Mission name: A blast from the past? Number of teams aloud: 4 (Doesn't have to be a team) Enemy/enemies: A witch and four kishin Rewards: 5 kishin eggs Image:  Summary: Years ago there was a mission sent out to kill a very old and powerful witch that had been taking the souls of death city children. She was located in an island castle covered in snow. The taking of children stopped after the witch took the soul of Alec Dannin, a DWMA graduate. Suspicions are rising as the once missing children are slowly reappearing. They've come back different.. All of the children having blue or green eyes when that wasn't their original eye color. The objective of the mission is to infiltrate the castle and find out what the witch is doing to the children. Find out if what she's done can be reversed and also why she did it. After getting the information, execute the witch. Be sure to dress for cold weather!

Noel Balaster Death Scythe "I just go with the flow" Song currently listening to : Fly Away When Noel saw the mission posted she did not hesitate to join. Noel already reached the level of Death Scythe and did not need the Kishin eggs, she was more interested the opportunity that presented itself. This mission was personal for her because Noel was given the chance to avenge Alec's killer. Over the years Noel gathered all the information she could on Alec's killer and her information lead her to this island. Even though Alec was not her meister, he was her partner in love. No matter what happens on the mission, Noel vowed to get her vengeance. Noel sat on top of a snow dune waiting for the others to arrive. The cold did not bother her much, due to her elemental affinity being metal. Even in the sheer cold Noel had to listen to her music. Her ear muffs were custom built with a speaker inside them. She fiddled with a dog tag around her neck, which was her final memento from Alec. Noel was usually calm and laid back but she was growing impatient. She wanted to take on this mission by herself but lord Death refused. He told her that her emotions were taking over and that she would become reckless. "Go on its ok to stare, I am a model after all."

Yasu said with an exasperated sigh as he marched up the snow dune. "Aren't you done dealing with such tedious work? It seems completely inefficient to do missions like these after becoming a Death Scythe." He sat next to her staring at the castle. "But I guess it'll make things a bit easier." Karasu huffed out, watching as a thin trail of cold air left her mouth. She hated the cold. She HATED it. She looked towards her partner and sighed, then towards a fellow weapon, who was a death scythe. "Hello Noel-Sama." She piped up, having heard the name from Yatsu. She turned towards him, curious on the mission they were assigned to. "So...Uhm..." She grimaced, shaking as she pulled her jacket around her, so glad she brought a jacket and sweats with her. She glanced back to Noel, thinking back on her father who had disappeared. She sighed and gave a smile, ready to start the mission, unless they were waiting for more people. Ooc//

Thoughts: "...Do you honestly need my help to deal with them?" Sai walked up the snow dune to meet the others who she was to go on this mission with, her cloak covering most of her body and the hood pulled over her head covering some of her mask as she got closer to the others, under her cloak she was dressed up in a jacket and some warm pants despite them restricting some of her movement but it wasnt enough to hinder her. Sai stopped about a foot away from the other three and looked over at them all "So a death scythe is joining us on this mission? i suppose that is going to make things much easier for us."
(( i need to go have a shower so feel free to go on without me ill just catch up c: ))

Across a long bridge sits a dark snowy castle. The giant steel doors were open already as if the castle was expecting people. Howls of the icy wind can be heard as the snow continues to fall. Children's laughter suddenly starts booming within the walls. Something dark and menacing was contained within the aged brick. No guards stand in the court yard, but small foot prints can be seen everywhere in the snow. The door to the actual castle is closed but torches on both sides have been lit recently. The scent of a burning fire escapes underneath the doors cracks. It was clear people were in there but were they friendly? ~Alright guys since everyone has posted the mission has now started. Please remember to quote everyone attending the mission and also quote me so I can play the bad guys! biggrin have fun.~

He stared at the castle as if it were nothing but paint drying on a wall. "Spooky." He sighed sarcastically. He began trudging towards the castle along the bridge. Turning her attention towards Sai, the girl nodded a hello before turning towards her partner as he started wandering off. She blinked and shrugged, following close behind. She was prepared to become a weapon if she needed to. Granted this would be the first time she'd be used in combat. She was actually super excited. Father..If only you could see me now She thought. Karasu shoved her hands into her pockets, trying to keep warm as best she could. Ooc//

"The walls, just barely over the normal siege tower's range of height. The archer's towers giving a full unobstructed view of both the courtyard and the bridge. Quarried slate stones with advanced masonry work to protect against heavy artillery. Tundra like climate to fatigue enemy advances." Yasu's eyes sparkled as fell to the ground and seemed to hug the bridge. "This place is eighty-nine percent efficient against Renascence attackers. It's. So. Beautiful...." Sai was looking at the Noel when Yasushi began to walk towards the castle and only looked over him once he spoke up "I guess not." is all she said as she began to follow behind Karasu, truth was that Sai was trying to study her team mates personalities. Walking up next to Yasushi when he stopped, she listened closely to what he was saying but when he dropped to the ground Sai was slightly shocked as he hugged the bridge "Okay so...by what you are saying, its not going to be easy getting inside then?" Sai turned her attention to the castle and looked it over noticing everything Yasu said.

"Not in this day and age, but back then, this place was most likely the safest place to be!" He began making snow angels and goofing off. "Even if the gate was closed, the age and freezing temperature would have caused them to become brittle and easy to break through. as far as the masonry work, the constant wind would have eaten away making indentations and allowing us to climb the walls. After that, the only thing to worried about is..." He paused mid-sentence and looked down. "....Is the bridge.... That's if it were booby-trapped." Noel Balaster Death Scythe "I just go with the flow" Song currently listening to : The Flame Noel was relieved when the rest of her team finally showed up. The boy with the glasses instantly recognized Noel, he even called her by name. She seen the kid once before but had no idea, who he actually was. This happened to Noel a lot since she became a Death Scythe. Supposedly she was some sort of role model to the academy student. Noel looked at it as to much work but she enjoyed helping the students. Before everyone left she left them with parting words. " Listen up, if you don't know already my name is Noel Balaster and I am a Death Scythe. I don't want you guys to take this mission lightly, Just because I'm a Death Scythe." She said in her usual dull, uncaring tone. The boy with the glasses questioned Noel about being on the mission but she did not answer him. It was true that, she had no business being on this mission. However this mission was not about the reward. This mission was very personal to her. She decided not to elaborate on her true reason for being there. Noel walked across the bridge. She tried to stick with her carefree lazy ways but she was boiling deep down. Hopefully the students would keep her grounded, during the mission.Noel turned up the volume of her iPod to help calm herself. She walked past the three and stood by the castle door, waiting for the others to catch up. "Go on its ok to stare, I am a model after all."

Thoughts: Why is a death scythe with us...? "...Do you honestly need my help to deal with them?" Sai continued to look over the castle, since they were after a witch she knew there had to be traps hidden inside the castle and possible even outside in the courtyard, she thought about what Yasu was saying "We have to worry about the witch inside and possibly any other things that has been left for us by her too."Sai looked down to see snow angels made by Yasu and she just shook her head "Great, hes not taking this seriously..." she said low enough only that she would hear it.
Sai looked at Noel as they passed them and walked across the bridge towards the castle door, she was curious to know why a death scythe was even on this mission, its not like she needed the rewards "Why is a death scythe on this mission with us, did lord death assign her?" She asked herself more than anybody but it was loud enough for the others to hear. Ignoring it for the moment she began to walk across the bridge to meet up with Noel.

He was content but he knew that even with the help of the others, his mother had often warned him of many different witches. The one here didn't ring any bells but still he felt safer with Noel tagging along. The magic in the air stunk. "Ok let's see what we can find." She felt slightly better knowing that they had a Death Scythe at their side. But she also understood that Noel wouldn't do everything for them. She followed behind her partner, Yasu, eyes on the ground as if contemplating something. She squinted, making a sour face. "This is going to be my first witch." She said, almost absently. It was a big shock to her. She didn't think she'd end up on a mission so soon. Ooc//
