¤ Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu as always been his primary ability ever since he was a child starting the ninja academy the first jutsu he had learn was ninjusu when growing up he fights his enemies using physical ninjutsus against them.
¤ Genjutsu: Genjutsu would be his secondary since he doesn't use it very much he only has two moves that are considered genjutsu "Blinding Light" Which is one of the bloodline genjutsu that he learn from his parents. "Lightning Illusion Flash of Pillar" which is a lightning release genjutsu he learn that during the academy Rikyu almost never use genjutsu unless it's really necessary to use in case he has to escape from an enemy. • Multiple Shadow Clone Technique - This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred clones (or a number of equal grandeur). This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user.
• Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique - The user creates a thousand shadow clones from one shuriken, striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, or kunai, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible. This technique can also be used on fūma shuriken, increasing its lethality.
• Crow Clone Technique A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". Because it uses crows as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Shadow Clone Technique, while still being able to perform techniques. The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it.
• Plasma Ball [The user will create a lightning-based defense barrier around themselves which protects them from incoming attacks. This barrier can be extended out for or closed in depending on the attack being blocked. The larger the barrier the more chakra it requires to preform.]
• Lightning Beast Running Technique [By manipulating lightning chakra into their hand, the user can make the lightning expand to create the form of a hound. The hound remains connected to the user's hand, allowing them to control it during its attack.]
• Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind [Four giant rock pillars are summoned around the enemy, then shoot bolts of lightning, immobilising the target and possibly doing damage to them.]
• Lightning Release Shadow Clone [This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.]
• Lightning Release: False Darkness [The user emits a spear of lightning from their mouth, hands, or eyes. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.]

• Lightning Dragon Tornado [Raising hands in the air drawing lightning down upon the body the user will start spinning forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take the head of a dragon and cover the area in front of it and strike out against opponents and painfully trap them in the vortex. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.]
• Lightning Release Sixteen Pillar Binding [A more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven-like structure to trap the enemy. Once the enemy is trapped in the oven-like box, lightning would shoot out towards them. It is used after Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop to cover the enemy in mud and then followed by Fire Release: Fired Pottery Technique, creating flames inside the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.]

•Lightning Release Sparking Electric Needle [Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with the opponent, the user will raise their arm into the air. • Fire Release Great Fireball [The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.]
• Fire Release Dragon Fire [A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.]
• Fire Release Flame Sphere [Using the body as a heat source, the user molds chakra to amplify it and make it entirely visible. Then the user expands it, using more chakra, and takes on a red, spherical shape. This shield is used as a defense against both ninjutsus and taijutsus. It isn’t very powerful, though, and can only parry at most one technique before deactivating. A drawback to this jutsu, though, is based on the body’s temperature. If the user performs this technique late in a fight they risk fainting due to both a drastic change in body temperature and already stressed body levels.]
• Fire Dragon Projectile [The ninja will do the necessary hand seals and create mud projectiles using the Doryuudan technique. The ninja will then blow a large flame to ignite the mud projectiles.]

History: Rikyu was born in the hidden leaf village when he was a kid he didn't have a lot of force power to do his assignment at the academy. But Rikyu did had one thing and it was speed he used it as in advantage he had incredible speed and that helped him graduated the ninja academy. Later when he got older he went on being a genin for a the rest of his childhood until the chunin exams came and he aced it afterwords he got assigned harder missions that were difficult but he overcame it. Years past by fast when he was 19 years old that's when he became a Jounin he soon learn new jutsus Lightning was his primary element and secondary was Fire. But then he quit his job from being an Anbu because things were getting difficult for him he still has contact with them even though his not a member no more. Months later they been keeping on eye on Rikyu and thought he would make a good hokage Rikyu was soon told about it and decided to take the role for hokage for the meanwhile he would be the Hokage's right hand man also known as 2nd command. Later on something happen to the hokage he mysteriously disappeared and was never found the search parties were looking for him, but no signs of clues then without Kiyoki to be hokage Rikyu had to step in. Soon Rikyu had a child at a young age he hadn't seen here for a while since her last mission she was Rikyu's light always making him smile one thing she loved about her daughter, Kameko. But one day she started to act strange she had stole the big scroll with many jutsus that are banned beginning to learn to until her father step in trying to stop her until she said she had killed many people for unknown reason then disappeared without a trace. Rikyu had a nephew name Ayato Makio he was his sister's son he never gets to see them that often because Rikyu is always busy but now that his nephew is a genin they'll be seeing each a lot.
Personality: Rikyu can be quiet sometimes when he is alone, but when he's with other people he becomes social with others like his teammates who are anbus or other people. When it comes to battle his emotion changes and becomes determined to win or if it's training it really doesn't matter to him.
