So Lou was a little late reaping his 'slave for a day' ticket. It wasn't as if this was something he'd profit from. If anything, it would end up being the opposite.
Not that it mattered. Money had never been important. It was what one did with it. And what one should do with it was have fun.
The vampire had a soft (or hard) spot for women. This much was obvious. But small ghouls like Victoria held a special place in his heart. The not-so-pervy-I-like-to-be-around-you-for-reasons-not-pertaining-to-attraction place. It was very small, but still there. Lou couldn't explain why it was there, nor did he really contemplate it. If all else failed, he could say he hung around her because chicks liked guys who were nice to little ghouls.
Strolling up to Victoria's door in the ghost dorms, he gave it a hearty knock. "Pipsqueak, lets blow this pop stand." He called with a grin. The boil had extra special plans for her today.

Victoria hadn't forgotten about the 'slave for a day' thing, mostly because it would be rude of her to forget after she was auctioned off for a good cause! There was money involved! And her, being a good ghoul, would never try to cheat anyone out of their money.
"Sir Lou!" She smiled upon opening the door, recognizing his voice even before she saw him. Hovering a few inches above the ground - high enough for it to not be tiring, but enough so that she would have to tilt her head back too much to look him in maintain eye contact - her smile widened, "It is good to see you again! I have learnt the basics of whistling, although I can't whistle a definite tune yet..."
She then proceeded to whistle before looking expectantly at the boil. See, she's putting your gift to good use!

"Well, I suppose that deserves a little applause." The boil clapped three times with a smug smirk. "But you're gonna have to do better than that to earn a round of it." There would be no coddling, no matter how cute she was.
"Now c'mon. I'm using my slave card today. We've got a lot of things to do!" He gestured to the exit, eager to get the day started.

"Of course, Sir Lou!" Victoria nodded, closing the door behind her, "I will practice every day, to get it right." She was determined to get that round of applause.
"What will I be doing for you today?" She asked, curious as to how this 'slave' thing was supposed to work; all the organizers told her was that it was supposed to last for a day, and it was up to the top bidder to decide what she was supposed to do as "slave"... Perhaps some chores?

Haha, well Lou did admire determination. It was kinda what fueled him, after all.
"What you will be doing is a surprise. You won't know until we get there." Lou loved surprises, but more importantly, he loved watching people's reactions to surprises. Whether they be happy or... Not so happy.
"Our first trip is gonna be downtown, so put on your walking sh-" Wait. She was a ghost. Shoes weren't a necessity. "Eh, nevermind. Just c'mon." And with that, he started walking, hands stuffed in pockets.

"A surprise?" Victoria asked, following after the boil; she didn't need shoes, but she had them on anyway... It was only proper to have your feet covered when going out!
"Oh! Have you been well, Sir Lou?" She tilted her head up towards him, wondering what he had been up to since the last time they met... Which was during the auction. That seemed like a long, long time ago.

"Yes, do you like surprises?" Not that it would change the fact that it was a surprise, but he was curious.
As he reached the door, Lou held it open for his little slave. "I've been fine, though that rarely changes." The boil mused. "There's always something to be joyful about, if you look hard enough." Hard not to be an optimist when other people's suffering made you happy as well as all the normal things. And you know... Having your head so far up your a** you don't realize how flawed your existence is. That helps too.
"And how about you, Pipsqueak?"

"I suppose that would depend on the type of surprise? Ah, thank you," Victoria answered with a smile, walking through the door when it was held open for her; the shadowlings that showed up in her room were a surprise, but of the unwanted kind.
"I've been wondering, Sir Lou, but what is a pipsqueak?" She figured that it was a nickname for her, but she wasn't sure what it stood for. Pausing for a bit to mull over his question, she looked thoughtful as she replied, "The shadow creatures ate half of the mirrors in my room, but besides that, I have been well."
That sounded like an acceptable enough answer, without sounding like she was mourning the loss of half of her beloved mirror collection.

"Well you should consider this one a good surprise." Unless she didn't like things being bought for her. But that was impossible. She was a woman, of course she liked things being bought for her!
"You're a pipsqueak, pipsqueak~" That was something else he loved to tease her about. Perhaps, eventually she'd try to look it up. Then he would tease her even more. "Shadow creatures, huh? Did you kick their asses?" He asked, heading in the general direction of the maul.

"I like good surprises," Victoria replied with a thoughtful look, even more curious about what the surprise was now that Lou had labelled it as 'good'... Maybe they're going to a hall of mirrors?
That'll be so fun.
"That doesn't answer my question, Sir Lou," She almost pouted, but she couldn't bring herself to be rude to someone who was being nice to her, so she settled on a frown instead... Not that it was any better; the phrase just wouldn't be effective with a smile!
"No I did not," She looked slightly surprised as she shook her head, "Kicking a** is not ladylike at all." Although students like Muka had been teaching her about how some not ladylike things can actually be ladylike... There's also the fact that apparently, being a student of the school can be pretty dangerous, and there will be instances where she would have to fight. And kick a**.Sexy Cocaine I KEPT THINKING I TAGGED YOU ALREADY Q__Q

"I think it would be a good answer if you thought about it. Consider the qualities that make you you and ponder what certain qualities could possibly define such a word." The boil tried to sound smart for a split second, only to follow up with a cocky wink.
Not ladylike, huh? "Ladylike schmadylike. You shouldn't allow anything to come into your room and trash what's yours." Not that he could really talk... What with Titus putting the hole in his door awhile back. "If you're so concerned with being ladylike, find a ladylike way to get rid of them next time... Like making them a sandwich and throwing it out the window, or sweeping them up." Hell, he didn't know. Sounded like it would work.

"But that would only be possible if I know if you are using 'pipsqueak' as a compliment or an insult," Victoria's frown deepened as she did as Lou suggested, trying to come up with a list of words that could describe her... And the first thing that came to mind was the fact that the only other person to give her a nickname of some kind was Hel, and it was in reference to her height and small size, "Could it be a word to describe how small I am?"
She had stopped resisting the pout, and was now pouting at the boil.
"I doubt that would work, Sir Lou," She tilted her head slightly, "I do not think that most intruders would care for a sandwich."

"It could very well indeed." He might've been mildly impressed she had managed to figure it out so quickly, even after complaining about it.
Oh Victoria, pouting with Lou would get you nowhere. He was either oblivious to others suffering... Or he enjoyed it.
"I think that depends on how tasty you make it look. Hell, you could probably even lace it with poison. That would be effective." And classy, in his opinion.
When they finally arrived at the maul, Lou headed towards one of the dainty ladies stores for his first stop. "Have any guesses to what your surprise is yet?"

"I will not be small forever, though!" No Victoria, you'll probably be small forever, "So that nickname will one day hold no relevance."
She was still pouting slightly when they reached their destination, her attention drifting to the window display, "Do I get to see you wearing a dress, Sir Lou?"

"Well when that happens, I suppose I'll have to find a new nickname for you, won't I?" Lou didn't seem eager to budge on the matter. When he picked a name for someone, it stuck.
The boil glanced back at her with a grin. "I suppose, but my fuzzy man legs wouldn't look nearly as good in one of these as you might." He tried to play it off nonchalantly. "Go pick out a dress, pipsqueak."
