Her first night on patrol! Her first encounter walking the streets at midnight with nothing but a cloth outfit and a wood mace to protect her! She was a little cold, to be honest. Andronicus enjoyed her outfit, but man did her stomach and arms feel like they were being dipped in an ice bath.

The Page of Uranus was actually used to walking around at midnight. Her raid leaders loved to drag everyone to one apartment and over head laptops for four hours in the middle of the night. Now at least, with this whole being a Page business, she didn't have to worry about breaking another laptop. She did wonder where her clothing and backpack went though when she powered up sometimes.

A blip on the power radar caught her attention as she walked passed an alleyway. It was so close she stopped short and froze, looking for the source. It was... coming from the alley? Maybe?

"H-hey! Stop that! What...ever it is you're doing!" Really smooth woman, really freaking smooth. Way to sound scared when you do it! Ayeyeye... Well hopefully she wasn't going to get maimed, as she walked into the alleyway proper.

Hopefully.

One could really never be sure these days.

It was almost surreal to watch the translucent creature phase through the man. The mirror wraith's--hands? sort of--flashed through his body, and after a few times of this repeating, the guy's knees finally gave out. That, or it was the near choke-hold Loke had around his throat he'd used to keep the guy from making another swing at him.

It was sort of hard to tell which was doing the worst damage to the man, really.

The teen hadn't meant to get himself into this much trouble. He'd been on... what did they call it, patrol? Something like that. Figured he'd try that energy collecting stuff again. He'd had a couple minor attempts through the past few weeks, letting that mirror wraith of his slither out to attack some alley bum or two. Nothing intensive, nothing really noteworthy. But they were experiments that were required to peak his interest enough to get off his a** and off his video games to get out into being Loke in the first damn place. Each time he finally got out there though... had to admit. There was a real thrill to suddenly having this extra speed, strength, and stamina behind everything he did.

That had been a driving support when he'd run into this fellow. The vaguest whiff of whiskey had clung to him when Loke had come up from above on the rooftops, down the block from a typical biker bar. Man certainly looked the part, leather bound and scruffy face. The man's swings had packed more of a punch than the kid'd been expecting. The right side of his face still stung with what he knew would be one hell of a bruise and his ear was still ringing from the impact. Should have just let the mirror wraith get him, and not jump in. But watching the guy try to go after the wraith had made Loke uneasy, still unsure where the breaking point was between them being incorporeal and... well. Corporeal. Kill-able. So he went down, got his face bashed, got slammed with a few other hits to his arms... finally got the biker in the choke-hold when the wraith sucked enough of his energy out.

"Nothin' personal, man. Just needin' some of your energy's all," were the words grunted out as Loke finally loosened and then full out dropped the guy. Who then fell to the ground on hands and knees, gasping and groaning as the mirror wraith continued with renewed vigor to sweep in and out of the guy's body. Pale eyes stared bored down at the dirty blonde man, watching as his leather-clad torso heaved and shuttered with each pass of the mirror wraith. Breathing labored, body shaking. And Loke felt not a twinge of guilt. If anything he was... intrigued. It wasn't like he was going to kill the guy, so why not take some time to be entertained? "Though you could call this karma for hittin' me. I mean... what the ********, man."

The smirk hurt his face, but it was sort of worth it.

The look faded though the moment he heard a voice from the alley entrance, body stiffening slightly as he finally registered another... hit in the area. Not one of the court, he could tell that much. Crap. The wraith continued to swirl around the man, who at that point at least seemed to stop trying to get up and just focus on his breathing. "Ain't doin' nothin' illegal, lady," Loke drawled back, body turned slightly towards where the voice had come from, one hand curved over his hip. It was a true enough statement. Weren't any laws on the books about stealing energy. "'Sides. He hit me first." Another true statement. Physically.

"So less it's now a crime for a guy to defend himself from a biker thug... all's well, right?" He had no idea who--or what--she was, but he didn't see the need to freak out or stress. She wasn't a mirror senshi... really, that was all he knew. The hell else was there out in this city?

She edged out into the alley and blinked at the thing moving around the man. Andronicus kept her mace up, but looked over the area. Probably some kind of drunk that hit the guy with the... weird monster thing. She couldn't argue with his logic but still...

"What's that thing on the other guy? Doesn't look to friendly to me, but it isn't a youma... is it?" she asked him, edging farther down the alley. She wasn't Camelot; she wasn't a woman of justice. Andronicus was more of a "uh who are you? uh are you bad? uh... kay" if she really was being truthful. Even in raids she was like that. No need to change now, right?

Or she could just be two seconds from being hit in the face. Well, hell, at least it would be interesting.

Loke cocked his head to the side, taking in her demeanor and questions. She had a weapon--of sorts?--and the fact she was inching closer with it made his body tense a bit. Really, what else was out here? He knew about the White Moon Senshi, knew about the Negaverse--even if he had yet to meet them. But what was she?

"Mirror wraith," he answered simply, shoulders rising and falling easily. He used the arm not holding up the thug to gesture to himself, particularly his senshi attire. "And I am sure as ******** not one."

Pale eyes watched her. He hoped his body language was more relaxed than he felt that the moment. Certainly was keeping his voice cool enough, something he was proud of. "What about you? Not a senshi I take it..?"

Beside him, the wraith was becoming more solid, and now and then seemed to turn its attention somewhat towards the girl at the head of the alley. More preoccupied with its current target at least, Loke had no reason to glance the creature's way or take note of how the wraith acted.

She pushed the hood from her head, black and purple hair tumbling over her shoulders in a waterfall of strands. He felt... wrong to her, but at the same time he wasn't attacking her. Just curious like she was. Or curiously guarded.

Andronicus eyed him for a moment, the mace coming down some with his questions. "... Mirror wraith? And if you're not part of the Negaverse, what are you then?" She took a tentative step forward, looking him over. He wasn't a knight, that was for sure. She hadn't seen knights with those see through parts on their outfits, much less the head band.

"Nice tiara, by the way. Not a senshi, no. No a** bows here." That was something she was very much thankful for. She'd never live it down if she had a bows on her a**, bouncing every single time she made a move or shifted her weight. Andronicus shuddered at the mental visual.

Green eyes watched the mirror wraith solidify and she spun her mace in her fingers, cautious. At least youma she knew about. Mirror wraiths... that was something completely out of left field.

"Name's Andronicus."

Oh there was a new curious light in his eyes when the hood came down. He let his gaze trace over how the dark hair fell around her neck and shoulders, amused by the tint of color. Beauty student? Punk girl? Either way, he wasn't objecting. Wasn't enough to make him switch her nickname from 'blue-babe' to 'purple-' well... Anything.

But he liked the visual he was getting.

Lips curved in a light, easy smile, Loke forced his body to relax. Slump a little, one arm still propping up the groaning thug while the other hand rested on the upper rim of his cloth belt. Asking him so many questions without giving anything herself. Tsk! "Thought it was obvious, blue-babe. I'm a senshi." As to which court he belonged... well. He could play a little with that.

Thinking of the butt wings his dear blonde Eternal Vice-Captain wore, he couldn't help but laugh outright at her joy of not having bows on her a**. "Tiara's all the better to judge your a** with," he teased, playing on how a glass eyeball stared out from his forehead. "So if you're not a senshi, and certainly not a Nega-agent... what makes you tick?" Oh yeah, he'd be asking his higher up questions later.

His lids lowered slightly, pleased as could be that she'd offered her name first. "Loke, Andronicus. Name's Loke."

At his side, the thug was out cold. Breathing, but long gone was the fight from the man's systems. Drained of energy, he hardly looked like the sort of guy who'd have given Loke that painful bruise along his jaw.

The Wraith was done feasting. But not done eating. It swirled around Loke a few times, earning a scowl from the senshi but little more. He expected the wraith to return to its mirror shard. In fact, he fished it out of one of h is pouches, holding it in his free hand while he lowered the target to the ground. "Sorry, was just finishin' up here. Asswipe won't be beating up anyone else who crosses his path for a while if he's a brain cell out of his beer belly."

He'd been paying more attention to the girl than the wraith. She was shooting out a stronger energy signature than the guy without magical powers was. While he didn't think there was any sort of jealousy at play here... he was pretty shocked when suddenly the near solid creature lunged for the young woman. That was not the plan here!

Huh, well that was different. "Well at least you're doing a civic duty... even if the --- HOLY s**t!"

There had been a rather intelligent response there.

Then suddenly there was wraith in her face.

The wraith lunged at her and Andronicus back peddled. Eyes went wide in fear and she stumbled over her heels. The uneven shoes rocked and she let out a screech as her balance shifted. Her ankle rolled and she slammed into the ground as the wraith landed on top of her.

"What the hell, Loke!?" she yelled around the almost solid creature trying to suck the life out of her. She wrestled with it for a moment before letting out a snarl and slamming her wooden mace at it's head.

"If you were tryin' to get me undressed, this is a s**t way to do it!"

One hit.

One ******** hit.

And poof. His whole night was gone, the energy the Wraith had collected returning to the downed thug in a rush of the man's breath as the girl's mace caused the Wraith to shatter. The thug didn't stir at least, and for that Loke was grateful as he turned a dark eye on Andronicus. "Blue-babe, if I wanted you undressed it sure as ******** wouldn't be after you set me back a night's work."

His voice was dry, brittle. He'd done work and now this chick had set him back. He wasn't a fan of exercises in futility. He wasn't even a fan of the fact he'd have to go ask for a new ******** Wraith. "So, blue-babe," the Senshi of Treachery drawled, boots barely making a sound as he began to trek leisurely towards her. She had a weapon, something he'd need to be mindful of. He kept his body lax, not trying to look like he was ready for a fight. Truth be told, he wasn't even sure if he was. "Got any ideas how you'll make this s**t up to me?"

He had no ******** clue why the Wraith attacked her, but he sure as hell hadn't told it to. And now she'd killed it. Ugh.

EDIT: 04.05.2019 -- given the passage of time, I've edited in a small wrap up to this Rp below here to be able to mark this as finished. Though another post was made after this one, I've chosen to not post again due to not feeling remotely comfortable pulling this Rp up to the front of the guild again.

The fight'd been a mess.

Neither were apparently skilled at it, fumbling with punches and dodges. She'd done better than he had, walloping him in the head with that stupid wooden mace. Loke had, grudgingly, fled the scene before long, his head aching and some new bruises forming from the stupid weapon. He'd gotten in a couple punches himself, sure, but he'd be remembering this.

He actually had to learn how to freaking fight...

She hadn't expected it to just vanish on her. She blinked at the space where the wraith had been for a moment. Okay it seemed a tad silly to run around with such a weak companion but she wasn't going to comment on it. Andronicus blinked at him and a few warning signs went off in her head.

Great. Now she'd pissed him off. This was. This was so lovely and productive for her evening!

"Look, I didn't know it was going to just poof when it hit me! What was I supposed to do, let it munch on my face?" she said, taking a step or two back from the senshi. Not good, not good. "I'm sorry I just destroyed your evening's quota okay. Again I didn't know it was so fragile." Maybe apologies would work. Maybe?

Hopefully...?
