Aquamarine walked along the grassy path as she headed back to the miniature base camp that she and a few other Aqua grunts had made after they landed. The lake was a bit out of the way but she wanted to see if she could find any water pokemon to catch.

Meredith was relaxing on the shore near the lake. His body was getting wet as he was just at the water line and the breeze would sometime bring the water up to him. To any passerby he looked like a female Buizel just sunbathing. He thought he heard some grass moving nearby but was so close to sleep that he ignored it thinking it was something his mind had made up.

Aquamarine gazed around the edge of a the lake, spotting what appeared to be a female buizle sunning she smiled. She crept closer quietly and then tossed an Aquaball at the seemingly sleeping pokemon.
Knowing that even asleep a pokemon could break out of the ball if it was awoken when the aquaball touched it. She released her piplup hoping to be able to freeze it before it ran away.

Meredith was woken up with a jolt when he felt something hit him and suddenly found himself inside a pokeball. The ball shook violently before breaking open. Meredith popped out and landed on the ground facing Aquamarine. He immediately began giving her a piece of his mind, ignoring th Piplup for the moment. "Bui bui buuuiiiizel zel zel bui bui bu izel." He said practically doing a hand/head gesture that humans sometimes do (the oh no you didn't). This totally would make people think that he was a female as he also sounded like one.
Finally noticing the Piplup he took in that this human was serious about trying to capture him. Well fine then. But he wouldn't go down without a fight. He ran towards the Piplup on all fours then as he drew close rose up to his hind feet. His front claws slashed out as he attacked.

While Aquamarine didn't speak pokemon she was pretty sure it was telling her off. and the gestures she was making were amusing, she would love to catch the buizle, she was such a pretty water type.
'Vesirei, use Grass Knot!" The aqua grunt commanded.
Vesirei was hit by the Buizel's attack and jumped back. He used the attack to have the grass wrap itself around the buizel.

Meredith ended up missing and when Vesirei jumped back, started falling. He landed on all fours again and looked up at the Piplup. He ended up missing the fact that the grass began to grow and began to tangle around his legs. So when he went to run forward he merely fell flat on his face.
Recovering from that he slashed the grass around his legs so he could move. Then he was after Vesirei again ready to attack.

While Marina waited for another chance to attempt to capture the Wild Pokemon. Vesirei was hit by the weasels attack and retaliated with more grass.

Meredith was tangled up again with the grass. He slashed it to pieces and then moved away. He then tensed up raising his defense. He was tired of taking so much damage from the grass.

Meredith dodged the poison blob by rolling. He popped up on all fours and began to run at the Piplup. Once more he tried slashing at him with his claws.

Meredith was unable to dodge the gunk and it got right into his eyes. He cried out in pain and began wiping it away. He then attacked Vesirei with an attack that would be powered up slightly.

Meredith was proud of the hit he just got in. However he felt a little sick from that poison and his eyes weren't focusing right too. It was no wonder when he walked right into the tangle of grass growing. He tripped over it and managed to wiggle free before it could catch him. He returned the favor with another Facade.
