I may seem cool, calculating, and formal but I'm really that and more. I have always been a bit of gentleman and plan to stay that way. To get me angry takes a lot and I can think of only one instance in my life when I was truly mad. Can I be irritated? Yes. Annoyed? Frustrated? Yes, of course but anger doesn't come quickly to me. I have my own way of doing things and if I believe the ends are worth it I will do it. I have a protective streak and do not take people messing with my loved ones well. Most of the time I am a very logical person but that doesn't hide my creative streak. When around those I love you see my playful side, it comes out a lot around my twin, and I relax far more then I normally do. Since becoming a father to not only one little one but two, I have seen my patience grow infinitely more....didn't think it was possible to be honest. Though I have a lot stored up stairs I love helping a person onto their path and being there to help guide them. I've noticed a sense of excitement building since I took this job...here's to hoping I handle it well.

My background story is
not that important, but here I go. My father is Chance da Vinci, Head of the Hit Wizarding Office....well former head now. A long time Hit Wizard he is renown for putting many a dark wizard away. Our family is a very old wizarding family that started in Italy but a couple of centuries ago moved to England. Legend has it we're related to the famous Leonardo da Vinci but I'm not telling a bit on that, I think my father just likes the looks on peoples faces when he says that. My mother is a pure blood and very proud of it. Her name is Rosilia and she is an amazing Oblivitor. I lived in the outskirts of London in our old family mansion. I am actually a twin but no one realizes we are. Then again I am an Albino. My grandmother makes me a special potion that I drink that keeps me from frying and gives me some pigment in my skin, nowadays though I make it myself nasty thing. When I was eight though I lost my twin, or so I thought. An enemy of my father's...or something kidnapped him and faked his death. For years I didn't know he was alive till we met again at the end of my fourth year.

School was an amazing experience for me. I met my closest and dearest friend, Yuan, my first year there. There was a girl I was close to back then as well but I never did learn what happened to her. I was captain of the Ravenclaw quidditch team and I'm not a bad keeper. My third year is when I found my familiar, Rhys and he is rarely away from me. Sure he's no owl but I wouldn't trade my eagle for anything. Fourth year I began my studies to become an animangus and as stated before reunited with my brother. I got to spend the summer at St. Mungo's after that...long story I'd rather not go into it right now. I also started dating Dante that year. Dante is an amazing young man, I met him during my second year and he has kept me entranced since then. I was more then pleased to call him mine. I also registered at the Ministry that year as a certified Animangus. Fifth year came with new responsibilities as I made Prefect. My final year was hard for me and not just because I made Head Boy. Knowing I was going to be leaving Dante wasn't easy but I knew that I could get a start on building a career so maybe...just maybe we could have a life together.

Things were rough between Dante and I the year he graduated. We separated for about two years and during that time I did something stupid but I wouldn't change it. Getting drunk and sleeping with a stranger isn't wise but my lovely little girl made it worth it. Her mother....isn't around anymore but Melody doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Her pearly grey hair and vibrant eyes so like her Dante-papa...She is how I got through those years and made peace with Dante. It was rather funny to know that he himself had a son, a little albino blind form birth. I"m not a vocal believer in signs, but seeing Melody and Benjamin together I felt like it was Fate telling us to just stop being silly. Recently I inherited the family mansion as my parents decided they wanted a quieter life out at the summer home in Godric's Hallow. Melody loves it here and I'm glad to see my baby girl getting so used to everything. Now if we can keep Ben away from the stairs things would be good. As I have taken up this job Dante agreed to stay home with the little ones when Yuan couldn't watch them. Now just getting through being in these halls again....

Oh yes, there's something else I need to tell you!
My love for reading spell books has given me quite the mental library to rely on. I am well practiced in what I know as well. Without practice one cannot hope to actually fight properly. I'm trained in both wand magic and wandless, silent casting is pretty interesting as well. I spend a lot of time exercising as I do not see a point in relying on magic for everything. No better way to surprise an enemy when you physically attack them instead of with a spell. Due to this I have a decent physic though Dante would argue the description. I guess I should tell you too that without my glasses I'm completely blind.

A note on my animangus form, I turn into an albino eagle. My eyes remain red and around them is a dusty gray design of my glasses. Oh and I am the proud owner of a large figure eight shaped scar on my chest. It also was a large slash that goes from my left shoulder to right hip. That was a fun experience.
