☐ Personality: Kokutan is a volatile shinobi with a track record to match. He is overly curious and doubts almost anything he hears. Always in a pursuit of improvement, he carries a very 'against the struggle' mentality. He is often berated, usually by his brother, for his plans going wrong. Not without reason, as most of his plans end up botched due to his lack of finesse. This has, however, led to him being surprisingly good at improvisation. Some would consider it his forte. He is widely recognized for his violent outburst, which are followed by a calm and off-setting change of pace. In battle, he is a wild and unpredictable man. His blood lust has been known to be so potent that some say they smell raspberries when he gets going, although it has never been really proven. With a deadly combination of ruthlessness and selfishness, if you need a job done Kokutan is your ninja.

☐ Background:Zoge and his twin brother have lived a very interesting life. They were born like everyone else and had a relatively normal couple of years before the madness started. His mother murdered his father, pushing him down a flight of stairs then finishing the job by stabbing him to death with scissors. His mother went on to leave Zoge, Kokutan and the rest of his siblings at a "foster camp", which was actually a front for a child smuggling ring. At this point Zoge and Kokutan were brutally tortured. Zoge was left without water for weeks and Kokutan was placed in genjutsu where he was harassed by demon dolphins. To pass the time, the camp leaders would force the children to fight. The twins mercilessly killed all their enemies including their own siblings. The fatalities in the camp continued even after the fighting stopped for the day. When it became clear that the culprits were the two boys, they were quickly sold. On the way to their new camp the boys were "rescued" by a disheveled man. He went on to teach the boys all they would need to know about life on the four day trip back to his village. Once at the village, the man escorted the boys to well off families offering them as personal servants. All of the prospective customers declined due to the boys appearance and general behavior. The man, let down that his new merchandise bore no fruit, cut his losses. After being in the child smuggling system for years, the boys were dropped off in front of the village academy. The doctor was trying to breed genetically superior soldiers that could fuel illegal operations across the villages. Zokuji in particular had been a bit of ingenuity as the doctor had figured out how to code DNA to inertly tap into his lightning chakra, enhancing his neurophysiology. After determining it an anomaly, Zokuji was left in the care of the older subjects and cohorts. Being the eldest child, Zokuji was subjected to the harshest treatments delivered as they tried to determine his limits. When Sonagakure eventually came across the den, Zokuji was one of five children left. Although the rescue came before permanent damage to his psyche could be done, he never forgot his experience or the way they shaped his mind. One of the squads that initially raided the den contained a member of the Hyuuga clan that instantly recognized his bloodline. Upon being brought back to the village and determined a null threat, his savior adopted him and brought him into their home. Being an ANBU member, Zokuji rarely sees much of his foster father and instead spent much of his time with his mother in the hospitals. Upon being brought back to the village, Zokuji split his time between being rowdy in the streets and studying in the hospital until he eventually began on subjects listed as classified information. Frustrated when his mother wouldn’t give up the information, Zokuji joined the academy in order to move up in the ranks and gain access to the information that has eluded him. As he went through the academy, he began to enjoy the training and his classmates. It was a different atmosphere when compared to his original education and he enjoyed the contrast. During his time at the academy, everyone came to know of his genetic tampering due to its side-effect. When touched, a large static discharge is released. Combined with his agility and generally slipperiness in taijutsu class, he was given the nickname Unagi (Eel). Now that he has become a genin, he has made it his mission to find the missing nin who was responsible for his life.

• Eight Divination Signs: Sixty Four Palm Strike - Rank: C Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Juuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu at rank C and lower.
• Eight Divination Signs: Heavenly Spin - Rank: C Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Juuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.
If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Iki grew up outside of the village. Raised in a small village surrounded by forest, he often hunted animals with his dad in his youth. Always full of questions, he pestered the villagers for years. Always digging up info on the locals, it eventually came to be said that if Iki didn't know about it, it must not be true. In his younger years, people saw this as cute but as he grew older, it started to become a problem. As the resent grew, Iki became somewhat of a rebel; getting into fights and challenging authority. After a careless comment sparked a family feud, Iki's presence in the village went from tolerated to insufferable. In order to protect him, his family told Iki they would send him to the ninja village and enroll him in the academy to learn discipline and focus. Iki got into a heated argument with them, blaming their weakness for his expulsion. •EARTH TECHNIQUES
• Earth Military Movement This jutsu allows the user to enter the ground and "swim" in it for a limited amount time (1 post for Genin, 2 for Chuunin, 3 for Jounin+), traveling about 50 feet per post. While in the ground, the user can see through the earth as if it were transparent, but can still distinguish all of the features of the earth, rocks, holes/tunnels, burrowed animals, etc... and they can see up through the surface of the earth to locate their opponents. This field of vision extends up to a 25 foot radius around the user, but you still need to turn or look down to see things behind or under you.
• Instantaneous Body Skill An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another easily, enabling the shinobi to travel vast stretches of land almost instantaneously. After performing the necessary hand seals, the user sinks into the earth creating ripples in the ground as if it were water until the user is completely submersed underground. Upon arrival of their desired location, the earth yet again begins to ripple like water as the user ascends from the ground. the process of sinking into/ascending from the ground takes about three seconds. In order to travel to a specified location, the user has to have been there before and sense the location with their chakra, which makes the distance limited to about 5 miles. The user cannot directly shunshin into or out of a village, but can shunshin within a village if desired. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat if neither shinobi has attacked or defended for a post.
• Earth Clone After completing the necessary hand seals, the ground around the user rises up in a column to form a clone of the user. It is powerful, possessing the same strength of the user, but moves at half the user's speed. The clone's defense is what really sets it apart from others though, as it requires two hits will destroy.
• Earth Tremor Sense By touching the ground, the user can sense tremors or vibrations in the ground. These tremors indicate movement, allowing the user to sense the approximate number of people moving as well as their general speed and direction. The range of detection changes by rank, 1/4 of a mile for Genin, 1/2 of a Mile for Chuunin, 3/4 of a mile for Sp. Jounin, a mile for Jounin, 2 miles for Sannin/Kage.
•UNIVERSAL TECHNIQUES
• Tree/Wall/Water Walking By focusing chakra into the soles of their feet, a shinobi can attach themselves to a hard surface, such as trees or solid walls and walk or run up them with ease. A careful balance must be struck between applying too much chakra, which would crush the surface on contact and thus make you lose your footing, and applying too little chakra causing you to fall off the surface. Water walking takes a bit more practice and constant chakra fluxing, but is the same general idea. (This technique costs 2 chakra points to initiate, but has no retention cost)

• Be the Claw - Rank: C [Passive] Integrating the claw into every aspect of your, life, the claw has become an extension of your hand. Claw jutsu are now modified by hand to hand instead of weapon mastery.

• Upgrade: Fletching I - Rank: E [Passive] With some tinkering, the user can upgrade their bolts and arrows to be more aerodynamically stable, increasing the accuracy of the shots. It is assumed that this upgrade is applied to all bolts and arrows (even darts) that the user owns.
• Chakra Shot - Rank: E Identical to a normal bolt/arrow except it's made out of chakra. Ideal to create quicker reloads or for when the user simply runs out of regular ammo.
• Curve Shot - Rank: E-S The bolt/arrow curves/angles in the user's choice of direction. It can only curve once and the extremity of the curve/angle varies with the chakra invested within the shot. E-rank is akin to a curve ball in baseball or a slight change in angle while S-rank can cause an arrow to travel in the opposite direction it was shot in.

• Light Feet - Rank: E [Passive] The user is able to lengthen her stride and step lightly when running, which is good for crossing large distances without attracting the attention of guards or scouts. They make little noise when running like this.
[Stage Two: Bamboo Stalk]
• Light Feet Mastery - Rank: D [Passive] The user can now sprint without making any detectable noise. The user can land from large heights or from falling fast without injuring herself, and without making much noise at all. This is accomplished by landing and bending the knees, which lessens the strain on the body and makes it quiet because of the lightness of a woman's form.

[Stage One: Hit the Mark]
• Bank Shot - Rank: C The user aims at an object near their target, generally behind, under, or above them. They aim the projectile to bounce off of the object and still have it hit their opponent point first unless they wish otherwise.
• Power throw - Rank: B A problem that most projectile users face is that their weapons can be blown off track. With this technique they are able to launch a powerful shot out that is capable of withstanding and passing through techniques its rank or lower.
[Stage Two: Make it Count]
• Trick Shot - Rank: B The user releases/fires a shot in what seems like a random direction. By first applying chakra to the shot they can have it come back at their true target in the next post.
• Target Acquired - Rank: B By storing chakra into the weapon of their choosing the user can have their projectile hone in on an enemy, chasing them till it either hits their mark or misses.
