Sasuke was born to a wealthy family and is the brother of the Captain of the 4th division. He learned a lot from his brother including things about the Soul Society and the Human World. He was shown at a young age to be exceptional with Kido and perfect material for the Soul Reapers. He was quite a ladies man growing up and would always move from girl to girl, but never found the right one to get serious with.
As a teen Sasuke was granted the right to go visit the human world and explore it. While he was there he enjoyed many for their shops, foods, music and entertainment. However, one night he was walking alone and a hollow appeared and attacked him. He had no sword and no one was there to help. He dodged the hollows attacks and waited for the right moment and he lept up in the air and made a gun with his hand and fired a Byakurai at its head, killing it. Once it fell, three more showed up.
During that fight Sasuke received a thin cut across his chest, but also used Tsuzuri Raiden to shock the ground and drop them and shot two with Byakurai and punched his fist through the third one's mask. His brother was very impressed by his story and healed Sasuke's scar so there was no trace of it.
After his parents saw what Jousake had done since joining the Soul Society, they let Sasuke join as well. In the Academy, Sasuke showed a lot of promise despite his love for partying and being lazy. He graduated top of his class in the areas of Kido and Human World knowledge. He was recruited into Squad 5 as an unseated member due to his exceptional kido ability and not long after he was made 3rd seat and trained to use kidos most Lts didn't know, but he still had a heart for investigations and the humans.
He would offer to go on recon missions and even attack squads to earth and fight hallows or enemies. He has always been described as a playful, but deadly fighter. It was like fighting a child with big guns that the child knew how to use.
Fifty years after being 3rd seat, the Kido Corps Lieutenant seat opened up and after his own Captain agreed he applied for it and accepted. Sasuke loved Squad 5, and would die for them. He also loved to go to the human world and meet people wearing a Keiki in his off time. He one day found an acoustic guitar and brought it back. His Captain told him what it was and got him a book. He found an electric and bass guitar and spends some of his free time playing guitar.
He also have been in development of new Kidos and something he refers to as Kido Release. He believes if zanpaktuos can release themselves in Shakai and Bankai so then shouldn't Soul Reapers with advance control of Kido be able to reach a form that gives them more Kido ability and enhances it? Sasuke has been studying and working with idea for 200 years now.
Rogue Arc/Time skip
Sasuke returned from a vacation to the World of the Living to fine the Gotei 13 a mess. He was not informed of the Rogue attack, but quickly join the efforts to fix the mess. He turned in to the Captain his discovery of the body and kido and how it could be harnessed to surround the body like a body release. With the help of his Captain, he discovered the Kido release and quickly became powerful with it.
He met the Lt of Squad 4 and quickly become in love with her. To prove to his brother that he was powerful and ready to learn more, he used a kido too high for him at the time and damaged his heart. It was in the hospital that Sumai and Sasuke admitted their love for each other and became a couple. She helped restore him to fighting condition, but he would always have problems with his heart due to the injury. Together they began to train.
Hakora the Time Rogue entered the Soul Society in Pure State mode and began an unleashing of shadow creatures to attack and kill lower ranking soul reapers. He then made his way to looking for the family of the Squad 11 Captain and crossed pathes with Sasuke. Sasuke ran into the time Rouge and was forced into combat. Sasuke released his kido release and fought Hakora one on one and held his ground for a bit, but was knocked down and before the death blow, Jousake arrived to save Sasuke. Hakora was losing his mind and becoming insane and so they tag teamed and brough him to his knees. They both used Hiroshi Hado #80 Sogeki no Kirifuda and shot two powerful arrows through Hakora which brought him down.
After the battle, Sasuke and Sumai helped help the wounded. Sasuke then began learning from her how to basically heal and how to fight with hand to hand combat. He began training on his own as well on kidos and combat. His Neice, Shu also taught him some new Hiroshi kido when they spent time together.
