It had taken a while, but eventually Athene had finally decided on a path to take. Camelot’s words had helped some, realising that he’d been taking the first tentative steps along it without even realising it had helped more. Because the path that he’d decided on was to try and help out those new to this whole thing, to give them what information he had, information that he could have done with starting out. Athene had spent his senshi career stumbling through things and it wasn’t something that he would ever wish on others. That wasn’t the only reason why he’d decided on this particular path however or even the main one – that had its links in his eternal upgrade. Because a based-rank senshi had saved his life and had died in the process, it was something that Athene wanted to prevent happening again – passionately wanted to prevent. And the dark-haired eternal knew that he owed the other senshi and trying to help those who were new was Athene’s way of trying to pay that debt. But it was also something that the dark-haired eternal knew that he couldn’t do alone – there was just too many potentially new senshi out there. Eventually however Athene had thought of Tsui and had messaged the tiger senshi. He wasn’t sure if it was something that the other would go for – this was a lot more than the patrolling together that the other senshi had once suggested they do together sometime – a whole lot more.

By the time her shift ended, the Eternal Senshi of Tigers took to the barely lit streets and was already moving towards a familiar garden. In the past month, Tsui had been taking to the streets a little less than she wanted to and though she had a good reason to put her patrols on the wayside, with family obligations and all, she felt that she had been letting her court down. And what a horrible time to let her court down, when Mirror Wraiths were seemingly out of control and a certain General was going out of her way to hunt down her friends. Painite. Tsui had been warned about this officer in particular from a meeting prior to encountering her, and though she was foolish to cross her path and think to hold her own against the General, she had gained a healthy fear of ever crossing her path again. She had tried to stay out of her way, but she wasn't so lucky, and neither were her friends. Tonight, she was seeking out one of those friends, in hopes that she could check on her and see how she was coming along. She couldn't blame Sailor Ida for fearing Painite, but she knew that hiding or running from the menace wouldn't have helped either. And now, with recent news of Athene's problems, this made Tsui double her efforts in finding Ida. Perhaps letting her know that she wasn't alone in her fears would help? It was strange how Athene had messaged her, right as she was on her way to the garden where she first met Ida. And she suspected she had an idea what the topic was about, too, which made it all the more creepy that he had messaged her at that right exact moment. She replied back quickly, not thinking twice about texting her destination to the other Eternal. It'd be good to have both of them meet... When Tsui made it to the gardens, she called out softly, hoping that she didn't startle either Orah or anyone else that might have been in the garden that she didn't immediately see. "Hello, anyone there? Anyone at all? Here to talk!"

Across the garden, a familiar power signature registered and the senshi of Orchids started to grin, picking up her pace as she made her way towards a familiar meeting spot. She didn't know why she always seemed to find the tiger in the garden, but she was glad to feel her friend nearby once again.
Ida had some pretty big, pretty awesome news to share with Tsui and by the time she broke into the community garden, she was jogging with a big, kinda goofy smile on her face.
"Tsui!" She called as she ran across the garden, keeping to the gravel paths and out of the delicate plant beds. Forgetting for a moment that she looked different, she practically tackled her friend with a neck hug, mashing their cheeks together as she laughed.
"Its so good to see you! I'd been hoping I would run into you again, it feels like I have a mountain of things to tell you about." She practically babbled as she let go and shifted her grip to Tsui's hands instead. Ida felt so full of energy today, and happiness, that it was hard to keep it from bubbling over. A little confidence went a long way.

Athene had been wondering whether he should message Tsui his location, but the tiger senshi had messaged back quicker than he’d expected. The location wasn’t one that Athene was particularly familiar with and the dark-haired senshi had been contemplating messaging the other Eternal back and asking her for further directions before a nearby open second bookstore had given him the idea of dehenshining for long enough to see if there was an A to Z amongst the books for sale. Luck was on his side and about 15 minutes later, Athene tapped a quick message back to Tsui to say that he was on his way. It turned out that the community gardens weren’t that far from the dark-haired senshi’s actual location and once he knew where he was going it didn’t take too much longer for Athene to get there. The eternal aura was easily noticeable and Athene made his way towards what he hoped was the right direction. And then he picked up on the aura of a nearby Super, the two auras seeming to be on top of each other. “Tsui are you there?” He called out as he continued on towards the two auras, beginning to wonder if he’d gotten the right community garden.

Tsui was not only surprised by the aura she felt, but the pure jubilation she heard in Ida's voice, and it was hard for her to keep her own joy down at the sight of her friend running towards her. Tsui's golden eyes went wide and her smile was big, even when the Senshi of Orchids tackled her with a hug. Tsui may have been short, but she was stout and managed to hold both herself and Ida up, despite the height difference and momentum. "Ida! You've changed!" And for the better, it seemed. Tsui didn't need to be told what had happened to cause the change in appearance in her friend, and she did little to hide her own enthusiasm, almost forgetting recent events and the last time they had met. "See, I always said you'd do fine, and look at you now! All Super! I knew you had it in you, Ida!" And she meant every word of it. Tsui hated to lie and she hardly did it. Now was no different. She only pulled away from Ida when she felt a familiar aura approaching, and her joy bubbled over when she waved Athene over. "Over here! Glad to see you've made it, Athene." She looked to Ida, her smile beaming and brave, despite the small hint of meekness in her voice. "I hope you don't mind? This is Eternal Sailor Athene, a good friend of mine and someone who bailed me out of a pickle before I was even a senshi. Athene, this is Super Sailor Ida!" She stepped back to allow them to greet one another, and while it didn't show, she was a little nervous about this meeting. She hoped they'd get along. She was certain that they would, but just in case...

Ida felt like she would bubble over with good feeling as she stepped back from her friend and straightened her headscarf with her fingers. She couldn't stop grinning like an idiot, though her cheeks were bright pink in embarrassment.
"I had a lot of help, you know." She said as she bumped Tsui with her elbow, her fingers still tangled in her scarf. "You said a lot of things that made me think. I met ********* not long after that and she helped me work through the thoughts and decide why I'm doing all of this, why I want to keep doing it... Once I figured it out, she did something to my henshin pen, and then I became like this when I transformed." Ida smoothed her skirt down as she smiled, scuffing her new boots against the grass.
The sudden arrival of a stranger helped bring her back to Earth and she turned to see who it was, waiting for Tsui to greet him and do the introductions. Athene? If she remembered right, he'd been at that training session, though she'd not gotten to properly meet him.
"Oh, no, I don't mind! Its always nice to meet new people, especially if they're a friend of a friend!" The smile returned to her face as she stepped forward to offer her hand to the dark haired senshi. "Its really nice to meet you!"

Athene had been relieved that yes he had got the right community gardens when he’d heard Tsui’s familiar voice but hadn’t been sure if he should intrude – the black and white haired senshi had seemed pretty busy with the Super Senshi after all. But then Tsui was making the introductions and the other senshi turning towards him. “It’s nice to meet you also Ida” he said quietly with a small smile, reaching out to shake the offered hand. His grip firm without squeezing and the tone of his voice friendly despite the quietness “Were you at that training thing that Maia and Pandora organised?” He thought he’d recalled seeing a senshi called Ida at the training session, albeit at a distance – the opportunity for conversation hadn’t come up at the time. “And I think we all had a hand defeating that youma thing that day” he added to Tsui. Tsui might not have been a senshi at the time, but she’d helped out that butterfly senshi and himself as much as she could. Athene bit his lip slightly as he considered his reason for seeking Tsui out. He hadn’t really been expecting Tsui to have company when he’d asked if they could meet and honestly didn’t want to intrude if Tsui and Ida were busy. On the other hand he wanted to float his request by Tsui – see if the tiger senshi was willing to give him a hand. “By the way, if you’re not too busy then I was wondering if I could request your help with something” in the end nervous as he was, Athene decided to just go for it and hope he wasn't coming across as rude. He didn’t particularly mind Ida hearing about his idea either, although he wasn’t expecting anything from the Super Senshi – they didn’t really know each other after all.

Tsui was elated to hear about Ida's upgrade, and while she had no idea who ********* was, that did nothing to dampen her own enthusiasm as well. She didn't want to brag about how right she was or how she knew that Ida had it in her- as much as she was right and as much as a right she had to boast this feat, Tsui knew that it wasn't just about her. She accepted Ida's friendly elbow bump, taking a moment to adore her new outfit even after introducing Ida and Athene to one another. "Well, that ********* picked a winner, alright! She made the right call, and so did you." With Athene there, Tsui pondered how this meeting would go, and while it wasn't entirely planned to be a three way conversation, she had a feeling that the three of them had something pretty big in common, and sharing the same court had little to do with it. She approached Athene, hearing of their recent encounter and feeling as though she had missed a very important memo. Training? With Maia and Pandora? It was likely when her mother was over and Jacob was on the way, so it was likely that anything else simply flew under the radar for her, and it made her a little bitter to know that, even as an Eternal, there was much for her to learn. She held no ill will towards her friends, though, and it at least made the impromptu meeting much easier to conduct. But first, Athene seemed to need her help, and ever the eager one, Tsui was quick to accept his request, without even needing to hear what it was. "What can I help you with? Maybe Ida can help too?" Tsui looked to her friend, before asking, "You don't mind, do you?"

"Oh, don't mind me!" Ida said as she waved her hands. "If you have something to talk about, I don't mind leaving you two to it if you like. I just felt Tsui nearby and wanted to say hello. Of course, it was really nice to meet you too, Athene. And if you need my help with anything, don't be afraid to let me know!"
The orchid senshi shrugged as she clasped her hands behind her back. "Helping out other senshi, and civilians, has sort of become my mission now... Things might have been different for me if I'd had someone to teach me things, so I'm trying to keep an eye out for new senshi now. Finding people with more experience than me, who could talk me through the hard part, was really what helped me..."
Ida smiled at Tsui at that part, rocking back on her heels. "This time though, I get to be the mentor... hopefully." She laughed. "Chaonis is never going to let me forget how many times he's saved me now."

"No you don't have to leave - I don't mind you listening" Athene said to Ida, after the super senshi finished speaking. He went on to add "Actually funnily enough that was kind of what I was going to ask for help with - well helping out the new senshi and maybe new knights too." For a moment he hesitated, before continuing "I had to stumble-learn my way through being a senshi, something I wouldn't wish on anyone, so if what I've picked up can help the others then I'll gladly share." He bit his before adding in a voice quieter than normal "And a new senshi saved my life once" a base-ranked senshi, there was a determined note as he added. "I kind of owe it to him to help the new senshi." Actually Athene had no idea whether the senshi that night had been a new senshi - but then again what other senshi would go after a Nega General like that? "It's just that there's so many senshi out there and quite a few pages - it's not something I can do alone. Although I'll do what I can on my own if I have to." His face was solemn as he looked from Tsui to Ida "Would you help me with this?"

Tsui was grateful that the two of them not only had the chance to meet, but they seemed to be getting along just great. Considering the last grand gathering of the Order senshi and how that was an unholy train wreck even before the combined forces of the Negaverse and Dark Mirror Court ambushed them, this was at least a good sign for them. She listened to both Ida and Athene, her mind surprisingly focused on the two of them and what they had to say, as they deserved nothing short of respect. Zia said that she half-listened at the meeting, and Tsui was determined to better herself, one way or another. When Athene said he was willing to do this on his own if he had to, Tsui immediately objected to this notion, and with good reason, she felt. "You don't have to do anything alone, Athene. You too, Ida. I learned that the hard way, and it took what feels like the entire Jovian court and another beat down to get it through my head." She was stubborn, brash, and headstrong. She knew that, and so did they. And while she knew of her faults, she knew that sometimes there were somethings that she couldn't help or change, but she'd at least try. Even if it was to keep others from making the same mistakes as her, it was something. "But you're right, Athene. We need to help others." She looked to Ida, to explain, "Like Athene, I was pretty much thrown into this with little explanation or direction, and look where that ended me. We owe it to the others to help them, don't we? Otherwise, you're going to have a lot of 'me's' running around Destiny City, and they won't be so lucky." Then, she admitted, with little shame, as she motioned to the Senshi of Orchids. "And trust me, Athene, I know where you're coming from. This one faced Painite to save me. Don't let her fool you... she's got spunk."

Ida blushed as she waved her hands again, warding off Tsui's compliment.
"I'm not that great, really! I just did what anyone would have, what you would have done for me if it had been reversed. And even though it worked, the way I did it was probably the least intelligent of things I could have done... you saw me afterwards."
She turned to Athene as she pressed a hand to her side, where under her fuku the stitches were nearly ready to be removed. "I made Painite angry and she found me alone. If it hadn't been for a civilian making noise to distract her, or if her aim had been two inches over, I wouldn't have made it out of that fight alive... And that's a big reason why I would really, really like to help you." The young senshi was nothing but earnest in face and voice, dropping her hand again as she remembered her resolve.
"If I can be of use, I want to help. We all know what its like to face something we don't know how to handle, with no training or any sort of help... I don't want new senshi to have to go through that too."

“I think we owe it to the others” Athene said agreeing with Tsui’s words. Others might disagree, might say that they didn’t owed anybody anything. Athene personally knew that it wasn’t true –knew that he owed the senshi who had saved his life and although helping out those who were new wouldn’t completely pay back the debt, this was the method by which he had decided to at least pay back some of what he owed. The part of him that felt so incredibly nervous at asking, felt warm as first Tsui and then Ida offered to help him. “Thank you – thank you both” his words were heartfelt. “I really appreciate it” there was a quiet sincerity to his voice as he spoke.

Unlike Athene, Tsui was loud, boisterous, and she often didn't care who or what heard her. However, she could understand some of his nervousness and his hesitation, and where it might have come from. "Look, getting help is hard. Look at me, I need help all the time, but I'm just too stubborn to see that," Tsui said, knowing that in some way she was trying to bring the topic back to her, but for a good reason. She had made mistakes, and she needed to be made an example of, in some way or another. "And for those less stubborn than me, it's not any easier getting good help." She gave Athene a strong, but friendly, pat on the back, in hopes of passing on her courage to him and letting him know that she was there. And her words weren't only for Athene, as she gave Ida a pat as well. "Athene has the Celestial Guardians, and I have the Jovians. You have our backs, Ida... However, White Moon Senshi and Knights should always have each others' back, and the three of us can work on that!" She mused for a second, before asking, "We're going to need a name, though. I'm good for fighting, not so much for names..."

Ida laughed as she linked arms with Tsui, her other hand on her hip.
"Tsui knows I need more saving that anyone, most of the time. I want to be there for others who need it, maybe pay back my debt a little by paying it forward." The comment about Celesial Guardians and Jovians was over her head, since she'd never heard of either group, but she sort of got the sentiment behind it.
Laughing, she quipped a name before she really thought about it. "Its almost like we're the Painite Survivor Support Group, since each of us has had a bad run in with that woman, and its brought us together... that's a horrible name though, it makes us sound like AA." She giggled.
