In any event where the Kage needs to hold a village wide meeting all ninja are invited to the Council Chambers. There is a massive table set in the center of the room with a great number of chairs set around it. At the head of the table there is one raised chair where the kage sits. All other ninja are invited to join and participate in any village debates and decisions here.

The only noise coming from around was the metallic grind that came from the skylines as Saiya made her way to the office. She was positively fuming, unable to understand why one of her very own council members would betray their village. These were the people elected by the villagers to represent them, to help guide them and protect them. What could have possibly been promised to this man that would have corrupted him? Had he always been that way? Saiyuri intended to find out. All mercy she had left inside of her had been replaced with seething hatred and anger for this one man. Saiyuri landed on the ground with a soft thud and immediately set off to the administration building. The doors blew open with an unseen force generated from Saiya when she pushed both hands outward. The sudden gust of energy shooting off of hre caught the attention of everyone at once. They backed away and looked down, afraid to meet her eyes. Saiyuri's mind invaded the thoughts of everyone around as she thought loud enough to cloud the thoughts of those in the vicinity. "Council meeting right now, do not make me wait." The feeling emanating from her mind was enough to set everyone on edge. With little regard for others Saiyuri hastened forth, levitating up the stairs with a certain fervor. As she approached the council chambers Saiyuri pushed one hand out again, causing the door to practically fly off its hinges and slam against the wall. When she entered the council had already assembled. There was an elderly woman and two men, both grey of hair. They all seemed nervous, especially Ji-Hai Dun. He was the slimier of two men, more decorated in his attire and sporting that medallion around his neck. Saiyuri looked at him and felt the sudden urge to strangle him with it. But it was not time yet. The woman rose slightly and bowed to Saiya, the first to break the awkward silence. "Lady Sorakage, what is the purpose of this meeting?" She asked in a stern voice. It was not that she was admonishing Saiyuri. It was more that she grasped the severity of the situation. Few had seen Saiyuri in such a mood before. Saiya stalked to the head of the table, looking ever so much like a predator ready to pounce on its prey. She turned around and splayed her fingers onto the table, gazing down as she entered each of their minds to project her thoughts. "It seems as if there is a traitor in our midsts." She thought to all of them, her voice very low and dangerous. Saiyuri did not let the identity of the traitor out, nor did she even look at the perpetrator. She wanted to taste his fear first, to feel his terror upon knowing they were so close to finding out who it was. "A traitor? Do you have any idea who they are?" The more reserved man on the council asked. Saiyuri deftly tapped her fingers against the table, letting the motion roll through each finger in turn. "One who has been hiding under our very noses. Perhaps for a long time, I intend to find out." The flamboyant man scoffed and waved his hand through the air, the bangles on his arm jangling rather obtrusively. "Now who on earth would be stupid enough to betray Soragakure, especially with so many Mayu in the village. They had to have known they would be caught sooner or later." The man said, putting on a expertly crafted facade of innocence. He was aware that Saiya was in his mind, aware of her ability to easily read him. Yet all thoughts were devoid of any hint of betrayal. He even kept eye contact with her. Saiyuri wanted to crush him then and there, already having all the proof she would ever need against him. But she would let this show go on until she got what she wanted.

A whistle echoed out through the room as Takashi finally came into the room. He lost Saiyuri for a second, but all he had to do was follow the destruction and he would find her. Odd, thinking about it that way because normally the roles were reversed. "Ain't got nothin' to do with with the Mayu numbers, just the one that you shouldn't piss off. Guess you guys forgot the one rule of Soragakure." Takashi had his hands in his pockets, scanning the event that was unfolding. This was definitely not good; Saiyuri was about to blow. If that happened, he would only be able to get one of the people in the room, maybe two, out the window before the room was obliterated. Saiya, you need to chill. Let this play out. He saw what happened in the Kage's Office, and had a basic understanding of why it had happened. He crossed his arms and eyed each of the council members and made his own initial impressions. As for the one that just spoke, the way Saiyuri was eyeing him he must have been the one they were looking for. It just so happened their mark started shouting. "And who the hell is this?" Takashi smirked. "Name's Takashi. I'm... well..." He looked over at Saiyuri and momentarily broke his smirk before regaining his posture, "Whatever she wants me to be. Right now, I'm the guy that knows how to work around a powder mill." That was the ticket. He saw the confused looks on the faces within the room, though one seemed to be fake. Takashi explained. "See, there was a shop, and in the basement was a powder mill. For those of you who's lived the high life your entire lives and never worked with your hands before, a powder mill is kind of like a mass grinder that turns rough materials into a fine powder. The cool part about these machines is that if you set the specs right you can refine the materials to a really fine powder. The end result feels like silk running over your hand." Their mark flaunted a look of annoyance. "And how do you know this is the work of an insider?" Takashi's smirked even wider. "I'm glad you asked. For that guy to have an operation rigging like that, he would need the money, time, and the manpower to move the equipment and install it. It would also require getting the equipment inside the village itself, which means whoever's backing him would have a lot of pull here." His eyes seem to narrow at the man. "Like someone who has enough badges that he could melt them down and make a life-size statue of himself. Thought probably crossed his mind already."

When the attention was taken off of Saiyuri she took the time to closely examine each of the council members present. The woman was very shocked and clearly angered at the news that Saiyuri had just told them. The older man seemed annoyed more than anything, while the flamboyant one seemed bored. It was clear who was the problem, one that Saiyuri wanted to rectify. And by rectify she meant obliterate. Takashi's thoughts directed at Saiya were totally lost in the mental whirlwind that she was experiencing. It was all she could do to keep herself from lashing out and accidentally snapping the bodies of those present in two. Saiya was not only very, very unstable, but also was not even trying to reign in her emotions. It was dangerous for a Mayu to be out of control of themselves, because they could so easily inflict their emotions on others. It was a method of reverse empathy, a very powerful tool when in the hands of a very powerful Mayu. Even now the people in the room were feeling the pressure and were growing uncomfortable. Takashi's words had the other two council members turning their heads to look at the accused man. Ji-Hai Dun himself seemed absolutely apalled. He stood up swiftly and pushed his chair backward, practically knocking it backward. "How dare you insinuate-" Just before he could launch into a rant a sudden and powerful force rammed into him. The wind rushed out of him and he found himself forced to sit in his chair. Saiya held one hand out before her and slowly walked forward. Each step she took had the man sliding back further and further until he banged against the wall. She had felt it flare up in his mind, the fear of discovery. The game was up, and now it was time to get serious. "The next words out of your mouth better be the truth or so help me I will rip it from you." Saiyuri thought, the rage evident in her thoughts. The room grew deathly quiet, the only sound was the heavy breathing of Dun. For a moment he glared at Saiyuri, struggling against her force that held him still. He was weak, vulnerable, and in a seriously bad situation right now.

Takashi actually seemed surprised by Saiyuri's actions. He bypassed everything in his way and put his hand on Saiyuri's shoulder. I got it: you're pissed. And roughing up the a*****e's fine. But if you kill him, we aren't getting anywhere. He dies right now, and hundreds more will in the future. Tone. It. Down." His thoughts towards Saiyuri were not meant to be rude, but were stern. He had never really talked to her in this manner, but then again, time had changed both of them. "I meant what I said: I'm whatever you need me to be. Right now, you need me to be able to use what intell he can give us. I'll even help you dig the grave, but later." Killing the councilman now would be bad and for multiple reasons. Takashi thought quickly and moved past the Soragakure and to Dun. "If you value your life, I don't think lying to the Missy would be a smart choice. I'd say you only got a few minutes before your brain goes pop because of the blood flow. I'd start talking now."

Saiyuri chose not to listen to Takashi. Instead, his words seemed only to entice her. She wanted to show this man the meaning of pain. Saiya wanted him to realize what he had done to the families of those who lost their lives. She wanted him to understand the consequences of removing Soragakure from the safety of the sky. Many more would die and that was something Saiyuri was absolutely sure about. She raised her hand and pushed forward once more, this time sliding the chair up the wall. With a twirl of her fingers Saiyuri had Dun floating upside down. He was struggling against her, but there was nothing he could do. The other two council members were glued to their seats, constantly shifting their gaze between their Kage and the newly found mole. Saiya waited for a reply, and when she did not get one her face changed once more. The fury seemed to leak out of her, only to be replaced by some sort of enjoyment. Saiyuri reached up her other hand and grasped in the air. Just then Dun gasped and his eyes bulged, the veins in his neck throbbing. Saiya slowly began to close her hand, tightening her grip on the man's neck. "Do not toy with me." Saiyuri thought with a new kind of tone to her voice. She was being playful. The man's face began to redden to such an extent; his death close at hand. Each second that ticked by brought a deeper smile to her face, until she had a devilish grin. A brief flash of Kaiser's face through Saiya's mind shook her to her very core. She slightly opened her mouth and released her chokehold on Dun, still keeping him in the air. Saiya closed her eyes tightly and shook her head, ridding her mind of the darkness. She could not let that take over her. Dun was coughing and trying to speak, clearly ready to talk now. "I'll tell you, blasted girl! Let me down!" Saiyuri complied, allowing Dun to fall to the floor but gently lowering the chair and righting it. The man rubbed his neck and leaned against the wall, his eyes looking wild. "Kaisen Uchiha was a blight upon this village! A tyrant! A madman! No one person deserves that much power! When he finally left I thought that we finally had a chance to rule over ourselves, to create our own paths and decide our own fate. But no, a girl was chosen to replace the dictator." The words were spat from his mouth, each coated with the venom of hatred. Saiyuri did not respond just yet, for now taking in everything this man had to say. With each breech of this man's facade, his mind opened more and more to him. It was a frantic feed, something chaotic and hectic. "I will not he governed by one unfit to rule! Shiro-Kame was merely a tool used to snatch Soragakure from the sky. Now it's people are liberated, or close enough. Soon, the three sages will complete their tasks, paving the way to a world undivided!" Dun finished, his voice reaching annoyingly loud levels. He was breathing deeply and gazing around wildly. The two council members looked at the man in disgust, raising to their feet and backing away from him.

Takashi's foot found itself kicking the frame of the chair Dan was in. Unfortunately, he missed the window and hit the wall with enough force to almost break it. "Congrats. You just opened our boarders to anyone one with crazy enough ideas to invade." This guy was the second guy he had met back to back that deserved a broken jaw. Bad thing to think, but again it was a snap reaction to Dan's words. "We have a name, and we have a next lead. Three, actually. Three sages. That ring any bells?" He did not like what just happened to Saiyuri, but it seemed like she had gotten over it. If it happened again, she might need a head butt.
