This night was warm and muggy, the rain from the day having been dried and slowly a mist had developed to envelop the land making it hard for most to see. This was of little concern for Ilse however; who couldn’t see on a regular basis so the mist caused her little trouble. Her other sense were greatly honed because of this however, she could hear the softest shift in movement, the slightest change in her surroundings; all a benefit of her being blind. She couldn’t say she really minded terribly being blind, it had its purposes. Her tail flicked back and forth as she walked along, her back claws clicking against the stone she walked along, her wings tucked close to her side. She had run into some trouble as of late, while she was a schemer by nature and usually had an answer but this one was proving to be quite the problem. She didn’t trust easy and trusting someone with her plans was something she just wasn’t willing to do. She needed to have loyal creatures, and while she wasn’t above stealing someone else’s child to raise it to be a perfect little subordinate; she didn’t feel they would be strong enough. This left her with one option, to raise her own little hell spawn and while that in thought was simple it was much harder in practice. She had to find someone with great strength, with good genes, and was willing of course. This left a bitter taste in her mouth this evening and left her to walking around on this dimly lit night.
