Surprise, Booker Dewitt is actually Victor.
Victor stands at five feet five inches tall and weighs 145 lbs. He was never the muscular man until he became a young adult; it was then when he became concerned with his appearance. So he's quite bulky with swept auburn hair with some signs of early aging. His face is still that of a young man, and people still compliment him on his youth. His eyes are a sea colored green and his face is rather square with some stubble. His hands are large and rough from work, but they're gentle as can be. His face can express countless emotions; it's quite amusing! He often speaks enthusiastically with hand gestures to go along with what he's saying. He gets off topic sometimes, though it's usually because he was trying to make an example for whatever point he would be trying to make. He could ramble on and on if you don't stop him!

xoxoVictor Dennis Dauphine, a man in his mid-thirties with the heart of a child. Victor was born and spent most of his childhood in France. His days were spent playing different sports with the other young boys in that little town he lived in, a town not really worth mentioning. Not only did he participate in his school's sports teams, he also involved himself in volunteer work and decathlons. His father, Jarred Dauphine, held great expectations for his only son. Since Victor's in a family which strictly withheld patriarchal traditions, most of the family's worth laid on his back. His sister, though just as brilliant as he, was not expected to do much for the family, because she was female. So Victor was forced to grow up a bit faster than his fellow schoolboys.
xoxoVictor lived his life fine and dandy from then on; however, like most people at an early adolescent stage, he began to think more about his future. What was he going to do? Where will he be? Who will he become? For a year, Victor lived with these questions hanging constantly around him, and those questions occaionally led him to do hurtful things to himself and the people around him. It was only until he was in his second year of high school when he found his passion: science! At first he wasn't very keen on formulas and laws. He saw them as restrictive, like those laws of physics were around just to make things in nature impossible to break or change. That way of thinking caused him to question more, and more, and more and more! He wanted answers, but as he kept searching for them, new questions arose. There was just something new to learn everyday. And he loved it. The possibility of finding something that may prove the impossible to be possible was enthralling.
xoxoWhen Victor graduated at the age of 18, he and his father immigrated to the U.S. in hopes of getting a greater education, finding new work and getting bigger pay. While his father went job-hunting, Victor attended classes at a community college in a smaller city in California. Lucky for him, English was no obstacle; he was an A++ student at France, and English was one of his best subjects. He didn't get a degree that would help him find a career concerning science, so he was stuck working at a large retailer while working on getting a degree for optometry. Why optometry? He wasn't so sure himself. He did know for sure was that he did not want to work at the retail store for all of his life. But while he was working there, he came across something that he never really considered his whole life.
xoxoIt was the season of Christmas. Victor's coworkers held a Christmas party and he was invited. Excited to party, he went whole-heartedly. It was there he met his future wife: Danielle. It was love at first sight. Both of them were obviously attracted to each other. The people at the party kept trying to have them locked in the closet for some adult playtime. Well anyway, that attraction led to a beautiful relationship full of love poems and serenades. Soon, they got married, Victor at age 20, and Danielle at age 18.
xoxoTheir marriage was tightly bonded, as most marriages were at the time. And very soon, their first child was born. Their joy was immeasurable. Victor was a father now! A father and a husband, both achieved by age 21. But, soon the couple realize that there s much more to life than this. They were delighted to have a child, but now they had to work hard to take care of her. Danielle left her high school education unfinished to work at the same retail shop as Victor, and the new baby Diana was left in Grandpa Jarred's care. It. Was. Tough. It really truly was. Victor thought many times during work whether he or not he was ready for all of this commitment. He almost regret it all, but he always shook his head at the absurd thought. His wife and child are his everything, more important than his beloved science.
xoxoAs Diana grew older and the couple worked hard, issues began to grow. Stress and exhaustion was showing on Victor's face, and there were times when he looked way older than his actual age. There were times when he resorted to horrible things and acted slightly abusive toward his daughter. He didn't know how to deal with a four year old's tantrums. He didn't know how to be a parent yet. He was still young himself; he faced reality too quickly. He didn't have the time to fully mature and understand the responsibilities of being a parent. His abusive actions caused Danielle to leave with Diana for a short period of time, until Victor came to them begging for forgiveness. He was just so tired. But he vowed to never do anything horrible to their daughter ever again.
xoxoThe couple made amends, and soon a second child was born. A son they named Derek. Grandpa Jarred was ecstatic to have a male be born. But now the couple had to work even harder for their two children. There were many times when strife occurred between the two adults, but never did he yell at his child. Victor also continued his schooling, for he discontinued it earlier because of financial problems and time and what not. Two more years of schooling and work, and a baby girl, Darlene, was born. The family was growing. And the workload was getting too much to handle.
xoxoIt was when Diana was 12 years old, when Victor was 33, that he and Danielle divorced. There was just too much stress and conflicting views on the family and a whole lot of factors that led to this decision. One reason included Danielle's infidelity. Victor supposes that he spent too much time in school and work that he neglected her. He was still heartbroken nonetheless. Victor was chosen to keep the children for now, and it was in his children that Victor found hope. His children were all he needed at this time of sorrow.
xoxoFor the next year and a half, Victor worked as an optometrist for the retail he worked at, having finished his studies. His work earned him a bit more money, and that sufficed the bills and cost of living. He believed that he could live just like this with his children with him by his side forever. Unfortunately, it was this time his ex-wife contacted him after almost two years for custody of the children. To this, he almost went completely mad. Not his children, no, not the children. Now he needed to escape. Just disappear from all of it. And that was when news of Nirvani reached him.
xoxoVictor brought his father, for financial support, and his three children on a boat to Nirvani Island. No papers were signed, no wills were left, no letters sent. No resignation from work, no alert to friends or family. They just left, seemingly without a trace, as if the Dauphine family had never stepped foot on American soil in the first place.

Diana is five feet and .75 of an inch tall, though she claims that she is five-feet-one (height complex). She has a curvier figure for one her age, not thin nor thick. She has a fringe and her hair is black with a blue tint and falls just a few inches past her shoulders. Her skin is a paler peachy tone with that small tinge of pink on her cheeks, and occasionally teenage hormones present her forehead with those awful imperfections called pimples. Her eyes are a deep purple and are inherited from her mother. Her limbs and fingers are a tad bit long in proportion to her body, which are usually advantageous traits in her artistic endeavors. Her clothing usually consists of too large sweaters and skinny jeans in dark colors; she loves sweaters, but she also doesn't know what type of clothes suit her. She has an interest in cute dresses, though. She wears glasses for her near-sightedness, and her ears are pierced. Under her left eye and on the very right side of her face are small beauty marks.

xoxoDiana Vidia Dauphine was born on Winter 17 in a hospital in California to Victor and Danielle Dauphine. Her parents immediately showered her with love and praise when she entered the world. It was clear to her family that she was gifted. She learned how to walk and talk earlier than most children. Already she knew how to read and spell when she was barely three years old. Her love for music sprouted while she watched symphonies on television, and her parents enrolled her in multiple lessons early. She was as smart as could be. But her intelligence also picked up unpleasant things easier. Everyday, she sensed and understood that her parents were having trouble with each other. This constant uneasy feeling drilled into Diana at her young age, and from then on, she just knew when something went wrong. She often cried whenever she felt unhappy about her parents' situation, and sadly, her father was young, and was unsure of how to deal with it. Victor would punish Diana with spanking or yelling in her face. Her mother hit her as well, but never as hard as Victor. Diana and her mother left Victor for a brief time, though Diana doesn't remember much about this. They returned to Victor after he begged them to come back and apologized.
xoxoDiana went into her first year of school at age four. Her first day was rather awkward; she had trouble processing what was going on. But she made her acquaintances and soon started to get into the hang of things, although for the first three months she kept mispronouncing her teacher's name. It was also in her first year that she found her love for drawing. Diana had always enjoyed drawing (stick figures), but one day, while her class started an art project, her teacher told the class, "I want beautiful drawings, no stick figures or dots for eyes..." Diana had an epiphany, and her drawing style drastically changed. She observed her surroundings much more, and tried to draw figures with realistic features. The drawings were still horrible, yet quite amazing for a four-year-old.
xoxoIt was the summer of the year before that her little brother, Derek, was born. Diana was full of joy. She would creep away from her shyness and blabber on about her new cute, drooly baby brother. And when he was born, she couldn't take her eyes off of him. She was a big sister now! She would make funny faces and noises at him, make sure the sun wasn't in his face, alert her parents if he made a stinky... Everything that she could have done. There were times when her brother did things that she did not like, of course. One day, her brother drooled all over her drawings, and she muttered, "I wish I never had a brother." Her parents, at hearing this, gave her a super long lecture about why saying that was wrong. And of course she burst into tears.
xoxoA year after, she finally met her very first best friend, Evelyn. They clicked perfectly, and it's humorous how Diana pronounced Evelyn's name as "availian" until a month into the school year. They played silly games out in recess, and sometimes they got into fights, but they always found a way to makeup and become friends again. Diana became rather clingy with Evelyn, and she often rejected her other classmates and talked shyly with them. She put all of her trust in Evelyn, and only Evelyn. Year later, Diana's sister was born. Again, how she would boast. She also met her second best friend, Sarah. These three would be the tightest of pals for the remainder of their elementary years.
xoxoUpon entering her middle school year , both of her bestest friends transferred out of the school. This left Diana very lonely and mistrustful of her classmates. She found herself reading books alone instead of talking with her peers. She was also going through physical changes with her body. This was becoming a very bad time to be alone for her. However, another classmate that she's known approached her, and they shared their love of books. She also befriended an enthusiastic and adorable transfer student. Diana found her new place of comfort with these two girls.
xoxoDiana lived a rather easy-going life, however no matter how happy her school life made her, she could not ignore the problems that were arising in her home. Her parent's had always argued for as long as she could remember. But things began to escalate, and often those days Diana would wake up in the middle of the night to the voices of her parents yelling at each other. She pretended that she knew nothing about it and never shared what she knew with anyone. She was afraid that her family would be broken apart. That was her biggest fear. She had classmates whose parents divorced and they seemed fine to her, but she did not in anyway want her parents to split. She prayed every night for her parents' happiness. However, her parents' arguments were increasing and increasing. Diana began to think very deeply about herself and the world around her, and the fact that she was going through puberty wasn't helping at all. Her grades began to slip in school, and her assignments were being turned in late or not at all. She just could not focus at all; she felt that she was responsible for many, many things. She felt that she was failing all of her family's expectations of her as the eldest child. And not once did she ever vent.
xoxoDiana's greatest fear came true when she was 12. She stayed strong in her outward appearance, and was passive-aggressive to her parents' decision with her expressionless actions following the divorce. She felt that she was trapped in her home, and she could only be just a part of herself at school. But she was never truly happy after their separation. She could only think that it was all her fault, that maybe she could have told somebody and prevent this whole mess. Whenever she came home and looked at her father, sleeping at the kitchen table with bags under his eyes, her heart would shatter. If only she told her mom that she knew that she was meeting with that strange man, if only she never kept her mother's secrets. Diana was falling deeper and deeper into her depression. She overthought many things from then on, and held a pessimistic view on everything.
xoxoIt was not until a very enlightening event happened did she raise from the depths of her sadness. She met with her mother for the first time after a year, and all of Diana's feelings just burst. Her mother quickly told Diana that she was being too hard on herself, and that she was too young to be thinking this way. She said over and and over that she and Victor loved her and her siblings with all their heart, and that they didn't want them to witness argument ever again. More mushy things happened, and Diana had calmed down. She now viewed things at a calmer, more thoughtful, and open perspective. She entered a contemplative state of mind, whilst changing her outward personality depending on the second party. She also went through a sexuality change at this time, which is worth noting. Now she just incentives herself as a regular adolescent.
xoxoShe lived the next year normally, and it was sort of her time to heal. But, one day her father, for reasons unknown to her, had her and her siblings pack their essentials to move away to some island called Nirvani. It was extremely sudden, and Diana asked her father many questions, questions that were generally left unanswered. Feeling the urgency in this leave, she said her tearful and hurried farewells to her friends. Her family left Calofornia shortly after for this island. There were many things Diana was not looking forward to in this impromptu location transfer. One of them included the fact that in order to get to the island, a boat must be taken. Sigh.

The boy stands at four feet seven inches and weighs 100 pounds. He is quite the chubster, due to his unhealthy lifestyle from excessive laziness and lack of physical activity. His skin is a tannish color because he spends most of his day lying outside in the sun. If it's rainy, he'd just lie somewhere else. He doesn't mind hid weight, he's just a boy after all. His black hair is cut in a messy bowl shape and falls over his eyes, though he sloppily pushes it away. His general appearance and choice of clothing is just sloppy. Typical for a boy his age, his sisters suppose.

xoxoDerek Jake Dauphine was born in California to Victor and Danielle Dauphine. He was the center of attention from all members of the family, especially his grandfather, Jarred Dauphine. Derek grew up as a very, very energetic young boy. His enthusiasm in all thing was immeasurable, however his artistic and intellectual side in comparison to his older sister was rather lacking.
xoxoDerek's body weight grew after his grandfather kept spoiling him with snacks and video games were introduced to him. His sisters were usually the center of attention, so Derek up had his own freedom from expectations from his parents. His grandfather, however, was very expectant of him. He usually failed those expectations, and with other influences, Derek grew sarcastic and very unconfident in himself, in a humorous way. He has few friends, and he feels closest with his sister, especially after his parents' divorce. He's still a growing boy, so there's still much for him to learn!
