I'm a huge Country music fan, so I'm aware of much news that goes around in that realm. Anyway, this new artist named "Steve Grand" recently released a new song called "
All-American Boy." Needless to say, he's openly gay; probably the first openly gay American Country music artist to hit the mainstream. This is a critical point in American Country music history as it has been stigmatized as a predominantly heterosexual genre of music. Regardless, he seems to be getting very positive feedback from the public and continued support from fellow Country music artists. I shall be keeping an eye on this guy (interpret that however you desire).
