 ~Alex runs through the woods near the two-legger village where his great-grandmother lived and enjoyed the feel of the wind in his hair he looks around and ducks low limbs as he runs. He slows down to trot realizing that his hair could have gotten catch and that would have hurt him he slows to walk and tries to stick his braid around his neck. He thought about what his great mother had told him and walks for the meadow that woods came out one. His father's family was wired they disliked the two-leggers because of what they did to his grandfather. He shakes his head and looks around for someone to speak with.
Seeing no one he heads for the trees on top of the nearest hill and looks for the apples up there. He smirks and thinks of way to get them later in the summer early fall then decides to head for the berry patch~

Lady Ysolde Misae raised her head up and scented the air. The weather was starting to become warmer as the season gradually changed. Ysolde enjoyed the breeze that wiped through the air bring the scent of wildflowers to her nose. It was rather peaceful here in an idyllic sort of way. Days like this were a balm to her soul. Her mother’s death left dark shadow over her family but gradually the Misae family was starting to heal. Her father was starting to embark on another romance and her brother was hoping to start his own family. Slowly life was starting to return to normal and on days like this it was easy to enjoy living in the present moment.

~Alex glares at his braid and flings it onto his back again. Why didn't it stay where he wanted it to stay it seemed to have a mind of it's own and would fall and drag on the ground a lot. He closes his eyes and walks for the berries he also keeps aware of his surroundings as he walks and enjoys the feel of the sun.
Once at the berry patch he looks around and watches the bees and the flowers on the plants. there were not strawberries yet but there would be later in the summer he leans down and looks under a couple of the plants before bring his head up. He sniffs smelling something in the breeze a scent of some kind~ " Hello, anyone out there?"

Ysolde glanced at a hummingbird that was zipping back and forth between flowers. It looked like a wild hummingbird not the familiar of another soq. Still she knew this part of the Soquili lands were inhabited by many soq and this close to the two legger village the threat of evil Kalona and Skinwalkers was at a minimum.
She would enjoy the weather without fearing attack still not all two leggers were to be trusted so she couldn’t completely let her guard down. Her ears wiggled as they made out a sound not to far away. Ysolde paused as she carefully made out the words. “Hello anyone out there?" A masculine voice seemed to be asking.
Ysolde lifted her nose up a scented the air. Yes another soq seemed to be nearby and he smelled faintly of apples and some other scent she couldn’t quite identify. “ Hello I’ve not familiar with this area but I have no desire to harm anybody in this area.” Ysolde said in a friendly demeanor as she tried to get a feel of the stranger nearby.

~ He hears another voice and looks around the voice sounded like it belonged to a female. He smirks he was flirt by nature he smirks and heads towards the voice. He sniffs the air and smirks again as he walks. He bounces a little he liked to meet others. His mother had warned him about the dangers. He was care because of them.
" hello, I'm Alex, if you don't mind where you are?" he looks around not spotting anyone yet he walks farther and looks around. He smirks his mother told him once that he was nice to spot because of his gold coloring and brown hair. He looks around again and lifts his head to sniff the air and looks around the sun was shining. Spotting some thing he heads for it.
He walks slowly as he spots the mare she was winged and he had grown up with a cousin that had wings. He smiles and tries to look friendly as he walks up and stops a few feet away.~ "Hello, miss, it is nice to meet you."

The sound of movement towards the side of her had Ysolde eyes narrow in concentration. A glimmering shape was coming towards her. A golden coated male bounced towards her with a wide smile and a warm greeting. The male introduced himself as Alex and she felt a large smile of her own forming. He reminded her a bit like one of the puppies the two leggers owned or a colt discovering the world for the first time. “Hello it’s nice to meet you Alex. I’m Lady Ysolde Misae and I’ve been traveling through this little patch of the Soquili lands. This area is a very beautiful and lush terrain. A re you very familiar with it?

~He bows his head and stares at her~ " is is nice to meet you Lady Ysolde Misae." ~he watches her she was different from most of the mares he has met in the past. He watches her and smiles the playfulness disappearing a little bit~ " Yes, I could show you around if you would like. " ~He smiles and looks around towards the mountains there were waterfalls there would be fun to show her then the lake in the middle of meadow was quite pretty at sunset and at night with the fireflies~

“I’m not at all familiar with this area but I would be pleased to be shown by someone more familiar. “ Ysolde softly nibbled as she gave it some thought. “Though I’m not sure what I would like to be shown but do you have a place you find especially beautiful. I would like to see something that fills the heart with joy.”

he smiles " I would be honored to show you around. where would you like to go first. the middle of the meadow has wonder lake at sunset the fireflies come out ." ~he smiles and watches her and her wings. It was interesting that she had not taking off yet. he watches her then looks at the sun~

“The sunsets in this area are quite beautiful. The sunsets in my birthplace are pinker and purple based. The sunsets here however have a rather stunning orange base. I find myself still startled to look out at the sky and see a swash of orange painted by the setting sun. “Ysolde remarked thoughtfully as she fallowed Alex’s gaze. “ I think I would enjoy seeing your fireflies and your unique sunset.

~Alex smiles~ " I hope to see your birth place one day if you and I are friends. As long as you didn't mind showing me it." ~He smiles again and watches the sun~ " okay, it's this way, so where are you from?" ~He points towards west with his nose then starts to walk that way slowly and watches Ysolde and her wings, he watches the ground ahead of him and looks around to make sure no one was following them~

“Well my birthplace is not too far away from the ocean. It is some distance but close enough to receive a cold wind that helps relieve the summer heat. I think you would enjoy visiting my home and I would be pleased to show you around but it’s very different from these lands. We don’t have the wonderful fruit trees but we do have wonderful flowers whose smells are quite pleasing.”

He listens to her talk about her birth place and smiles as they walk and near the lake the sun had started to turn the clouds a golden orange as it set. he smirks as he starts to see the first couple of the fire flies. He stops and looks around~ " I have never seen the ocean I hoped I would one day. Your home land sounds nice may next time you get me to come with you and we could go and see it."

Oh I’m sure you would love the ocean it was a very soothing quality that can act like a balm to the soul. It fact I highly recommend a good trot along the coast. It’s highly refreshing to feel your hooves sink through the sand and feel the cold air bite against your check. Though I don’t recommended putting her hooves in the water for very long. The water can be icy cold and is sure to wake you up with her freezing temperature.” Ysolde shuddered playfully in false remembrance.
Ysolde gazed around in wonder at the setting sunset and the emergence of fireflies. “So this is what fireflies look like.” She happily exclaimed. “ They have such a brilliant sparkle to them!”

- Alex watches her and thinks about the beach trot- " that sounds awesome, do the waves tickle your feet, how do you stay head of them?" - he watches the fireflies - " yes that is how they find an mate the females give little blinks the males give huge ones." - he watches an firefly get closer and try to land on her nose. He smiles and watches her and the bug. " if one lands on you it is good luck."
