 900 HP VS  1000 HP Doyle and Auron were out scouting the plains looking for pokemon to battle. The sun was getting close to setting and they didn't have much luck so far. If they didn't find a pokemon soon they'd head home.

Jeanne wandered the plains, unsure of herself. Virgilia had told her to find a pokemon to practice the techniques she had taught her on, but the raichu was terrified at the idea of fighting someone. She saw a zorua in the distance, and she took a deep breath.

Auron noticed the Raichu first and drew Doyle's attention to it. After receiving the okay he ran towards Jeanne. When he was close enough he dug into the ground and tunneled underneath her.

Jeanne yelped and moved out of the way. Remembering what Virgilia said to do, she punched towards the zorua.

Auron yelped when he was punched. The Raichu seemed unsure and unused to battle but apparently that wasn't going to hinder her too much. He burrowed under again and tried to attack.

Auron was hit again. He tried to ignore the pain but his ribs were throbbing. Maybe one was bruised. He burrowed under once more.

Auron was hit in the head by the flailing Raichu. He quickly got underground and debated about taking cover there for a while. But he knew his trainer wouldn't like that so he popped out to attack.

Auron was hit again and decided he was done. He called out to the Raichu while backing up. "It's over you win." He called. Once he was next to Doyle he was recalled and they left. The End. Happy Endings all around.
