It wasn't often that Dapyhir would come across something he so desperately wished to destroy. But these creatures...oh these things were a special case. Never had he been so humiliated in his life and though some could call it a arrogance and pride coloring his view in all honestly he was just a blood thirsty monster.

In this case it was a flock of creatures called Vlidean, a strange bird like creature that were actually a fairly good size. Dapyhir was perhaps a little too arrogant as he thought he could just drop in, cause them to scatter in fear and then grab one and feast on it. The firani drakien hadn't counted on them to actually work as a team, as well be highly aggressive.

The drakien had gone in, green flying from his mouth as he tried to narrow in on his attack on a single foe whilst scattering the rest. The plan however didn't pan out. Perhaps he just wasn't as intimidating as Epyhah was...but the Vildean were initially scattered only to reform in a battle like position and attack back.

Dapyhir hadn't expected it. After all most creatures were not intelligent enough to form bands for defense but he was quickly reminded that he was wrong. Beaks and talons pierced his scaled hide, causing him to get angry. His own teeth snapped at the beasts only to get a jaws full of feather and down and never actually meeting any flesh. There was just too many of them and he was forced to flee.

Once he was able to shake off his adversaries he slunk into a small cave like hold to lick his wounds...and a festering desire to annihilate these bird things.
