Lassell, was on a evening patrol. His night was pretty slack no practices and no homework which was a good change for the Neptune page. He was a pretty firm believer that everyone needed a break from their life. So he figured a nice evening patrol would be nice. He had yet to encounter any negaverse agents, and he was not looking forward to it but was aware it had to be done. Since he had awakened he had only encountered youmas both of which had interesting combos. He jumped from roof top to rooftop besides his whole jumping to rooftop to rooftop needed some practice and so did his hand to hand combat.
He hummed to himself as he smoothly jumped, making sure to be on high alert just in case he was to encounter someone who is on the side of chaos. At least if he did encounter a negaverse agent he could say he did. The chance of his butt getting handed to him during battles were very high he didn't necessarily have a fighting technique to go off of.

Captain Mica was enjoying the solitude of the night when she felt a ping of Order aura hit her senses, and it was enough to cause her lip to curl into a delighted smile. At last, some stimulation! She was growing a little restless just sitting here waiting for her next victim.
She gave her rainbow crystal a gentle caress, before standing upright and looking around for where the aura came from. Whoever it was, they weren't very strong, but Mica didn't really care at this point. Weak, strong, young, old... meaningly to her, so long as they carried an Order aura with them.
Mica took her position behind the wooden shack on the rooftop she was standing on, clutching her weapon in hand and waiting for her opponent to reach her. The moment he came in range, she'd leap out from behind the shack and thrust her crystal-embedded staff forward. No fun and games tonight, no chance for 'redemption'. That was how Mica rolled! StarshineAngel01 So sorry this took forever and a day!

Lassell, paused on the rooftop before a energy level of a nega hit him. It threw him off balance for a second at how powerful it was and he staggered a bit before regaining his balance. He slowed his speed to a walk and cautiously walked in the direction it was coming from. The closer he got the stronger it got. He surveyed the rooftop darkness trying to find a movement of something but nothing came into view but if he learned anything from his session with Maia he would need to approach carefully and cautiously.

He had slowed his approach considerably, and Mica knew that he had become aware of her presence now. While it ruined the element of surprise, it was not going to ruin Mica's game, and the moment he landed on the same rooftop as her, she wasted no time and struck at the page. She emerged from the shadows with a sneer on her lip, certain that the sound of heels hitting against the pavement would alert him to her exact location but simply not caring.
"Big mistake, little page," Mica snapped, driving the bladed part of her weapon forward and trying to hit his chest or shoulder. Part of her wanted to go in, straight for the kill and ending the fight as quickly as possible before she had the chance to let him escape. But another have wanted her to hold back, enjoy herself. Maybe even see if he was willing to switch sides.
In the end, the desire to rid Destiny City of another White Moon ally won out, and she drove the weapon forward with a grunt. She wasn't here for recruiting weaklings that already chose the wrong side- that was someone else's job. Hers was to keep their numbers in check, and she knew of only one way to d so. StarshineAngel01 It's all good! c: Feel free to dodge any of her strikes or blows, btw!

Lassell, side stepped and swerved from her attack. "Usually, my patrols are really quiet but there are certain times when they aren't. The roof top isn't just for you negas, we use it as a form of travel as well" he told her before his harp appeared in his hands. "right now.my main goal is to clear the Destiny City streets of you negas" he told her. He did a 360 rotation and ended up behind her and pushed her forward. "At the same time keeping real unpowered" he said.
He had newfound motivation and he was pretty sure it would aid him in cleansing Destiny City of the Negabaddies. He shifted to the balls of his feet to stay on top of things, he watched her movements carefully in hopes to predict her next move.

Mica was honestly surprised by the page's quick movements, and she was almost taken off guard by his retaliatory push. None of them connected, but she had spun so fast that she lost her footing for a moment and threaten to fall over. Thankfully, she managed to stop herself before gravity took hold, and by the time she turned to look at him, she noticed that he seemed prepared to fight.
This caused the spark to ignite the flames of war within her, and yet, one wouldn't have known just by looking at her. She held herself in a calm collected state on the outside, with not a single feature betraying the growing anger that was building up inside of her chest. However, the moment she spoke, one could hear a mere taste of it, and she charged forward with little warning. "You talk too much."
She refused to believe that he was better than her- perhaps his dodge was a fluke, or, more likely, she was simply out of practice. She had rather put the blame on a matter of chance or even herself, but she wouldn't allow a page to get the better of her. Especially a page of Neptune. She drove her spear blade forward, going for his side and hoping to get a blow in and send him flying from the rooftop to his death. She would not leave this encounter until he was dead or, in the very least, blood soaked her crystal-embedded spear...

Lassell, "well..its a good way to ryle up your enemy" he put in. Before his right foot stepped back and put him in a rocking position and he slid to his left side. The spear just grazing his side as he pivoted and aimed a punch to disarm her of her spear and to level the playing field. His enemy definitely looked like she enjoyed fighting, but he wouldn't let her get the best of him. He needed to prove to himself that he was knight material. He had learned during his training session that he was self-doubting himself, mainly because it couldn't go against his morals of hitting a girl.
But, he would need to prove to himself that he could throw away that moral and protect the Destiny City from any and every negabaddie he encountered. He figured encountering actually negabaddies would help his hand to hand combat and defense.

To give the Neptune page credit, he was able to retaliate not just with words but with blows, and he had managed to knock the spear from her grasp. Not an easy feat at all. She found herself respecting his foresight to know to disarm her, but at the same time, she felt nothing but discontent that she had allowed herself to be disarmed so easily.
Just because she was disarmed, that didn't mean that the fight was over. Not be a long shot. She cared nothing for his moral code and when there was no spear in her hand, she still had her fists.
She lashed out, curling her fists and going for quick, deadly jabs. She wasn't against using her hands and legs to get the job done, and if anything, it made the fight more interesting. It also made reaching his chest easier. She knew that his will to fight and protect was admirable and with some effort she could have tried to lure him over to her side, but that wasn't her job.
Her job was to fight. Fight the enemy, kill if need be. "Careful who you decide to wile up, Neptune Page... some are willing to kill you for that."

Lassell, watched as her spear clattered onto the rooftop he shifted his legs and stood in a defensive position. Hand to hand combat seemed easier then using weapons. He sidestepped once again to avoid her punch before aiming a punch for her left side. He repositioned his arm placement so it was protecting any vital organs and his chest and eyed her carefully "alright..lets get this done and over with so I can continue my patrol" he said.
He thought about her statement before replying "that is probably true, but that just give me and incentive to work harder and improve if i was to lose this battle" he told her as he bounced up and down lightly on the balls of his feet.

Continue his patrol? Work harder and improve? He spoke as though she had intentions on letting him leave with his life. Mica found this to be both amusing and insulting, and she stepped away from his strike, holding out her hand and willing her weapon back to her hand, and it obeyed without question. Hand to hand might have appeared appealing, but Mica grew tired of this encounter and even more so of this page's insolence.
"If you lose this battle," Mica said, holding her spear like a lance and bull rushing forward, blade positioned out and primed for skewering her opponent right through the chest. "You lose your life."
Mica didn't care what the new orders were. She didn't care of Knights were merely brainwashed by the Moon Queen and her allies. She wasn't there to free them of anything except their lives, for having chosen the wrong side. And she wanted nothing more than to end this Neptune page's life, as she charged forward boldly and swiftly. StarshineAngel01 If you dodge, she'll likely keep going and fall off the building. We could end the fight like that, if you'd like.

Lassell, blinked as she recalled her weapon. So that plan was a waste before he focused some more. "I doubt..I'll loose my life to someone who has a lot of anger" he told her. He took a few seconds before the two came in close contact and sidestepped once again, he was really getting tired of this negas attitude.
He jumped out of the way as she rushed at him boldly and swiftly, "seriously you need a attitude adjustment" he said before shaking his head. "what is up with you negas and wanting to defeat us completely, we haven't done anything wrong" he said not understanding but he was pretty sure talking to her would not help or change her thoughts.

A lot of anger? Was that what the Page was seeing out of her? She felt that she had been holding her true emotions in well, but if someone as daft as he could see that, then perhaps she had lost her touch after all. That did drive the stake deeper, but she refused to let it show. No, no point in talking now- just attacking.
He wouldn't talk again if her crystal-embedded spear made its mark, and that was enough to break her carefully cool facade and bring a smile to her lips. All she wanted to see was the spear run through him, and yet, by either chance or skill, he managed to dodge the attack and the momentum sent Mica running herself off of the building's edge. For a brief moment, she wanted to break out of her facade and panic, but she kept it in, even as gravity grabbed a hold of her and sent her flying down.
No, she looked at the Neptune page, and then, and only then, did she allow the pure hatred in her turquoise eyes to be seen. But she said nothing to him. She refused to give him a single syllable. Whether it be a back-handed compliment, a cry of rage, or even a 'clever boy', she wouldn't give him that honor. He was leaving this encounter with his life, and that was the biggest insult that Mica could feel.
Not the possibility of falling to her death. Because that wasn't a possibility. There would be no death for her this evening. She looked at the incoming ground and with quick estimations, she teleported herself to the sidewalk beneath her. Many things could have gone wrong, but Mica knew that her life was in no danger this evening, and she stood there, as though she never fell at all. The attempt left her winded, but she was alive, and quite angry.
She looked up at the rooftop and sneered, but again, she said nothing to him. She could have gone back up there, but there was no point now. There were a few civilians that had seen her act, and thus any chance of fighting without one of them getting in the way was ruined. Not to mention, she refused to allow her fight to become someone else's Youtube hit.
"The next time we meet, I -will- have your starseed." Mica thought, before turning around and simply walking away from the encounter. She still had much room to grow, it seemed, and her determination to improve herself was enough to remove the anger and shame she felt with leaving a Page alive this evening. StarshineAngel01 Consider this a wrap on my end.
