The room where an old military general wiled away his days overseeing horrific experiments. As spacious as the room is, it does not have an air of luxury about it: the plaster walls are cracked and have crumbled away completely in some areas, the ceiling sags, dust-encrusted windows turn the incoming light gray, the air stinks of decades of rot, and time has left a bare concrete floor where once a rug lay.

Slightly refreshed from her fight, Haki stood in quiet contemplation as she waited for her opponent to arrive. She had cleaned up and her hair was tied back, her horns (one full, one broken) stood out against her skin as they curled around her forehead I wonder why I was chosen as the winner....he had the advantage. her last fight still troubled her. She'd been caught, her opponent racing towards her dummy....so why had she been declared the winner? Tapping her lip with her fingers, she made small circles with her foot, turning in spot to see the whole place.

Walking into the office, Black would see his opponent. It was a young girl that he had noticed before, though could not put his finger on where or who she was. She sported two horns, one broke and the other fully erected. The girl had started to make circles with her foot, Black would lift his hand waving.'' I guess I am your opponent, haha. Nice to meet you. I'm Black.'' The Kumo shinobi would get into a stance and prepare himself for whatever without the slight bit of hesitance.

Haki spun, introducing herself as she went "Hello! I'm Hakkin Is-...uh...." she blinked at him, realizing....she knew this guy! She'd seen him frequently with Doki "Sorry. I'm Hakkin Issetsu. Its nice to meet you." she bowed, unsure of herself now. This was the second time she'd faced someone from her own village....it was a bit disturbing "I guess I'll begin." she slid one leg back then rushed forward, kicking up some dirt as she launched herself at Black. Stopping short as she got near, she spun, her left leg going high as she kicked upwards at his face.

Black would nod as the kunoichi introduced herself, it was then the name jogged a little piece of his memory; though not enough to know exactly who she was. As he waited for her in his stance, Black would take note of her words and watch as she slid one leg back and rushed forwards. She had to be coming fast, as it showed by the dirt she kicked up when she launched herself. Black would think fast and begin to string hand signs with his farthest to the side hand that she attacked. When she spun and sent her left leg going towards his face, Black would lift his hand to clash with it by means of his knuckles and flip his arm over her leg to lock onto it.'' Water Prison Jutsu!'' He exclaimed as water would suddenly form around from the moisture in the air and from Black's very chakra to imprison Hakkin in a water sphere. It was not complete freeze zone however, the imprisoning sphere would allow for limited movement and have Black's hand at the center of its form; his hand contact being the very thing he needed to keep her in place and would say if she had been captured successfully.'' Sorry if I am holding back, I kind of have a code..'' He said as he gave a slight embarrassed expression and sighed a small huff..

Well this was annoying. Haki pulled at her leg but without a lot of mobility she was stuck. And in a very....awkward position. At least she had pants on this time....before she'd fought in a skirt! She glared at the hand on her leg "Bother!" she swore and sucked in a breath. Her hands were at her chest and the hand seal didn't require a huge amount of movement His mention of code made her think of her last opponent "Yeesh. Doki-san will be displeased if you get hurt holding back, ya know!" She lurched her head forward as close to his hand as she could, which wasn't much....and blasted it with fire from her lips. Yeah, she'd be a bit crispy on that part of her leg but hell! If it got him off her leg and out of this situation, she'd be happy!

As Black successfully locked his allied opponent within the water prison technique, he would blink at her sudden exclaiming. Lifting up his free hand he would start to string a set of hand seals as she did the same and exclaimed her thoughts about how Doki would feel about him holding back. Watching as she brought her face closer to his hand, Black would speak up.'' Inspiration Wave..'' He stated and shot a black bolt of electricity due to his bloodline that was slightly more powerful than the average raiton, into the water prison during the same time she released a spark of flames out of her mouth. However, due to the water prison being on top of this technique, the flames would be weakened quite some. The black bolt of electricity would spread quickly and give a stunning shock to Haki's body to stun her within the hydro orb. Now, Black did not get out of this unscathed, but he did not take too much damage as his hand caught the little heat of the attack; though not enough to force him to release her leg as he sent the electrical current through it.'' If no one respected another's code, where would be the honor? I respect you and your ways regardless, whether you be ally or enemy Haki. Heheh, it's a way to obtain peace; though that's for another time.''
His hand would remain in the orb and around her leg as he sighed and started to lift up his other hand towards her and have his fingers lift up off of her leg with the side of his palm clamping on her immobile leg. Both hands would begin to release a great mass of black clouds, the one inside of the water prison jutsu turning it into a completely black ball of hydrogen. Within it stayed still the genin he had been facing as the other hand would spread out the clouds about the room; Black would then form a hand sign with his free hand and open his mouth to spit out a static net that would cast itself around the room to set up a string set case she escaped which was possible and to track her movement. Within moments, the entire room would be covered in nothing but Black's black clouds; leaving the two unseen by one another..

Haki jerked slightly as the lightning rode through her leg, making her clench her teeth as she struggled to sign. Sucking in a deep breath as clouds began to fill the room, She signed as much as she could. A clone appeared outside of the prison and attacked, one arm swinging down in a punch at Black's head, voicing the real frustration Haki had "Stop touching my leg! Grab something else, damn it! I'll let you grab my arm, just LET GO OF MY LEG!" She didn't meant it, the part about holding her arm instead, but his grip on her leg was damn embarrassing! The punch was aimed at Black's temple, the clone solid and attacking hard with power behind her arm. All this happened moments before the room filled with black clouds....

Black watched as the girl would be consumed in his darkness, but then.. All of a sudden she was outside of the dark sphere? Black looked with a curious expression as the clone punched towards his head as it screamed to let go of her leg. Leaning back and tipping his head he would watch the fists go straight through his chest and ponder as his clouds continued to spread about the room.'' An.. Illusion..? Well that was a bit clever, heh. Hmm.. As much as I don't want to.. Maybe I can do this without harming her too much..'' He mumbled to himself as he would begin to release a different cloud into the water sphere, within it would flow tiny little thunder leg creatures made from his black chakra that were all forming and crawling on her legs down to her upper body.'' Forgive me if this hurts too much please. I promise to make it up to you.'' Black was not one to harm children, let alone girls; though it could not be helped and he'd be damned if he was going to be forced to do more harm than necessary even if it costed him the exams.
With one finger gesture, the thunder legs would send a intense shock that would be enough to knock her out quick enough not to feel the pain. With his eyes closed and his cheek raising, Black would then wait a moment to check for the results and drop the water prison to pick up the little girl and place her on his back if she didnt get away from the pain or endured it consciously. Placing her on his back and having the little ones head on his shoulder he would walk back into the waiting room to take her to the infirmary.'' I hope you're okay and can forgive me..'' He said in a concerning tone as he would start to walk off.

Haki gave an almighty shriek at the feeling of things crawling up her leg and lost it completely. Her leg went out from under her and she fell to the ground even as the shocks rushed along her body, making tears run down her face and her teeth grind. She didn't faint though, her tolerance for pain substantial, but she blacked out a little....only return to find herself on Black's back "HEY! Put me down!" she shouted and grabbed his hair as best she could and pulled hard. Her elbow came down at his collarbone, right next to his shoulder as she tried to free herself "Put! Me! Down!" she emphasized every word with a pull of his hair. She knew she'd lost.....but that didn't mean she was going to let him carry her around like some little doll. She was an Oni for crying in the night and her mother's daughter! Lose or win, she'd walk out on her own "Put me down or I'll bite you!" she threatened.

As Black began to walk off with the little one on his back, he would notice her suddenly wake up. His eyes lifting before the pain of his hair being grabbed and pulled hard, with one eye closing from the slight pain; Black would look over his shoulder and feel a elbow come down on his collar bone. She was screaming to put her down, though he kind of couldn't in the position she had placed them both in even if he wanted to.'' Ow, you woke up early I see. Hehe, ow! Y-you did great! I-I'm impressed. Though at least let me place you down properly, you didn't have to attack me you know?'' Despite the pain she had been placing on him, he would look back still and open his closed eye giving a warm and kind heart smile. It radiated his peaceful aura, though it also showed the pain she was giving him. By the time they would notice, Black and Haki would be at the door where he knelt down on one knee to let her off.'' Be careful. Sorry to upset you by the way, I didn't want to just leave you lying there. It'd be rude, are you okay???'' After having let her down he would turn to face her on his one knee.

Haki harrumphed mightily as he finally set her down, performing a little hop to put a bit of distance between them. She felt bad for pulling his hair like she had and looked back at him, seeing him still on one knee "Geez! Stand up, stand up!" she scolded, or tried to. She was rubbing her neck, clearly unsettled by the way he was acting. He was so.....nice. Nothing like the other males she'd interacted with "I'm fine. I'm an Oni. We're tough by nature and I have to be tough....don't want to embarrass mom further." she muttered the last bit under her breath, still more guilt starting to weigh on her. She didn't move to attack Black, even though she probably could have continued to fight...."I'm sorry about pulling your hair. Its damn unsettling to find yourself airborne by someone you don't know. Sorry about your collarbone too." Dusting her pants off and straightening her shirt, Haki tilted her head to one side and harrumphed again "I lost. Bother...well, I expected that." she did a small bow to Black then turned and walked to the door, throwing it open as she paused "Thank you for the spar. I had fun.....well, until you sent the creepy lightning things at me. That wasn't fun." she said over her shoulder and quickly left, wanting to get back to the waiting room and settle herself. It was so WEIRD to have a boy act.....well, for one, he didn't yell about her having boobs or being a girl. And he didn't ask her about having babies! Stupid Kyo.....no wonder her view of men was so skewed.

Black would look at the girl as she scolded him to stand up, with a embarrassed and yet humorous expression he would rub the back of his scalp. A small sigh of relief would let up out of his body as he stood up towering her and began to scratch his head.'' An Oni? That explains a lot, and it's interesting. I've never met a oni before. Heheh, I'm sure your mother would be proud of you today. You did make it here just like me to the exams right?'' He lifted his index finger as a gesture to give effect to his words, Black would then wave his hand to her apologies and simply shake his head replying.'' No, No, it's fine really. I'm sure anyone would have done the same, the first thing one does after blacking out is freaking out right..? Haha.'' Watching the girl take a little bow before turning to walk to the door, Black would nod slightly.'' You win when you learn, not just when you want to. You're also welcome and again forgive the thunder legs.. I held back to the best of my abilities.. Heh..heh.. hoo...'' Looking off to the side with a embarrassed look he would look up and follow behind her. [Exit]
