So, the conversation will be like all the characters chatting amongst themselves? That sounds pretty neato! I guess we could have them gossiping about rumours they've heard about the ball?
Or maybe someone knows everything but is being really secretive about it and the others are trying to coax it out of them?
(idk I'm not great with making stuff up, I just go along with what everyone else is doing. (･` 3´･) )

What if the 'conversation' is comic-style a comic? It's attractive and lets you portray the more important points easily (speech bubbles come in lots of shapes~).
Then we could have a written FAQ underneath about the items that are more difficult to fit into the comic smoothly.

The greatest thing is input in any shape or form, so just in replying you've already helped!
You have the basic idea, too. We are going to address three main topics, the games, contests and the roleplay, through two people talking to one another.
The coaxing idea is cute :3
Comic style would be cool! So far we are definitely going to have a few cute graphics in the post so adding in speech bubbles is a good idea smile
A f.a.q. is good too~
time to start collecting questions that everyone things will be asked!

Maybe it could be something like the prologue to the plot? Like maybe there's whisperings of something happening that brings the characters into Gaia?

Neat-o! So like, maybe the games and stuffsies could be the characters talking about their favourite games and how they wanna play them at the event? (I hope this makes sense I actually haven't slept in like forevers.)

We could certainly work that angle. Dorian and Rose Red will be "hosting" the conversation so they could drop hints about what happened to bring them there.

I'm beginning to regret taking such a long break from Gaia, and now I've joined so late I have no idea what I can do to help sweatdrop I've been gone for 3yrs, and I still had the banner for the 8th ball as my signature till about 5days ago sweatdrop If there is anything I can help with, just shoot me a message...oh and yes, I found my old template...wonder if anyone will remember me now redface

Was She Misunderstood? If you want to be a floating co-host, you're more than welcome to PM me about that. We'll be going about from room to room helping out in the plot as needed/as wanted by the room staff and helping confused guests. Oh, and we're librarians.
