**All of the bribe & breeding cooldowns will count starting June**
I am opening a new option of Big Bribes! This is the month-long option.
What does this mean for you? This means that I am allowed to take on as many bribes for this month-long period as I can manage, BUT I can only take one at a time. So if I pick Billy's custom concept, I must finish it completely before I can pick the next custom or breeding. There is no specific limit as to how many I can do, however.
But there are a few restrictions!
- Each individual PM sent in to me will be limited to winning a maximum of either 1 breeding or 2 customs. (this is my personal rule, so that I can spread the love around) - If I pick a person's concept, I cannot pick that person again for at least another 5 concepts in between. - I cannot cycle through the same 6 people repetitively. - I must completely finish a custom/breeding before I can move on to the next one - At the very end of the month I may pick 2 customs or 1 breeding to work on as my last bribe.
Rules
My Bribe Specific • Send the filled forms to my "Saphinna" account and ONLY to my Saphinna account. Only send ONE PM. (there is a post later down this page by Saphinna, for your ease of finding) • Do not offer more for each individual bribe than you can give if you combine all of it, since while I may pick and choose, there is a small chance I can pick all of it. • Questions can be asked in this thread. • Read the Back Alley Bribes Page as well • Read This post on skinwalkers.
Generic Bribe Rules If a colorist is not listed with an open bribe slot, do not make offers Offer what you have on hand and are willing to spend Bribe offers sent anywhere other than to the colorist will be ignored. If they specify an alternate account to send your offer to, make sure you do so! Send your full bribe information (what you are requesting and your offer) Do not send a PM and ask the colorist for an estimate, these are bribes. Use custom prices as a baseline and go from there If you are asking for a custom, include a form/description. If you currently have an active Bribe, you may not participate in any other Bribe until the first is complete No individual may win the same colorist's bribe twice in a row It is strictly forbidden to offer real life cash/goods for bribes - both by Soquili's rules and Gaia's own ToS.
Will Do
• Purewalkers and Megamutants. You can only custom one purewalker per six months or one megamutant per 12 months. So if you get twins It'll be 12 months for pure and 24 months for megamutants. (Cooldown excludes anything goes auctions) ---- Please Fill out the Form and contract for skinwalkers posted below if you wish to apply for one. If your skinwalker personality/plotline doesn't fit, even if I'm not picking you I will be willing to work with you at getting it in character so you'll have a better chance at winning them/understanding what is and isn't allowed for future bribes, contests, or other ways of getting cursed/pure skinwalkers, and what is and isn't allowed if you manage to win one in other ways. • Elemental effects, critters, wings, bones, armor, mecha, etc. • Most human clothing (see Won't Do section) • Hyper Hybrids (3 or more breeds) Including Mers and Seathi. Hyper hybrid mers cannot be given flight wings or extra legs but can have Kelpi Gliding wings) • Domained Angeni: Make sure the domain doesn't already exist before entering. ALSO fill out angeni form below for ANY Angeni mixes. • Cosplays - cannot be done if that character already exists • Breedings -- I tend to prefer non-growing customs, BUT if I really like your pair and the offer I might just accept it. • Twins (meaning that each custom slot could potentially be two ponies!)
Won't Do
• Illegal breed mixes (Skinwalkers x Angeni, cursed hippogryph, Mer-Usdia, Flying winged Mers etc,) • 3 or more sets of backwings customed in (Exception: Only those of Lucifer's family line (parents, uncles, siblings, children etc) are capable of equaling or exceeding three sets of back wings according to their auction agreement. Only his owners could allow it, and begging them to be given permission is prohibited and Faking their permission is a blacklist-able offense.) • Human style dresses that wrap around the legs and 'bras' on soquili. • Adding or removing legs or heads. • Twins that don't Look like twins: If they don't look like twins by the custom rules, they'd be siblings and will to be separate customs and given separate offers. • Pet or Art Trades • Anything that breaks the Soquili or Gaia ToS

Bald Ponies
If you have a bald parent/ both parents are bald, they will get hair with a random style thrown into the mix. If you would rather just have a bald kid please add the following to your form.

If you have a parent (or both) with scars, I wont be adding scars to your children (... If I recognize them as scars -- sometimes they look like markings). If you want your kids to have random scars like their parents do, please add the following to your form.

Human Clothing

Skinwalker and Angeni Contract and forms
Contract is posted into THIS thread OR ELSE THEY DON'T COUNT , Not with the forms posted in your PM to Saphinna with your bribe offer. All parties trying for them (Including joint bids) Must post the contract if they want an angeni or skinwalker.
The Contract and Questionnaire below is even required to enter a purewalker breeding into my bribes.
I'd like to try to make sure we iron things out about these races before anyone gets one, to save any potential headache later, so bear with me, and please post your contracts for me and Uta to go over for approval.
If there is something wrong with your entry, we will leave a note for you and you may edit your form with your fixes. Make sure to note in red at the top of your post when you last editted your form.
I, ___USERNAME___ swear to uphold the Rules with the Skinwalker/Angeni I wish to receive via these and any other bribes, and should I ever step outside of the boundaries promise to work with the RP manager and shop to make it fit.
I Agree that, should I refuse to fix the mistake or argue with the rp manager or shop, I will lose rights to the problem breed (angeni/Skinwalker) for 6 months, during which I will be unable to breed, win, RP, gifted, buy or be bought them. If I haven't fixed the problem by then, I agree that this punishment will continue indefinitely until fixed.
I also understand that if I get extremely out of hand and the rp manager is required to call upper management, the punishment may increase in length or severity.

FAQ
Q: I got a question, where do I ask? A: Right here in this thread! biggrinBUT make sure I don't answer your question here in these FAQs first. If you post a question that was answered already, I will strike out your post, so if you find your post struck out, come back here and give us another read <3
Q: What all can I offer? A: Breedings - pretty straightforward. Customs - Mutants, megamutants, custom wings, hyper-hybrids, twins, mockbreeding children (either one or twins will count as one custom, cannot get a mockbreeding batch to count as a breeding), pretty much anything goes! Check will's and won't do's up in the first post.
Q: If I want to cancel my offer, how do I do that? A: Send a PM to Saphinna requesting to remove your former offer. So long as it's before the end date.
Q: What if I want to change my offer after I sent it in? A: I would prefer that you just wait until you're sure about your offer before sending it in in the first place. There is plenty of time, so no point in rushing your forms! But if you must change your offer after you already sent it in, PM Saphinna and ask me to send your old form back so you can alter it and re-send your offer in. IF I SEND YOU YOUR PM BACK I WILL BE DELETING IT FROM MY INBOX. I will only keep ONE PM from you in my inbox, the newest one.
Q: Can you send my PM back to me after your bribes close so I can keep those forms for later? A: Certainly! I have put in a small section in my form where you can note that you'd like it sent back to you. I will keep all forms for a week after I close my bribes before I delete them all, so make sure to get a hold of me before then, oooor just save your forms somewhere else before you send it in to me to be certain they don't get lost.
Q: Just to make sure I'm reading clearly. Bribe forms are sent to Saphinna and not posted in the thread when the time comes, yes? A: Yup! (I'll have a post just under the next one so you can find her easily)
Q: OMG WHAT IS UP WITH ALL THE STUFF FOR SKINWALKERS? scream Do you hate them or something? A: There's been some confusion lately about what is and isn't allowed with Skinwalkers, (and angeni) and, since I DO want purewalkers to be a little more accessible, I wanted to take this as an opportunity to educate as well as prevent headaches in the future. I'm sure some of it is just misunderstanding the species, so this gives me the opportunity to work one on one with the people so we can try to bridge the gaps and pave the road to the shop being more comfortable with giveaways.
Q: Do you accept Items? A: Yup! As long as its able to be sent in a single trade, I have no issue with items 83 ( MP values only, please <3 )
Q: Omg I'm so poor I can't afford anything super expensive! A: While money may work as a tiebreaker when necessary, it's concept I'm most interested in, so don't be scared and offer away! :3
Q: Do I have to use the Lump-sum thing? A: Nope. Thats more if you want to tempt me to take on both of your customs
Q: Can I offer More than/Less than the two customs ideas for you to pick and chose from? A: You can offer as many as you want, but if you have more or less than two you can't use the 'lump sum' thing, but instead just the combined totals of the two offers.
Q: Are we able to do the whole, "Here is what I've got, please choose only one of the following forms," type deals? Or do we have to offer for each separately? A: Yes, that's perfectly fine to do. You do not have to offer for each individually if you'd like me to just pick any one of your concepts.
Q: Can I enter more than one breeding bribe offer? A: Yes, but I will only be taking a maximum of one breeding bribe from any one PM sent to me.
Q: If I win something from the bribes, and someone entered me in a breeding, do I disqualify THEIR bribe? A: NOPE! I'm counting it by the person ENTERING. Thus you can end up in a couple breedings without someone else disqualifying your entry.
Q: If I wanted to offer something to your strengths/likes, what should I offer? A: While I will take on most anything (see won't do's up above this post), I of course have likes and dislikes, so if you would like to try to cater to those, let me list a few for you:
Likes: Bones, critters, pelts, naturals, grim/dark themes, masks, curls, short hair, updo's, wings, horns, fangs, metal bits, and lots more! Cautions: While I will do these, I feel they are not my strengths, so do not offer these unless you're sure you trust me with them <3 Star/galaxy ponies. Scenery ponies. (basically if you want a 'scene' drawn on it's pelt, like a field and sky, or pasting a picture inside of the confines of the soq's pelt)
Q: I entered Sisi's RL Bribes, does that affect my entering? A: Nope! Those are entirely separate from bribes, with the only exception of any breedings still have regular cooldown for that specific couple.
Q: I entered Mind's bribes in May, does that affect my entering? A: Probably not. As usual, breeding couples will have their standard 2 month cooldown for that couple. Otherwise, all of mind's customs and breedings are completed, so the only people that may not enter my bribes are the following people for the following type of custom: Purewalkers: JetAlmeara, One over three, and Revel1984 - You are on the 6 month cooldown since May Purewalker Twins: AlexiaSilver and Spoof - You are on the 12 month cooldown since May Megamutants: catmagick and Logue - You are on the 12 month cooldown from May
Q: So I got a skinwalker, megamutant or breeding from your bribes! Just checking, what month does my cooldown start from? A: They will count starting June, regardless of if I pick it during July. These are June bribes. SO: Breeding couples will be able to breed again in August. People who win a Purewalker will be able to get another in December. (Next June for twins) People who win a Megamutant will be able to get another next June. (June 2015, for twins)
Q: I won 2 breedings this month. Does that mean I can't enter for breedings? A: Nope, bribes are entirely separate so you are free to enter for breedings in mine regardless of any breedings won this month.

Yes, it would be an extreme edit, but you don't have to fit into a specific edit category, but paws would of course instill the 12 month cooldown (or 24month for twins). - DD
When I do customs and such, I generally use a form I have created, as it's easier for me to follow. Would it be possible to use this form still, or would you like for me to use the other custom form?
Your own forms will be just fine. Just make sure to include any of the modifiers if you want clothed/scarred/bald/etc as well as the gender ratio in the case of breedings. (And that initial form modifier of whether you want your form sent back to you, if you want it)

Do i HAVE to use a form? or could i toss a bunch of reference pictures at you and go "make something based on blah blah" ?
I am hesitant to say yes to this because people can get picky afterwards, not realizing when they say CC based on ___, it means IIIIII get to choose exactly what it looks like. So I'm going to say at least have a basic form. Include details of things that you definitely want, things you wouldn't mind, things you don't want to see, and references. That way I have some guidelines to try to get it to look appealing, BUT keep in mind, if you say 'base it on this' or 'CC' that means I and I alone decide what it looks like and you can't ask me to change things later. - DD
Oooh, I have a Megamutant question! I have a pair I want to get, but they're not twins - They're intended to be mates. Could that count as using a twin-style slot deal? I'd be willing to wait two years for another mega-mutant edit slot chance if I could get the pair at the same time ^^;
Nope. Unfortunately the twin slot is strictly for twins. Siblings or mates have to be bought separately.

If I wanted to get one of my soquili redone, except add paws but otherwise not change their breed at all, would that still count as changing their breed and making it so all their connections with other soquili are erased? Or would I be able to keep all of their plots and connections?
If I wanted to get an OC custom based on a pet I own from another shop and that shop has been closed for almost 5 years and the owner has been inactive for the same amount of time, is it still required that I have written consent?
