RULES TO RPC FIGHTING
1.) When fighting with another player character, you cannot state that an attack hit. That is called "Auto-hitting" and is against the rules of this guild. Unless you get permission from the person who is controlling the character you are fighting.
2.) You can only initiate an attack in a post. It is up to the opponent to decide whether it hits or not. For example:
-Amatsu brought his arm back and shot a fireball at Yuuki.
Next it can go either two directions depending on the opponent's decision.
-Yuuki tried to jump out of the way, but was caught in the fireball. She quickly dropped to the ground and rolled to put out the fire.
OR:
-Yuuki ducked low to the ground to avoid the fireball. It narrowly went over her head, but singed a few of her hairs.
As you can see, this makes fighting fair. However, there is the problem of people dodging every single attack.
This is not allowed.
3.) Characters must take a hit every once in a while, even if it is a scratch. If Yuuki or I notice that a character is dodging every single attack, we have every right and full authority to point it out.
4.) We also have the right to point out when a character should have run out of energy, fallen from accumulated injuries, or reached their limit, but we will likely only exercise this during player character vs. player character battles.
5.) It is required that each and every individual here is to post below stating they agree to the terms I have dealt them. No exclusions, you are to post in the due time allotted.
6.) For Minor OOC during the roleplay just write OOC: at the bottom of your post. Whoever in OOC I ask you not to be rude to each other. For anything that exceeds a simple comment, it must be taken to the OOC forum.
Please move onto the next rules forum.
DISCLAIMER: Yes we know there are a lot of rules, however these are situations that have actually been brought to our attention and need to be addressed.
Thank you for your taking the time to review everything.
