With her bow in hand, Nayal decided she would take a trip to Ayr in order to test her skills against an Ayrala dragon. She was nervous, but at the same time, she realized that if she didn't at least try, she wouldn't amount to anything in her life.
It hadn't been more than a few days since her choosing of the bow, and she wasn't completely versed in how to use it yet. But, her stubborn attitude got her to Ayr anyway. She needed out of that place she called home. Amara and Master Oraric were becoming a bit overwhelming. She loved them both dearly, but she needed her space. Draco gave her all the space she wanted, all he needed is for her to be alive. It almost seemed as though all she was to him was a ******** prize. Well, one day she would show him whose boss.
As she made her way to the continent of Ayr, she was displeased at the amount of boat wavering she came across. It was a rather long trip, but she finally landed upon the rocky shore, wind blowing the water up into the boat and into her face.
The Oblivionite tied it off and jumped out, placing her bow on her back with her quiver of arrows. She had her hair tied up today, as to not get in her way. She loved her long hair, it gave her a sense a beauty she felt.
It wasn't long before she encountered the dragon of her desire. She pulled out her bow, and shot her first arrow, only nicking the foot. With a screech, the Ayrala took flight and began a windstorm that she didn't possibly conceive. The dragon didn't see her, but it was using any protection it could.
Nayal was blown back by the wind a bit, falling down the rocky side and coming to land on the sand next to her boat. As she got up, she realized that she wasn't going to be able to go back up there, but she definitely wouldn't give up! She laid on the ground until the wind subsided. Time to try this again, she thought.
