Hercule City is a city located north of Mount Paozu and south of East City. It was originally named Orange Star City,but was renamed after Mr. Satan in commemoration of his supposed victory over Cell in the Cell Games (which Gohan actually won).

The lad would lay upon a bench with his eyes closed and a newspaper over his face. His mouth let a small hum of breaths take over as he laided there. His glasses pinned to his eye lids as his vest laid open. The young man's mouth pinned in a frown while his hand rested on the back of his head.The young man's chest expands and retracts slowly as the wind hits the paper, sending it flying in another direction, and knocking the boy's glasses to his nose. His eye would open feeling his bangs tickle his forehead and his frown forced forth as he opened his eyes. He'd slowly sit up and wipe a bit of drool from his cheek and blinked. "My cover. . ." He'd mutter as he looked at the headliners float idlely away from him, while sitting himself up on the bench, and pulling his glasses off. Runi, was the boy's name, and as he cleaned off the smudges on his glasses with a soft cloth that resided in his pocket, the young man's eyes closed. Many powers had been emerging of recent across the continent. Many of them would be troublesome if they came to him, especially with him being a professional Former Martial artist. His hands would go to his lap as he finally would sit upright on the bench. The young man's lips furrowed as he concentrated on keeping his power at a low level.
The man's mouth would exhale befre kicking his feet out and leaning his head back. "This is a bit of a drag. The more trouble arises, the harder it becomes to live a peaceful, blissful life." He'd say to himself before holding a hand out lazily and then facing the palm to himself. "Knowing my luck, something exciting will drop right infront of me and ruin my third nap."

Supposedly they would be safer with her and it was easier to cover more ground apart. That was fine with her or so she agreed, storing them in a small bag she fastened to her waist. Truthfully, having such a responsibility made her nervous, even if it did make sense. 'I just have a bad feeling in my gut...' she sighed to herself. She decided to take a short break in her search to relax and gather her thoughts. Sev flew until she reached Satan City or Orange City as it was called once upon a time ago. The girl landed rather abruptly, careful not to crush the ground beneath her feet in the process, something she only had to worry about in civilized areas. Even so, the few people who saw her, gasped and pointed in awe. 'Oh great, this again...' Flying was definitely not something normal and something she would have to refrain from doing around people to avoid gawkers. She was already beginning to feel uncomfortable with all the staring, but was doing her best to ignore it. Standing with her back to the man on the bench, she backed up and took a seat with a sigh. Unfortunately, the Android failed to notice the man laying there when she sat and still didn't afterwards. "Let's see...I have three and need four more. At least it should be easier now with the radar, but..." The girl sat back, leg over her knee and arms crossed while taking a gander at the drifting clouds.

As he sat looking at his palm, the man would sigh a bit. "It's whatever, I should just go back to sleep." He'd mutter giving a disgruntled frown to the ground before hearing the mass of onlookers murmur and talk. His head would peer up as a woman descended from the sky. His eyes gave a sharpened gaze as he began to think to himself. 'Great, just what I thought.' He'd say as he focused a bit before wincing. 'W-wait. . .I can't sense this person's spirit. . .What's going on?' He'd say as he would slowly move his hand back. He'd have to grab a rune for this. It wasn't going to end well if this turned deadly. Though as he was about to, the person plops down on his lap with the force of a sumo wrestler. His mouth let out a gagging sound as he began to scramble to get out from under this person. His eyes dimmed a bit as he shook and twitched. 'Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit, this girl weighs a ton. I didn't expect this, I was prepared, Kami, if you're listening, I promise not to be lazy if you save me. Give me the breaths to escape this situation. Kami, are you listening? I see the light, and the judgement center. I hope I go to heaven. Why have I been forsaken again.'

It wasn't like there was a rush to get the Dragon Balls, although she would hate to keep Ryuzu waiting for too long. She wondered what it was like being dead in his case. Also, how could he talk to anyone alive? Maybe...was he watching right now, witnessing her slacking off?! No, it wasn't like that, even if it seemed that way. In any case, once he came back, she could pick his brain about it. While Sev sat, she began to notice something squirming about under her rear. She looked...she saw...she gasped in horror. "Oh...my God!!!" The Android quickly stood, rising from the man she accidentally sat on. 'I sat on his lap! I...I...!' Her face turned red from embarrassment as she cupped her hands over her mouth. How she failed to notice someone was beneath her or was even sitting there to begin with was a complete shock to her. But her feeling of humiliation would be brief upon noticing the man was in pain. A minor lapse of confusion, thinking she couldn't have weighed that much, followed by sudden clarity, remembering she was an Android. "Oh no... What have I done? I'm so sorry!" she flustered, falling to her knees. She had sat on his leg- what if it was sprained or broken? At the very least, Sev could make sure he wasn't terribly wounded. "P-Please, let me have a look! I-I'm a doctor!"

He'd finish his small prayer to whatever deity allowed this to happen to him. His eyes would squeeze shut as his mouth frowned deeply as he felt the relief come soon after. He'd lay limply on the bench as he acted as if he had been killed. His eyes remained as he twitched a bit and thought to himself, 'Thank you god, I'll limit myself to 4 naps a day. . .When I don't work hard.' He'd then groan a bit as he slowly stood up and held his torso wincing a bit. His eyes looked drowsy and irritated as he pushed his glasses up on his face while the masses looked at the two. ". . .How do you not know you're sitting on someone? Are ya some sort of robot or something?" He'd say while stepping to the side a bit with his eyes scanning over her as if he were one before standing up straight and wiping off the front of his pants. The young man's mouth kept it's disgruntled look before turning around. "Nope, Nope, Nope." He'd say as he began to walk away. His walk was a bit odd from his numb legs but his walk said what his mouth was saying. 'I'm not being dragged into some sort of Adventure. I wanna be Listless and free to be lazy. This girl looks like she's on a mission, a mission I don't wanna be involved in.'

Being too concerned for the man she injured, the red blonde failed to notice the onlookers at this time, perhaps for the best. She started to speak, but immediately shut up when he began talking first. Being called a robot made her flinch and stare at the man wide eyed. Of course he didn't know, it was just an eerie coincidence! Right? RIGHT?! RIGHT! 'Wait, is he scanning me?!' the Android gasped, rising to her feet. Rather than accusing the man of being some pervert, Sev was concerned with him finding her out. Except the man just said "Nope" and walked off with no explanation. Maybe she should have left it at that, but seeing the man's odd walk, the scientist couldn't help but feel responsible. At the very least, to make sure the guy was alright would be enough. "W-Wait! Please, I just want to help!" she claimed, following after him.

His steps quickened a bit, her reaction was one he knew well. One of a philantropitical being who wants to help all those around them. Including those who tend to get into to trouble, and usually dragging others into trouble, others like him. His head shook as he waved his hand back to her and continued on. "Nope, I'm fine." He'd say while his feet scooted faster across the floor, hoping to get her to catch the hint. Oh Kami why did this happen to him. His Listless life, gone in a flash. His hands adjusted his glasses as people cleared way for him as he entered the street. His mind raced with hiding spots or places he could lay low to avoid this girl, though seeing that she could fly, it'd be harder to escape. His hands dug into his pockets as he began to break out into a cold sweat. What could make this day worst.

'If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was running' she'd observe with his quickening stride. Why was he being so stubborn? Seven didn't have a lot of time to waste figuring it out, she had her own mission to return to. The Android quickly sped up, easily passing him and stopping in front of the man with her arms outstretched. "STOP!" she raised her voice to get his attention, her brow furrowed in frustration. Trying her best to ignore the attention she'd draw with her outburst, she looked up at the guy with a gentler expression. "...U-um...I mean, please? I just...I don't mean to be a bother. I'm sorry for sitting...on you..a-and, um..." she stammered with a blush, her gaze lowering. Even thinking about it, it was still pretty embarrassing. "But! You are hurt! The way you're limping, I can tell. Please, let me help or at least make amends. It's the least I could do for...for inconveniencing you...so..." Sev trailed off, fidgeting with her fingers.

The joys of being chased. It seemed she wasn't about to give in that easily. His mouth would furrow a bit as his glasses began to fog up with sweat. The 1ton woman continued behind him, so he couldn't fly without her knowing he could, and then what? A fight? Maybe she'd try to rope him into whatever she was going to do. Or capture him. His mouth would exhale before he closed his eyes. It was such a pain, atleast someone would come to stop her eventually, hopefully. Police. Please, help. Though as he opened his eyes, she seemed to appear infront of him, without stretched arms as he skid to a stop infront her with a leg up and his hands in a goofier stance from the shock. Though as he slowly let his foot down, his eyes would squint. The switch in tones concerned him. What was wrong with this lady. The young man toed back a bit before listening to her. It seemed she was truly sorry, he'd sweat a bit seeing many people look at him and stare at the scene. His mouth would quiver a bit as he jumped back and kicked his leg rapidly in the air. "I'm fine, see, fine, all good, better than ever." He'd put his leg down quickly before putting his hands in his pockets. "Don't worry about it, don't sweat it, I'm just gonna head home and. . .Sleep this off or something, ya know!" He'd call out to her as he spun on his heel and began to trot off in the other direction. There was so much attention on him, he didn't know what to do.

If anything, the Android felt as if she was just harassing him at this point. There really wasn't anything else she could do...and all the attention from the nearby people was beginning to make her feel uncomfortable. "I'm...sorry..." the blonde apologized again, lowering her head. Sev didn't respond when the man hurried off home, too embarrassed to raise her head to him. She had always been socially awkward; being an Android did nothing to help that. Would undoing her transformation help? Probably not. Fortunately, she would receive a lifeline of sorts as the radar began beeping, detecting another dragon ball. Seven looked up and fished the radar from her bag and looked on in awe. It wasn't just one, but three dragon balls in one spot! 'This is almost too good to be true! Which means... Someone else is collecting the dragon balls?' she theorized. Regardless, she would have to go and ask for them. There was an important wish that had to be fufilled; hopefully they would understand. Once again, the Android took to the air, regardless of who was watching and sped off toward the three wish orbs!

｡｡｡[MARITAL (PHYSICAL) SKILLS] ✧ Hydraulic Press - With a rising knee kick, Android #7 launches herself into the air. Should this attack connect, the opponent will also be launched into the air; however it is not necessary for the technique. Taking aim, she launches a powerful dive kick at her opponent. When it connects, Android #7 activates the hydraulic pressure device in her leg, creating a second impact. Other races can replicate this technique by releasing a surge of ki in the kick.
✧ Autonomic Assault - Android #7 stands on one leg and side kicks "at the speed of lightning", with her other leg extended out. The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked. This technique can also be used mid air; each kick that lands propelling and keeping her afloat.
｡｡｡[SPEED & MOVEMENT SKILLS] ✧ Flight - The user manipulates their ki energy so that they can levitate or fly. How this technique is described, one would assume that the flyer is putting their ki underneath them, forcing it down similar to an engine or helicopter pushing air down to rise from the ground.
✧ Afterimage Technique - An ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind. The image itself cannot perform physical tasks, as it fades through everything. Most often, it is used to dodge an incoming attack and get behind the opponent to perform a counterattack. Its usage is not limited to just counterattacks, though, as it can also be used to confuse enemies: the image is used to distract the enemy, forcing them to think it is the actual fighter and giving the user a chance to perform the actual attack.
｡｡｡[ULTIMATE SKILLS] ✧ Bionic Frenzy - Sev will crouch down before delivering a sliding side kick and then standing on one leg, delivers side kicks "at the speed of lightning". The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked. She proceeds to deliver a barrage of vertical spinning kicks while rising into the air. At the peak of this barrage, an upside-down double-legged kick upwards will then be followed by an axe kick that knocks the opponent down. Teleporting to land before her opponent, she then follows with a spinning back kick to the exposed back of the falling fighter, finishing by kicking them aside.
✧ Termination Storm - Android #7 creates two large electric energy spheres in each hand, strokes of lightning lashing out sporadically. If the opponent is too close to her when she is charging up the energy spheres, they will be damaged by the aura of energy that surrounds her. She can launch these orbs individual or combine them into a massive lightning bomb. Even after this attack this ends, her body will still be temporarily covered in sparks.

As he heard the last words and looked back. It seemed that he felt something deeper than that. Something deeper than a mere girl's sadness. Something deeper than his laxed attitude. Public dismay. Many men looked upon him with discontent as women shook their heads. His eyes would blink a bit before he pinched the bridge of his nose. "This is what I was trying to avoid." He'd mutter. His eyes would blink a bit and his hand would push up hs glasses as he turned slowly just intime to see her fly off. "This is gonna hurt my image. . .And if it does, then I will never get a good nap in." He'd say as people whispered about the two before Runi would exhale and let a bit of wind leave his figure as he stepped back for a moment and then jumped up high into the air. His jump was high enough to get a few dozen meters up but after he would push his foot off of the nearest building and push himself forth. It seems that he could make great bounds in a singular leap as he attempted to use this to follow her. "HEY!" He'd try to shout at her from her great distance above him, following her to god knows where, but now that he was doing this, it was a bit late to turn back. What a day. . .
_┗ From one city to another. That's all it really was, no plan or special prepartion. Just move from one spot to the next to fulfill a simple role. Cause chaos. "There's plenty of them around here, but if I destroy just any one, the rest would already scatter and wouldn't necessarily get the job done." Seeing about 3 smaller cities surrounding the big one he currently landed in, deciding how he was going to do it. However, it became clearer than ice when it dawned upon him. Rising high enough into the air for him to notice all four cities below him. Extending both his hands out to where they glowed before blasting powerful waves of energy at two of the cities. Then in mere seconds, blasting the other one before flying down into the big centered on and destroying almost every form of life in sight. Kind of almost makes you feel bad for them with no protector from me. Though it does make my job easier...I guess I will deal. Having the time to manage, he made sure the place was left to pure ruin, smoke rising from the tattered buildings and cracked up roadways. Everything so out of place was almost beautiful shattered art. Almost abstract to a degree. But stayed around in the air just watching the aftermath. Wondering what to do next before waiting for his Boss's call. ┓
_┗ Arms crossed out of boredom. "Hmph, not as much as I thought but it'll do...what's gotten the boss's attention to where he hasn't called us yet? It's longer than usual." Gliding through the air looking around seeing a lot of dead bodies scattered across the ground...some bodies with their respective parts separated from each other. A grotesque sight that even Rashid himself wished he hadn't seen. Letting out a sigh from waiting too long he suddenly felt a sharp jolt of energy through his head. Hearing that it was the Boss himself calling through finally initiating Phase 4. "Ahh splendid, I was just about to get bored." Lifting his fingers to his temple and eyes closed with sharp focus, he extended the message from the Boss to his comrades who were supposedly following their roles. "Phase 3 has been completed, we will proceed with Phase 4 Ragna...the Boss is located on a set of Islands and already started the process. His wish...regroup there." Turning off his telepathic communication skill, Rashid turned to the direction of the Islands. Thanks to his abilities, he can track the faintest signal of someone's ki as long as he's familiar with its signature. Finding his boss's location he dashed forward. Ready for this giant rock to become theirs. ┓
After acquiring the first Dragon Ball, Zeta went ahead to procure the next. However, the exact location was fuzzy, making it hard to pinpoint, as if it were being picked up in multiple places. The blonde suggested splitting up and investigating the areas in question. Thus the Android made her way to one of numerous cities that were destroyed by the long gone Ragna Crew. The devastation they left in their wake was not so easily fixed, though it seemed several people with Cerise's logo on their jumpsuits were hard at work at the clean up. But this had nothing to do with why she was here now. Zeta hovered above the city, scanning for her target while doing her best to ignore the workers below.
