Many years ago Dr.Jero began his work on creating the ultimate beings, these where the Androids and his most feared monstrosity Cell. It was thought that Cell was Jero's last creation after his secret base was destroyed be unknown to the rest of the world there was a secret bunk a mile underground where his truly greatest master piece had been developing for years. His name is Xicor a clone from the DNA of both Goku and Vegeta altered to be the ultimate Saiyan that could finally defeat Goku once and for all. Many enemies have come and gone over the years as Xicor slowly forms in his tube being constantly monitored by the machine that was programmed by Jero to make sure that Jero's last perfect creation would live out his final wish, to destroy Goku. The time has finally come for Xicor to awaken and show that even gods can fall.

"Beginning waking process" a synthetic female voice said all though Xicor didn't hear it as he was still in a deep sleep like state induced by a chemical in the fluid he was suspended in. "Wake up my son" the voice of Jero said from somewhere near by, it was a recording but was Jero's voice none the less. The room was dark and various computers and machine could be seen from the dim light from Xicor's growth tank. Xicor's eyes flickered open slowly as he began to take in the world around him. Two prods descended into the tank and began touching him slowly delivering small electrical shocks to stimulate his muscles. There was a pop sound from above him as the sealed tube's lid was removed, "Drain synthetic abiotic fluids now" the female voice said as the fluids began to drain from around Xicor. Xicor finally noticed a men standing mere feet from his tank who looked much like the man he was taught to kill since he first became conscience, but yet not enough for his to attempt to destroy him yet not until he became use to the world outside his tank and learned if he is indeed Goku or not. The fluid now had drain enough for Xicor to feel his own weight for the first time and he nearly collapsed if it wasn't of the railing inside the tank giving him something to help support his weight. Then he felt his power begin coursing through his veins, he flexed his muscles and a Ki blast fired of his body destroying the tank but not enough to effect the Saiyan in front of him. "Who are you" Xicor said weakly "WHO ARE YOU" he said again yelling getting a feel for his voice. The machine said in Jero's voice "Wake up my son and kill Son Goku once and for all".

"My name Is Xicor and as I have no idea who this Kakarot is then it seem we are not yet enemies, however I am made from the DNA of Goku a super Saiyan that resides on this planet as well as the one you call Vegeta" Xicor said noting the other Saiyan seemingly prepared for a fight. Xicor smirked at this, then suddenly burst upward through the ground as he aimed to go to the surface. He blasted through the ground like a rocket and stopped about a hundred feet in the air taking in the sights and smells and sounds of the surface while he tries to understand exactly what his mission was.

Xicor saw that the other Saiyan had followed him out and said that Kakarot and Goku could the same person. When Karakov asked him what Goku looked like he went on to describe him. "This guy may be of some use" Xicor silently though to himself. "If Goku and Kakarot are the same person and are goals are the same I suggest we destroy him together" Xicor said while extending his hand and grinning from having a possible ally only mere moments after awaking. "Lets let the world know the glory of the Saiyan race" he laughed.

Xicor grinned "I like this guys style" he then turned his attention to the bunker "Well there's no need for this now is there is there he said the fired a Ki blast down the hole he made causing the bunker to collapse in on it's self. "Now for some fun" he said to himself and took off in the other direction of Karakov where he could feel the presence of a small town.

Xicor felt as many weak power level disappeared from the direction Karakov went and knew that he had just killed many people "Well I can't let him show me up. Xicor took a Kamehameha stance and began charging his Ki, it seemed that he was using a Kamehameha however instead of a sphere forming in his hand a star shape was made as well his Ki was green so that was a sleight difference as well. He fired off the blast while yelling "Shooting Star Cannon". The city exploded into nothing more than a crater "Goku how will you ever forgive your self" He laughed and began sensing for a new target.

Xicor land outside a news station, he broke the doors down using the bodies of a loud but useless security guard. He laugh as the receptionist screamed at the sight of him. He lend over the counter "Tell them there twelve o'clock interview is here" he said before breaking through the floor until he arrived at the live news room that was broadcasting. "Hello pathetically weak citizens of the world I desire to know the location of the one call Goku or Kakarot, I will continue destroying cities like that small city twenty miles south of here until either someone graciously provides me with his location or if he confronts me himself" as he finished this he created a charged Ki ball in each hand and used them to destroy the station. "Should tell that other guy about this little message I sent" Xicor though "No he will likely hear about this before I could even get to where ever he went off to" Xicor said then for the next ten minute he fired Ki blasts at the city until it was nothing more than a barren waste land.

Xicor continued flying until he found a group training that had slightly higher power levels. He determined that these people must competitors in the World Martial Art Tournament that where training to try and win it. Even as weak as they where he couldn't pass up the opportunity and dropped right into the center of there training grounds. When a young man ran up to him and greet him to there dojo Xicor smiled. Suddenly he plunged his hand into the young mans chest and ripped his beating heart out. He stuck the heart in the young mans hand as he walked passed to confront the rest of the so called warriors. Xicor simply stood there as they charged wielding every thing from swords to spear some where even unarmed but none even posed a threat so much as a challenge. He ripped them literally limb from limb one at a time until none remained "Well that was boring" he said then took of in search of Goku and other cities.
