A human magi specializing in information and technology magic. He's strongly trying to raise awareness on the plight of humans and overall equality in Nocte between the races.
He looks like a cyber punk with riotous neon colors, punk styled hair cuts and information screens seeming to appear and disappear around his figure. He also has a lot of piercings as well as wires and conduits situated around his body.
Technology interfaces into him in way that shift and move like living things. He is in all ways an organic human being but because his magic requires such an intimate interface with techonoly he can look and seem like a cyborg one day and totally like a punk human teen the next.
His eyes are more like a computer screen than eyes and he's often distracted by the multitude of information streaming across his consciousness 24/7.

Hair: Usually a riot of Neon colored streaks (usually Neon greens and Blues with a dash of Violet every now and then)
Eyes: Normally you can't see his eyes...it looks more like the space that used to occupy his eyes is a never-ending scrawl of computer coding
Skin: Normal fair Caucasian skin tone (think the kind of pale you are when you're a shut-in), also sometimes like near his scalp interfaces and hands, wires and fiber optic cables can be seen emerging from underneath his skin like living veins of information.

Character Name: Professor Rokitansky - human Although still young, he's almost always messy, dressed in the clothes just grabbed on top of his closet and constantly locked behind his office as Dean of the Universidad de Nocte buried under books. It's not unlikely to see his hands or face smudged with ink from writing scrolls all day and sometimes his secretary gets really peeved when the Professor goes into panic mode
looking for his glasses (he's blind as a bat without them) only to find that they are on his head. He also tends to forget to shave his beard and goes around with stubble and short hair that looks just like he got out of bed.
He's almost always a silent council member, and as long as he has his school and his books, he could care less what happens to Nocte.

Character Name: Caspian Amur (Weretiger) He started out simply as a normal human in Nocte but couldn't quite fit in and before long ended up living in the slums. Ironically, he was soon bitten and infected by a werewolf, but was surprised to find out he was a Siberian weretiger instead just like his surname. Eventually he came to accept his place as a shifter in Nocte and now strives for equal rights and decent wages for Shifters. He gained notoriety and infamy as one of the best and most ruthless fighters in the Gladiator Arena Games hosted in the High Streets.

Hair/Fur: Snowy Blue-white with dark black stripes

Skin: (when in humanoid form) usually pale with strong tiger stripes usually on the dorsal aspects of the body.

Character name: Raguel Raguel is referred to as the archangel of justice, fairness, harmony, and vengeance. He leads the Order of Vienosti who are known as the mercenary group hired by the Council if the police forces of Nocte are not enough. They are both Army and SWAT team.
His allegiance always follows the Goddess Lunacy/Madness, even if his Mistress isn't the most sane but he trusts her judgement implicitly.

Hair: Ebony black and about mid-back in length
Eyes: Pale lavender
Skin: Marble gray-white...with odd cracks dotted here and there, much like a porcelain vase about to break.
Wings: A brilliant and sometimes blinding white, the wings can transition from something like an illusory holograph (not quite there) and to solid wings that can be used as blunt force weapons in battle. Sometimes he retracts them completely into his body and they disappear entirely from sight.
Clothing Style:
Great expansive wings with the tops encased in light armor. Wears holy platinum armor, wields a shield and a sword that bursts into blue-violet flames when he's on duty and doing his rounds in the city.
Off-duty, he's fond of clean monochrome clothes in the old renaissance dandy styles. Artistocratic with cravats and lace at the ends of arm-sleeves. (Think 3 Musketeers timeline). However when prompted by close friends, he can unwind enough to wear casual shirt and jeans, although still monochrome in color.

Description:Erynion is recognized as the gentle king of Laiquaninwa for a reason. Erynion remains peaceful, constantly smiles always while he speaks with the masses he maintains a balanced and pleasant tone. Always keeping his speech at a modest level no matter the circumstances. He handles his responsibilities with the utmost care tending to the forest well being and the citizens as if they are the same. Making sure that there is nothing to destroy the delicate balance that was created between them. Some say he cares more for the trees than the people it is half true he does seem some beings below that of nature.
What makes him such a great leader is the fact he doesn't put on airs. Always keeping up with what his people want and making sure his kingdom doesn't become just a husk like the city. He places the needs of the land before his own knowing that great things can come from humble beginnings. Always maintaining that Laiquaninwa is superior to Nocte in all meaning of the word.
Keeping a strict hand when it comes to the law so that his people and lands don't fall to ruins. Erynion doesn't coddle his nation allowing it to breathe and grow as long as it stays in tuned with nature. He sees the Nocte of now as a cesspool that fell because of its poor leadership allowing the populace to control the law of the land.
Erynion doesn't hide his disdain for Nocte which is why he leaves business dealings outside of council meetings to a few trusted subordinates. These few share the same ideology as Erynion so giving them power to speak for him. _____Biography If you asked Erynion whom he was before he came to Nocte you would get a rather unsatisfying explanation. The elf king doesn't remember much about his life before passing through the portal. He can spin tales about the books he studied and the food he consumed. However, the communities, the places are nothing more than a blur to Erynion.
Everything that is important to him is in the now and the future of his country and individuals that reside within her. Erynion has a vast appreciation for nature and at one, time he wholly despised everything related to technological. He got over his hatred the moment he discovered Laiquaninwa. Erynion understood that there needs to be a balance.
In the beginning, it was alright living in Nocte the technology was at a minimum and the air was cleaner from where he came. Erynion fell through a hole to a separate land possessing nothing with his life being spun about. To him it was wonderful the world he left behind was nothing but filth. And here in Nocte he could find peace in a land not polluted.
But that would not stay the same the world was changing, and to him it was for the worst. The land was growing at first he could accept it, but the cost for all of these advancements was too high price for him. His words often fell on deaf ears with the feeling that nature wasn't that important. Erynion first moved from the city to a rural land to make sure where he was nature came first. But as the population grew it was hard to keep that balance with more voices crying out for an easier way of life.
Erynion thought it was best for himself to leave the city and any land connected to it. He heard about an island far from the coast but much was unknown about lands of the shore of Nocte. It was a long journey by ship and a longer tiring to build a balance between nature and the beings living among her. As the populace grew Erynion was established as the king to insure the balance remained no matter how many came to Laiquaninwa.
Laiquaninwa was flourishing, and Nocte was taking notice their response to the green lands of Laiquaniwa was to connect the lands. At first the people of Laiquaninwa were against it but being so isolated was creating more problems than solutions. To squash the concerns of the Laiquaniwa's citizens Erynion was given a council seat so that Laiquaninwa voice would be in tune.
When seeing the then current Nocte Eryinon had his concerns, but the building of the train station on Laiquaninwa remained on schedule. With Erynion only going to Nocte for council meetings he spent as little time in the city as possible. No one really knows his real name only that he has the power to control and bend time. He knows everything about the beginning and the end of Nocte however he's always kept quiet about it. No matter who has asked him down the centuries his poker. face is legendary.
He's normally a very laid back guy that some even call him lazy. He also has a tendency to poke fun at people and shirk his duties. Depending on his mood or the time of the day, Father Time can appear in the form of an innocent child to a dashing adult gentleman and even the usual Grandfather Time form.
Though don't let his guises fool you, he is wily at heart and can be a trickster in all sense of the word. Especially when he's keeping a secret he knows that you don't know but would desperately love to know.

Character Name: Jutatsu Gogaku Most everyone knows of Jutatsu, he works in the Portal Center and more often than not, he is the first face to welcome arriving humans into the City of Nocte. He's often a very calm sort of person, although he can often come off as a bit aloof being a Vampire, but in truth he's extremely kindhearted and often speaks in a soft voice.

Clothing Style:
