Back when Yuri was a child, Mr. Allen had this house built when he first discovered an advertisement for the island, since he didn't have the time or the energy to look around at existing houses there. Because it's so new, it has a fresh, clean quality to it. The two story, three bedroom house is modeled after the one his late wife always wanted to buy. Because he only lived there sporadically, he left the house very sparsely decorated, and he left most of the household decorating and other matters to an NPC housekeeper he had hired. However, when Yuri was seventeen, he remarried, and gave her the house once she was old enough. Yuri did very little to personalize it, leaving it as her father had decorated, until June moved in. Now that he's gone, it feels a lot like it did when Mr. Allen lived there.
The master bedroom on the second floor houses Mr. Allen's bedroom, now turned into a guest room. Across from that is Yuri's bedroom, which was originally intended to be the guest room, and had remained completely empty until Yuri took it as her own. Down the hall is Jeffrey's room, which had once been Yuri's childhood bedroom.
Walking down the stairs to the first floor takes you to the entryway. From the front door, the living room is to the right, and the kitchen is to the left. The living room connects to what was once Mr. Allen's office, where he spent the most time when he was home. There's a fold out couch in there, and it acts as a second guest room.
In addition to the two floors is the basement, which is mostly empty, except for a TV, some old couches, and a pool table; and the attic. The attic is filled with the late Mrs. Allen's belongings, including things she inherited when her own parents passed away, as well as some unused wedding gifts. As a child, Yuri enjoyed spending her time going through her mother's old things, even though it wasn't allowed.

Standing at the door of the Allen home, a young red headed boy held frozen as he felt a wave of nervousness stop him in his tracks. Talon had never had issues with communicating with other people, and he actually quite enjoyed meeting new folks. Yet, smack a 'date' as the pretense to meeting someone, and the boy's face lit up a color that mimicked his hair. The idea of meeting with a female with any intention other than chatting politely scared the teen a bit. It was not like he had experience in the dating world with the whole hippy home school his parents put him through. Regardless, Talon was there at the house, and he would eventually have to build the courage to knock on the door. He had been been composed all the time he was getting ready and walking to his bidder's house. But, being in front of the destination had made him hesitate for a couple minutes. Talon checked over his attire once more just to be sure he was of adequate appearance. He had on a hammy-down gray suit that was one size to big riddled with random clothes to patch up torn bits in the fabric. His shoes, much like his suit, were just a bit too big, making him look more like a childish clown than a potential date. However, his sister had chosen his outfit for him and took extra care in making him look as good as possible (with what they had). She even went so far as to comb his hair and tie his red bow-tie around his neck. In his right hand he held a bunch of assorted wild flowers he had collected for the night wrapped in a piece of pink paper he had reused from a present he had wrapped for his sister. When Talon saw that he was ready, he took a gulp of air in and knocked on the door, waiting nervously for his date to answer.

Even after all these years, Yuri was still at a bit of a loss as to why she kept coming back to this White Day thing. It wasn't like she was shy and needed help meeting people; she was quite okay with the idea of going out to the bar and mingling. In fact, the whole idea of winning a date through an auction seemed much less enjoyable. It was complete chance, and since it was a blind date, she couldn't even have the satisfaction of knowing that her date thought she was hot, which was really the only benefit to dating in her book, outside of a free meal and an excuse to get all dressed up. And yet, she kept coming back, year after year. Maybe it was the gamble she liked. She knew well how much of a risk it was. You could end up with some hot guy, or you could end up with some creep. Yuri had ended up with a kid once before, and since then she had known to be careful. She would much rather spend a date out at the bar or something, but she couldn't be certain that her date would even be of drinking age, and she wasn't going to start sneaking minors into bars. No, her house was good enough. If he was young, they could play a game or something. But if he was an adult, well, she had more than enough alcohol lying around the house (often quite literally) and they could still probably manage to have a decent time.
She was sitting on the couch, flipping through a magazine, when someone knocked on the door. She had made some light attempts to clean, and it wasn't as messy as it often was, but there was still a small amount of mess, and she kicked an empty bottle of vodka under the couch as she hurried to the door. To be honest, Yuri wasn't really nervous or anything, she actually had quite low expectations. She had been in such a slump lately, she was sure that any kind of company, any kind at all, would be preferable to bumming around the house in sweats for the third day in a row. Even a guy named Talon.
Yuri opened the door wide enough for her body to fit into the doorway, keeping a firm hand on the door, as she looked at the kid on her front step. He wasn't that small, he was around the same height as Junior actually, so she had to look up at him to examine his face, but the way he was dressed, the way he stood, the expression on his face, all of it screamed 'teenager'. She couldn't even feign surprise at this point, she just accepted it. "Hi," she greeted him simply, noticing the bow tie and allowing herself a slight, amused smirk. "It's a little late for the Pumpkin Moon Festival, so you must be... Talon?" Maybe she was starting it off a little too aggressively, teasing right off the bat. But she was already feeling a little bit tired, so she had to do something to keep herself entertained.

Next on the list was lovely Ms. Allen! Oh how Orchid loved this one! Her house was so nice and beautiful! She was so nice and beautiful! It was all just so perfect! Yuri had always had the nicest of things, and Orchid just loved to fly through and awe over it all. That may be exactly why it was taking her so long to make her way to Yuri’s room. Yuri was so strong and wonderful. She had found a man to spend the rest of her life with, and even when it didn’t work out, she didn’t give up! Maybe if she would’ve consulted Orchid, she would’ve known to not even start caring about some follower of Carnation. Ugh! Anyone that was that simple minded was not worthy of someone as wonderful as Yuri. That’s why Orchid was entirely overjoyed when she saw Yuri with that Junior boy. Oh how perfect they would be together! With the elegance of Orchid rushing through Yuri’s veins and the gentle nature of Lily within Junior, oh it was just too much to even think about! Orchid had become entirely emotional over the thought and was dabbing at her eyes with some lovely shirt that Yuri had. This fabric was just to die for! She would have to inquire where she could get something like this when Yuri visited her. For now, she made her way over to the dresser and placed a box containing various types of fabrics and threads for Yuri to make some wonderful creations with! Oh, maybe she could wear them on a date with that cuuuuute boy! Orchid had to practically drag herself away from this house, unfortunately there were other dreams to make come true.
