Personality:Raiku is a strange combination between carefree and impatient. He hates to wait for things, yet he commonly relaxes and drinks an excessive amount of sake. He is normally sarcastic and cracks a ton of jokes for no reason. However in combat he calms down and becomes serious. However lately, his personality has become slightly darker and he is far more tense than he was previously.

Biography:
Early life
Raiku was born in one of the 30th Rukon District. For reasons unknown to even him, he quickly ended up being on his own due to the disappearance of his parents. He was taken care of by friendly members of the Rukon District and grew up. He was known to cause mischief frequently, but none of it was ever harmful. Eventually, his level of reishi was revealed to be very high, and he eventually enrolled in the Academy. He excelled in Zanjustsu, Hakuda, and Hoho, however he had poor skill with kido for a long time. He graduated top of his class and ended up at first in Squad 8. However, he quickly transfered around the squads until he ended up as the third seat of Squad 11.
Squad 11
Raiku quickly found himself at home with Squad 11, though he wasn't quite as blood thirsty as most are. He performed well during the missions, however he ended up losing all of his friends by the time he entered his fifth year of service. It was around this time that he was offered a chance to take part in a Squad 12 experiment. He agreed, and went over to Squad 12's barracks and the experiment went smoothly, but appeared to fail. The next day while on a mission in the World of the Living, his head began to hurt and before he knew it, he turned into his hollow form. He ended up slaughtering his entire team and ran. The Gotei 13 later sent a team to search for them and found the bodies. They assumed Raiku was dead.
Year in the World of the Living
For an entire year, Raiku wandered the world of the living in his hollowfied state. He mercilessly killed any hollows that got in his way. One day though, a group of 30 hollows led by a powerful hollow attacked the hollow Raiku. After a fierce battle that ended with all of the hollows dead except the leader, Raiku was defeated and his mask was shattered. Raiku quickly woke up and was surprised to see the hollow. The hollow however, turned out to be relatively friendly to Raiku and healed his injuries and explained what happened. Immediately after this, Raiku also learned of Raiju's new ability to speak freely through his sword. Raiku eventually took to calling the hollow Gramps on account of his extremely old age. Once Raiku recovered enough strength, he returned to the Soul Society to the surprise of his Squad, meanwhile Gramps chose to live in the World of the Living in an isolated spot.
Later Life
Afterwards, Raiku continued his duties and began to train and improve his Vizard abilities. Within 20 years of his return, Raiku successfully became a Captain at the age of 220. He then secretly brought Gramps and other friendly hollows to the Seireitei and got them to brew sake for him, along with a secret task, to make sure he didn't go on a rampage ever again. They were to use any and all means necessary to ensure this. Now Raiku's struggles with his inner hollow have returned.

Shikai Abilities:
Raikiri (Lighning Blade)-Blue Lightining like reishi covers the blade and increases its cutting power by 50%. This allows it to cut through bone if enough force is applied, but not steel. In addition, anything it cuts gets a shock. Its range is the length of the sword blade. It lasts 8 posts and has a 3 post recharge.
Shuurai (Lighning Strike)-A blue wave of lightning like reishi is shot out of the blade as Raiku swings it. Its very similar to a getsuga tenshou. Its power, range, and speed vary based on how much reishi Raiku puts into it. No two shuurai are exactly the same. Its power can be augmented by using Raikiri at the same time. Less Reishi=more speed but less power and range, while more reishi=more power and range, but less speed. Its duration is one post and can be fired the next post.
Senkou (flash)-Raiku can disappear and reappear in an instant. It is a much faster version of shunpo. However its range is much more limited. Raiku can only travel about 2 meters in any direction. Its a one post duration and requires a one post recharge.

Kuroi Shuurai (Black Lightning Strike)-This technique is essentially the same a Shuurai, but is black in color. In addition, it's raw power and speed are faster. It's power is about double, and its speed is 2.5x as fast. In addition, they can be fired more frequently. (2 can be fired per post, and are able to be fired again by the next one.)
Kuroi Raikiri (Black Lightning Blade)-An enhanced, black version of raikiri. This version can slice bones like butter, and if an opponent is weakened enough may be able to cut a zampakuto, but will require a significant amount of work and power, (minimum of 20 hits to do so, more likely to take 30 or more if at all)
Hyperspeed Combat: Raiku can move at triple the speed he normally can, and his reflexes are four times faster. In addition, his durability is doubled in this form in order to prevent his bones from being shattered.. This ability is permanently active during bankai.

Drunken Blade-A style of Zanjutsu unique to Raiku. It is only achieved when he is heavily drunk. His attacks become much more fluid and agressive, while at the same time his pain tolerance is greatly enhanced. However his strategical prowess is greatly limited. When combined with the ability to use reishi to enhance the length of his cut, this style can be heavily destructive.

Shattered Form (Second Stage of Hollowfication)
Description: This is a second stage of Hollowfication, and is the midpoint between the Mask and the full blow Hollow form. Raiku gains the hollow armor on his entire body, but it is far less detailed than the true transformation. He is able to retain control of his body in this form, however, his inner hollow rises closer to the surface and causes him massive mental damage after this form is released. In addition, some of the inner hollow's specific powers begin to manifest. In addition, this form uses a large amount of reishi, to the point that he is unable to perform reishi based manuevers for the rest of the battle unless he is healed. He is only able to maintain this form for a few minutes max (6 posts)
Appearance: It appears similar to the inner hollow's appearance, except the mask is exactly like the normal vizard mask, The claws are only points on the fingers, and the muscle lines are less detailed.
Abilities:
Shikai/Bankai enhancements: All abilities are doubled.
Physical enhancement: His strength, speed, endurance, and stamina are doubled.
Makai Raikou (Hell Lightning)-This technique can be applied in two different ways. Both applications take until the 5th post to be able to be used.
Against an Individual: Raiku forms a large lightning storm, and then hundreds of bolts combine and form in Raiku's hand. Raiku can then attack an opponent with this, but it requires direct physical contact. This attack would be the equivalent of 50 Kuroi Shuurais and will either heavily wound or kill an opponent. However, the technicue drains Raiku of his energy, and shatters every bone in the arm that uses it. The damaged caused by it will like take days to fully heal even with healing kido.
Against a Group: Raiku can cause the lightning to instead rain down on an area that has a 25 meter radius. However, this technique simply causes a large amount of destruction. It will cause moderate damage to all those who are hit, but due to the widespread nature of it, it is hard to avoid. This technique also drains Raiku, but he isn't physically harmed.
Desaparecer (weakened version): He is able to teleport from one area to another insantly, but the range is limited to only 3 meters, he cannot go through special barriers (for example he can go through a wall but he can't go through a kido barrier.). Takes 2 posts to recharge.
