This is the Dojo the Members of Squad 11 Train in, as well as the Captain himself. Working day and night, he helps instruct the weak into becoming strong and powerful. If they fail to do so, then let's just say punishment is in order.

A sudden strong burst of Spiritual Pressure washed through the Dojo as the doors flung open, walking in was none other then Atsuhiko Ai Haruko himself, Zanpakuto lounged on his shoulder and his free hand on his hip. He had strolled around for a while until he heard people talking. Feeling their Reiatsu, he had realized it was his own adoptive brother and sister. It seems as if they were training together. Hopefully she had at least grown a bit from the last time he had seen her.

Placing the Zanpakuto into it's sash around his waist, he walked to them, his blue eyes flashing dangerously as he watched the two resting. Watching them for a bit, a big grin spread across his face as he stared those two down. "Well, well, well! Training I see? How has Ai come along?" He asked quickly, tilting his head as he rose his hand to his chin. He soon pushed his chin upwards, receiving a loud pop to his neck. Doing it to the opposite side, he soon cracked his knuckles before looking at the two, ready to hear the news.

Watching as Ai curtsied to him before hiding behind the brother before him, Atushiko listened to Suke's explanation on her progress and sighed. Not much, but at least her endurance had increased. And soon, she'll learn how to fight like a proper Squad 11 member! Atsuhiko, nodded, before glancing at Ai, watching her timidly move further away behind Suke. Scared is she? Frowning in slight disappointment, he soon looked at Suke as he spoke once more. Hearing that she needs a bit more time before her fighting skills are developed, he groaned. Atsuhiko snarled in protest before tapping at the sheath to his Zanpakuto. "Well, fine. You better keep working with her. I'm gonna head out for now. Once I return, I'm gonna teach those idiot members of mine how to fight. Keep training her. And for now, I'll seclude you two from today's practice rounds. See ya." He said, turning away from them before leaving. He'll return for them later, but for now, he was gonna go bother the heck out of everyone else! Waving back to them, he soon opened the doors to the Dojo and left.

Overwhelming spiritual pressure ripped through the air as the Squad 11 Captain got near. Atsuhiko was ready to tear Suke apart. The Squad members trembled under the strong pressure and some even passed out. Either way, Atsuhiko didn't care, he was going to murder his brother with his own cold hands.

Stomping inside, the pressure only got worse. Dark blue eyes glared at Suke, ready to practically grab his face and crush it. Reaching for his Zanpakuto, he unsheathed it as he grabbed the hilt. Pointing it towards Suke, he soon shunpoed to the other, using a downwards slash as he used merely one arm. If it was against a lower level, the sheer force would either cut them in half or in their attempt to block him, would cause in the shattering of the area around them, including a few bones too.

Atsuhiko grinned widely. His blood boiled to see blood being shed, whether it was his own or his brother's. His spiritual pressure simply flared more, stretching out to a wider range. Watching Suke crouch down, the boy disappeared behind him just as his feet landed on the ground. Knowing he would move behind him, he rose his Zanpakuto and stretched it over his back, blocking the boy backwards. Laughing with a wicked tint, he soon watched him reappear in front of him, bringing his Zanpakuto upwards in front of him to block the second attack. Watching Suke grow some distance, he quickly rushed forward, heading towards him with a barrage of incredibly strong swings from his Zanpakuto. He laughed insanely, his eyes practically glowing it's blue color as he attacked his younger brother.

As his title implied, Atsuhiko was not a man to be messed with. His fierce demeanor and battle style could not be outmatched, no matter how strong people thought they were to him. They could be fast, but strong either way. He could practically feel his strength overwhelming his brother, knowing that this would be a blast when he beat him. But, whoever won, it always ended the same; Ai coming to heal them. It was kind of hard for him to give up Ai to the 4th Division, but that was a better place for her. Whatever they had over here didn't work for her. She practically broke everyone bone in her body as she trained. It hurt him to see her go, much more than he would ever mention to anyone ever, but that was a different story.

Watching closely, he heard Suke curse under his breathe. If his grin could get any wider, it would. He saw the blood that dripped from the small cut on Suke's arm. He never been so happy to see blood in his life! Laughing like a maniac, he soon watched as Suke tried to turn the tables, soon throwing his own onslaught of attacks back. Atsuhiko blocked each of the attacks, pushing back each slash with a powerful block from his side. But, due to his brother's not only slightly smaller frame and quicker reflexes, small cuts slowly started to litter the Captain's face. But, that didn't stop him. That never stopped him. Not even when he fought Hakora 50 years ago. If that didn't stop him, then tiny little cuts wouldn't stop him either.

Atsuhiko grinned as Suke seemed to struggle against his sheer strength. He knew that Suke couldn't hold his own strength against him, so it was a matter of time till he started switching things up. After blocking him several times, he watched as Suke found an opening against his not-so-really-there defenses. Suke's attack hit. The quick jab headed to his chest cut into his skin, causing it to bleed, but enough to let him bleed out. Simply grinning at the sweet pain, he kept blocking, using his own hands and feet to block Suke's occasional hand-to-hand movements. Soon, Atsuhiko found the right opening. Atsuhiko slashed towards Suke to distract his younger brother, and hopefully while Suke was too distracted blocking his attack, lifted his leg and did a quick strong kick to Suke's chest. This kick would be strong enough to send him a good distance back. With that distance, he would amp the situation up for Suke much more. All he needed to do was hit him back.
