expected better than that, though she shouldn't be surprised. They were all demons, after all.
"You have not brought me trouble, Ruko. I was born into trouble, and what you bring is not that." She attempted to smile, though her mouth wasn't use to such a thing and as thus it seemed a bit forced, though in fact it wasn't. She had just never had a reason to smile beyond her first taste of freedom. In your Darkest Times

Ruko Akiyama"Don't be mad at sister. She was just trying to pull me together. I admit I was nearly delirious when I ran to her office." Ruko said sensing her anger at the information he gave her. He would feel bad if he made anyone dislike his sister. "I hope that in time you can forget about the whole class system. It was pointless in all truth and even though I was born into the highest class of demon. I was treat far less than anything" Ruko said. He knew Shadiya still held onto the low class demon idea but it wasn't right someone was measured in their action not the conditions of their birth
