 The beginning of reapers were during the Egyptian times. It is said that Anubis fought a great earth- shattering battle with his uncle Set, The God Of Chaos. Anubis's legacy was to rule the underworld and Set disagreed very much. Than, the war broke out. Anubis controlled reapers giving them life changing abilities to help him win the war. But Set, stole some of the reapers from Anubis, and used his own creations against him. Anubis was angered greatly, and Humans were finally realizing....
''Reapers were their Enemy.''. Set made huge plagues, Wars, and famine onto the humans. The reapers, unable to do their jobs because they were fighting each other, had no choice to but look away from the human world. Finally Anubis went deep into the underworld and harnessed enough magic to help destroy Set... Or so he believed. The magic was ancient and powerful, it wasn't allowed to leave the world of the gods. Ever. Anubis stole it and used it to capture Set, imprisoning him in the bowels of the underworld. After Set was gone, Anubis used his reapers to imprison the traitorous reapers right by Set. Otherwise known as ''Limbo".
Anubis felt great sorrow for the humans, for he didn't let his reapers do the jobs. He decided to change up the reapers rulebook, and it changed the humans forever. He put more locks on the reapers making sure betrayal can never happen. To put the locks up, he had to split the reaper's abilities into five Heka Gifts. He bestowed the powers on 500 humans, distributing them carefully.
But Know that has all changed.

If your born with Heka, supposedly Anubis watches over you. He changes the balance of your life, and makes you enroll in a school for reapers. Once you die, you than become a reaper and are forced to do your job. If your born with it, you live with it basically. Anyways, just so were clear.... reapers are dead. Reapers in training are not.....
At least there supposed to be.
Lately Reapers have become reapers alive..... and boy.... Are they bad. The ones that are alive, praise Set instead of Anubis, and they have a school as well. The only problem is.... There's not that many. But lately more alive reapers have been switching and the dead reapers are switching also. These days though, reapers alive and dead use ghosts as slaves. Well most of them at least. Theirs a prochecy too.....
Set's planning on rising and breaking the bonds. He's ready for revenge.... Death will go to earth, and the living will be no more.

Ka Heka
Reanimates dead bodies using a tiny part of a soul called the Ka.
(Rarity: Too Common)
Ren Heka
Calls forth and communicates with earth bound spirits.
(Rarity: too Common) Sheut Heka
Creates and commands soul shadows. A soul shadow is sorta like the top layer of the soul, peeled away.
(Rarity: Somewhat rare. If unlucky to be born with this ability, the government takes you before Anubis can get to you. very few are alive.)
Ba Heka
Ba Heka necromancers can bind souls and keep them from entering the afterlife. Basically they take souls to stay immortal.
(Rarity:Very Very Rare. No one is known to have it in modern times....... supposedly theirs one...... somewhere.) Ib Heka
They see into the hearts of the souls and knows the person's true worth.
(Rarity: SUPER RARE. The people who usually have this ability go crazy, become hermits, become serial killers or create cults.)
There is three people in this story that have too. no one is allowed to have more those three people. If your character had all five... they'd explode.
(If it's rare... Only the characters that have it have it. So you follow which spot you are put in.... ^^)

Aria is a very quiet person... Her brother pretty much is the loud one. she is caring and a complex protector. if you've every done anything wrong, which she can see into your heart.... she will refuse to help you. She is Mature for her age, and somewhat laid-Back. When she feels like being in the playful attitude, she cannot help herself to teasing, but does not appreciate a challenge. Despite this, she is a considerate person, she doesn't take attitude lightly. Especially any unlikeable behavior she might give others.

Aria and her brother did not start in the "great-life" from childhood, born into a life with poverty and a stressed single-mother. As many sob stories turn out, Aria was abused in human schools and bullied. She finally one day she her self away from the world and didn't speak. Walking home from her first day of 5th grade, some kids grabbed her and took what ever they could. beating her to a sense, they shoved matches into her ears. Ever since then, she hasn't been able to hear. She knew her ability of Ib Heka when she was six, seeing into the souls of the teachers and calling them out on it daily. She was expelled from many schools. When she was 14, a dream from Anubis came to her..... Explaining her lifestyle ahead of her and what she could chose. Aria, who didn't speak in years spoke to Anubis and chose the ability of being a Ren Heka. Her brother soon later had the same dream, she was able to speak. She packed her bags a year later and has been at Nekyia training to be the new chosen one for Anubis. But, she has a feeling something bad is coming.

She doesn't think for a second he'll get her... But still. The last fear she has is of..... The head master.... only because Aria is a bit of a trouble maker..... She likes to set things on fire... Such as home aide bombs... or firecrackers.

I'm one of the special people..... I have two hekas.... *sigh* My two are Ib Heka and Ren Heka.... Yeah Yeah... I'm a freak. Any special chosen one of Anubis has the ability to go back and forth between the gods world and the human world to guide special souls. If not careful, they can shred the soul into five pieces and they can inhabit a living human body making BIG problems.

She is giggly when she wants to be, or she can get down to business without a peep. At times, she's extremely hard to figure out, unless you happen to know her. Saki LOVES to be challenged, no matter what. Usually, she can be distracted easily, and many people at the school like to see who can distract Saki first. Everyone teases the Reaper, mostly because she's childish, quite young, and easily distracted. Saki never became used to the jokes. She blushes a lot, is quite sensitive although she never shows it, and has quite a bunch of stamina.
𝓑𝓲𝓸𝓰𝓻𝓪𝓹𝓱𝔂 ┋ Saki was born color blind. Her mother was quite sad because she wanted a normal child without a problem that she would have to work around. To make matters worse, her father died that very day. Her five-year-old brother quickly started making plans to protect Saki because he felt that was his duty being the only boy in the house. They grew up extremely close together. Usually, since her brother was five years older than her, Saki would follow him around and copy everything he did. He was just extremely smart, not a nerd. Although he wore glasses, always carried books around, and studied a bit too much, Saki never thought that her older brother was a nerd. She herself became able to read at a very young age, and studied with her brother. They were buddies. Soon, they were able to enter the same school together.
Saki was put in kindergarten, but she was way too smart for it. She was transferred into 1st grade, and passed with flying colors. One day, while walking to the food court, she noticed a group of boys crowding around someone. Wondering why, Saki walked over. She heard her brother's voice and rushed over. Yelling at the older boys in her little voice, she got their attention. Saki never knew what came out of her mouth, but it frightened the boys. They stepped back, turned, and ran. Saki, with a cheerful smile, went over to her brother, helped him picked up his books, and they walked their ways. One day, in class, a girl who looked about two years older than Saki wandered up to her. She started talking calmly, calling herself Mayu. Saki told her name, and they became the best of friends.
Saki and Mayu were playing one day, at the park, when they were around ages 7 and 9, and an older guy came up to them. Saki's mother was out at a ball with her boyfriend (only she told Saki she was going to go out "dancing"), and her brother was out with his friends. The man just went up to Saki, pulled out a needle, and stabbed in one of her eyes. She screeched and fell to the ground, holding her eye. There was no crying from her, just screaming. Mayu, feeling very protective over her younger friend, attacked the man, clawing at his hair and punched him with her killer punches. He jabbed a knife, no needle involved, into Mayu's right leg. She screamed in pain but held on, now biting. A woman, pushing her little boy in a stroller, saw what was going on and rushed to help them. Now, the man had Mayu knocked out and was advancing on Saki. He managed to slash Saki's arms, legs, and made a shallow wound on her throat before he was handcuffed. Both were rushed to the hospital. Saki was hurt mortally; Mayu was told to have a long scar and not able to unwrap it unless she wanted pain. It took a few years, but the two were finally able to get put of the hospital. Everyone thought it was amazing that Saki was alive; but she was really dead. She was transformed into a Reaper and allowed to live if she would enter the High School. She had been invited by someone she didn't even remember the face of him. Entering the High School along with Mayu, Saki soon became an amazing Assassin, and a High Class Reaper at age 11. Everyone was amazed, but they also liked to tease Saki. Saki grew along with Mayu, and, although she is usually in a different class than Mayu, they stayed the best of friends.
𝓛𝓲𝓴𝓮𝓼 ┋ Singing, flowers, golden colored things, friends, Mayu Kurono (her best friend), Reapers, playing with younger kids (especially little boys), her brother, and shadows.
𝓓𝓲𝓼𝓵𝓲𝓴𝓮𝓼┋ Guys, getting scolded, people nagging about her blindnesses, not being able to sing, feeling bad for herself, Mayu leaving her side, and crying.
𝓕𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓼 ┋ Mayu becoming hurt or taken away from her. . . and dancing. There's just something about dancing the scares Saki; she doesn't remember why though.
𝓦𝓮𝓪𝓴𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼 ┋ Her half blindness. She can only see with one eye which can be a BIG problem at times. Mayu, when hurt, causes Saki to lose concentration because she wants to help her badly. She also loses everything sane about her if she sees needles.𝔸𝕟𝕪𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝔼𝕩𝕥𝕣𝕒 ?

𝓔𝔁𝓽𝓻𝓪 ┋ Saki is half blind AND color blind. . . She was born color blind but the half blindness came later. As well as being unable to remember her background pass age seven, Saki has no clue WHY she is in this school nor that she is dead. ViViD Maestro Also I can't PM you for some reason but what kind of special ability can my character have? Well... nothing too extreme, and with you abilities it varies on what kind of heka you have.
Sich as is you choose Shuet Heka, your ability is to raise shadow warriors and you can make yours have super strength and you do too. Something like that... If you choose special abilities you get two Hekas.
