Of The Epidemic
It happens. A lot. XD He's my little time traveler, his muse hit me like a ton of bricks the second icy lined his hair... >w<
No sooner had he stumbled to a halt he was getting assaulted again... Only this time, it wasn't a mob of angry brothers.
It was a little girl wielding a squirt gun.
He merely cocked a brow as she commanded him, prattled about a law he knew didn't exist, and then threatened to take him into custody. The whole time she circled him, he did what he did best and analyzed the whole situation.
He was clearly on earth, no crazy space hopping there. The /glove/ had been on the fritz lately and sometimes sent him to whole other solar systems. It seemed he was also in the right time frame, close to the previous one only now it was summer. He started to feel rather hot in his coat and scarf... The female, who appeared to be close to his age -or assumed age, rather-, seemed a heck of a lot better off in this heat, and her hair was still dripping from what he could only assume was a swim. Kier took a moment to appreciate her beauty, the colors of her hair, the ribbons off her horns, the blue of her twinkling eyes as she tried to be all tuff and gruff.
By the time she hit him again, he was so lost in admiring her and amused at her antics that he was wearing a goofy grin... and then it was splashed with water at the same time the back fire hit the girl as well. The grin didn't falter, he merely licked the cool water off his lips... until she burst out laughing. While she regained her composure, he couldn't help but laugh with her. Oh, what a change of pace! Certainly welcome, that was for sure.
With her question, though, his grin faded to a small smile as questions of his owned formed.
"Mr. Sparkle? That's like, a cleaning product of this time, right? Just call me Kieran~ And, well, little lass, that is a really good question. Tell me, how does your mom do it?" He wasn't keen on telling people he had a freaking
time and space traveling device in his freaking
glove for goodness sake. But he certainly was keen on finding out others who had the same devices, as they were rare and operated by only a few...
