Lost in the Wilderness

[Nanashi Kage Enjeru]

"Oh drat!" Fifi pouted prettily. She should have known the mission was a fake, the Grunt that told her she had a mission had been far too amused, and had, of course, disappeared a while back, accompanied by the sound of his bird pokemon flying off. Now she was lost in the woods, the map was wrong, and her communicator was blinking no signal.

"Callie, come on out!" she called, releasing her Vulpix. "Hey girl, we're a little lost. Can you try to find the way out of the forest?" she asked. Callie nodded, and started sniffing around.

Nanashi Kage Enjeru

Prince Kemnebi's ears twitched, moving back and then forward. It took him a moment to understand that it was a human speaking. He groaned softly as he slowly peeked out a tree's hole, a home of a bird pokemon he had deviously eaten when it refuse to move out at its own accord. He watched the Human, snorting at the clothes she wore.

How impartical. Althought most humans were strange with their odd little clothes and wow...-he perked up suddenly at seeing the pokemon call out. Well, well, well, what do we have here? He purrred to himself as he climbed up on a higher branch and stepped carefully, smirking.

Callie sniffed around the underbrush. How on earth was she supposed to find a way out? She caught the scent of a nearby pokemon. ...maybe? "Hello?" she called.  

[Tristam Lockhart]

Kemnebi dropped down behind her and let out a loud purrrr. " 'allo, love, ya lost?" He grinned like a cheshire cat as he approached, swinging his tail back and forth.  

[Nanashi Kage Enjeru]

Calathea whirled around, startled. "Oh!...ah, yes, a bit. Do you know the way out of the forest?" she asked.

Fifi hung back. Callie had called out, then this pokemon had appeared. If it didn't start a fight, Fifi figured she would just let the encounter play out.

Kemnebi walked circles around her in a lazy swag, blue eyes sized up the human for a moment before concentrating on the vulpix before him. His neck fur puffed up a bit. "I might....." He grinned. "What do I get out of giving up my time, sweetie?"

Calathea tossed her head and flicked her tails. "The pleasure of escorting a lady as lovely as I am," she said.  

[Tristam Lockhart]

The feline laughed and let out a low purrr. "Well, you are a very lovely lady..." He sat down before her, swishing the dark tip of his tail slowly, eyes narrowing a bit. "But why don't you run away with me instead? A lovely lady like yourself is sure to be able to take care of herself...and with me as your guide, you won't ever go hungry..."

He put on his best smile, winking at her, a very human expression.

"Hmm, well, how should I know how good a guide you are, if you can't even prove you know the way out of the forest?" Callie countered. "Buuut, I suppose I could throw in...a date?" she said, giving the Meowth a coy look, fanning her tails as if she were shy.

Kemnebi's smile fell a bit when he was refused but he quickly recuperated. The swirled of his tail curling about hers and pulling them aside to be able to see her whole face. "Hmmm....Very well, I suppose I could show you the way out..." He smiled widely, showing sharp fangs. "but don't think of tricking me, you gorgeous girl....and if your human so much as touches her pokeball...well...I won't be responsible for my actions. "

"Oh, don't worry, she knows better," Callie said. "And get us to the edge of the forest, and I'll tell you where to pick me up for our date. Let's say...this full moon?" she suggested.  

[Tristam Lockhart]

The feline chuckled. "Oh, the full moon...love it." He grinned, licking his jaws before getting up and he started walking slowly. "Well, follow me, young lady, I'll show you the way out of the shadows."  

[Nanashi Kage Enjeru]

Callie barked at Fifi, then started following the Meowth. "Oh, I just want out of the forest, the shadows are fun to play in," she tossed out as she twined one of her tails with his. "And I'm Calathea."  

[Tristam Lockhart]

He cooed curiously at her tails, gently curling his own about hers, careful to not crush them together. His nose pressing against her cheek and he dare a little lick before answering. "I am prince Kemnebi...." He chuckled. "But please, call me Kem, dearie."

"Oh, you charmer!" Callie scolded playfully, glancing away, then peeking back.
