Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into smoky, hot air. It is also able to attack using taijutsu, however it's ability to attack is around 1/10 in perspective to the user, in return for this weakness it's attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.

Description: Chidori is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

Description: The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. According to Might Guy, it gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused and blue.

Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.
•Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)

Description:Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.
•Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)

Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

This turns CHi into a half wolf but makes him have complete control of his lightning and water nature as well as makes him 3x stronger, faster, and his senses grows immensely. While in this state he gains an extra 75 chakra, when he uses up this chakra he gets out of sage mode. He can turn into a sage three times a day.

History: CHi was born and raised in Kumogakure. While he was young his father and mother went on a mission never to return. Chi didn't know what was going on since he was so young. He was then given to an old man to take care of, some everyone called the old sage. CHi never figured out why but he did when the old man told CHi stories of his past. The old man used to be a wolf sage and a vital part of Kumogakure, but as time went on his back went out and he retired. He was looking for a successor when until Chi showed up. The old man knew right there that he was his successor so he raised CHi up to be a ninja and at the age of 13 he was sent to the ninja academy where he became a Genin on his first try. Chi would then go on missions with his team and always came back victorious. The old man kept training Chi till one day when CHi was around 16 the old man grew sick and died. Chi mourned for the old man the rest of that day and the whole village had a funeral just for him. That made chi happy in a way. After the funeral Chi was given new place to live. Chi then went on to become Chunin at the age of 16 and then became Jounin at the age of 18. He then trained himself hard and he became the old mans successor as he always was going to do. He then became known as a S Rank ninja at the age of 20 known as the Wolf Sage. the rest will come in time.,..
Personality:Chi is usually a happy, cheerful fellow helping where he can around his village. When CHi is not happy and cheerful he is either serious or he is sleeping. Chi also has a different mentality around him when he fighting with his friends or his wolves. I guess you can say he is kind of too serious.
