Once you've identified the source, you can solve the problem.
So, I've been feeling terribly depressed lately and blamed my past, society, love and whatever else my mind could grab at, but, when I sat down and actually thought about it logically, I realized the true source of this pathetic feeling ultimately comes down to exhaustion. This is greatly influenced by stress, malnutrition, sleep deprivation and horrible time-management. Hopeful, I'm turning to you for advice.
I usually skip breakfast, because I wake too early (5am) and I can't eat in a moving car. Blue took me to see a doctor and he gave me anti-acid pills that prevents my stomach from digesting itself - at least hah. Besides that, I barely eat real food. I live off 1 Herbalife express bar, 1 muesli bar, and 1 apple during the day (until I get home at 6pm when I eat whatever my granny cooked for dinner).
Is there anything you could recommend that would be nutritional and help me concentrate during class?
