A small restaurant which holds similar appearance to a bar, having an sit-in side and an outdoor side should one wish to be outside and eat. The indoor side has tables and chairs in neat formation, completed with menus and silverware on each tables. There is rarely any AC on due to the fact the density of the mist provides a cooler atmosphere. Once you sit in, a waitress will visit and provide world-class service! For outdoors, it is similar only the stools are lined up by the counter where a large bar sits in the middle of the restaurant to cook and deliver drinks to both sides. A waitress or two is usually outside to take orders as well or provide a friendly conversation.
The menu consists of something similar to a Hachibi bar or a nice Japanese steak house. Get creative lol
Arriving at the restaurant, the water shadow pondered for a moment or two on what he wanted to eat. More so, inside or outside? From the time spent in the beach, perhaps inside would be a good change in pace. As he approached the door with Mika a woman emerged and held the door for them. "Welcome Lord Mizukage! Please feel free to sit anywhere you please" The waitress said politely, Mikoto nodded his thanks and walked in. Looking down at the young Uchiha he motioned towards the bar as well as the tables. "Which do you want to sit at?" He asked, knowing her ribs were still healing as she is but a genin and not quite yet capable of restoring her bones to their previous condition.

Mika followed the Kage to the restaurant, anticipating her meal. She was being polite and quiet as per the norm, though she had not been out to eat in a long while. She couldn't help smile at the Mizukage when the waitress came up to them. Upon asking her where to sit she replied in her soft spoken side."It maters little where I sit. Though if i had a choice, her lap..."She said just loud enough for the three of them to hear, eying the waitress with a cute little smile playing about her lips. "A table provides more cover for indecent activities, whereas the bar would make her flush brightly. Id say a table, seating facing the entrance."

The Mizukage blinked for a moment at her comment, but couldn't help but chuckle slightly while the waitress managed a blush and brought her hand to her mouth laughing slightly before brightening up. "Hehe, right this way~" She said pleasantly, leading the two to the table Mika requested. Pulling out a small black book with papers on the top she drew out a pen from it's resting place located between her bosoms on the silk-like dress. Clicking once she started writing, only to find no ink was being produced. She brought the tip to her lips and licked the tip gently before bringing it back down onto the paper, producing results. With a smile she looked at Mikoto for a lingering moment or two before speaking. "Alright, now what can I get the two of you to drink today?" She said, brushing some green hair out of her eyes and curled them behind her left ear. The kage pondered for a moment before requesting the special; which usually was a random alcohol added with a blue liquid which had a faint glow to it, some rocks thrown in to give a similar appearance to ice and the glass out of the freezer for the frosted touch. Throw some crystals along the rims, and you have something that looks tropical but cold. Flavor? Unknown. But whatever it was, only the kage knew. And he enjoyed it very much so. "What about you, I'm paying so it doesn't matter what you get" He said with an approving nod. She deserved it after all.

Mika couldn't help a smile at the reaction she got. This was a desirable one for her, much better than the stingy feel of a hand across her jaw.'Lucky pen...Is she?...I think shes flirting back.'She though to herself"Absinth...One for me and one for the girl. Glass, not shots...Unless you cant have any, then ill just save yours for when you...get off?"She spoke slowly, her pain subsiding and giving the Kage somewhat of an entertaining show.

The waitress smiled and shook her head. "I'm sorry, as appreciated as it is, I have to wait, usually takes awhile for me to..get off. Depending on how busy it gets here. More so around night. But I could take a rain check?" She asked sweetly, looking from Mika to Mikoto. Winking she smiled and turned around, heading off to deliver the order and fetch the refreshments. Meanwhile, the water shadow looked over at Mika with a slight smile of amusement. "Well, seems someone has gotten themselves a favorite here. I am aware of her schedule but...heh" He paused, purposely simply to make the young Uchiha wonder. It felt good to let go of the serious mask he typically wore. He wouldn't be able to go out and enjoy himself often like this, due to his position in the village now and the time frame he'd be left with. Reaching into his coat he pulled out his special cigarette; bringing it up to his lips and took in a breath, before letting out a small cloud of steaming water vapor. Since it wasn't smoke, he was able to get away with it. Plus, it helped him relax a little more somewhat. The waitress could be seen just behind the bar, the drinks finished and she was saying something to the cook for a moment or two before approaching the table again and smiled, handing out the drinks to their respectful consumer. Squatting down slightly between Mika and Mikoto she looked from one to the other with a smile that brought out her eyes. "Alright, so what do we want for lunch today? The special? Or something else on the menu" She asked, pen ready to go. Hearing the cough, the water shadow looked over seeing the clone of Furuya sitting by them. How long was he there? Perhaps same time they have been, if not sooner. He spoke nothing to him before sheerly as there wasn't much to be said. That, and he believed the genin was in his own world.

Mika smiled at the girl and nodded slowly. At least she was receptive. She waited for her to walk away briefly before speaking briefly to her brother in a pleasant voice."I swear to Kami if you block me this time I will personally burn your room to cinders k?" She had a dangerous little smile plastered on her face while speaking to him, brushing her hair back over her ear while she did so.'Im going to have to pick Mikoto's brain for a bit when she goes away again. That should be fun at least.' She seemed to stay quiet for a moment before speaking up once again. "What would you recommend?" She asked her simply, giving her the smile that she reserved for rather special occasions

Looking towards the male Uchiha the water shadow curtly nodded in return. "My business with her is her business as well, she is one of my students. We recently finished up a small session, so we are here for refreshments before heading back. Might I ask how your training is faring?" He inquired, expecting the boy to have been training since he had assigned squads. He was slightly humored by their sibling quarreling, then he looked towards the waitress and asked for a steak hachibi plate. With what it came from, could easily serve as a full course meal. Having its meats, grains, vegies and greens. Not to mention each being his favorite along the menu.
The waitress smiled at the young man, taking his order as well though making it on a different tab. Five orders of the special, perhaps they were all for him making a lad with one healthy appetite or for some friends. Turning to Mika finally she smiled curiously and tapped the pen lightly against her lips thoughtfully. "I would suggest...the meat specialty. It's a favorite of mine, having a few variety of meat such as diced steak, pulled pork, shredded chicken with brown rice, a little bit of vegies and a little bit of noodles. Similar to what Lord Mizukage is having~" She said cheerfully, before her eyes grew wide and ran her hand through Mika's hair. "Goodness, your hair is so soft! What do you put in it, I'm always trying new products to have that glossy look. But sometimes just not that successful" She said frowning slightly, touching her own hair. Indeed her hair is soft and looks good, but it wasn't to her expectations. It could always be better. Simply one of those girly factors women can talk about, and the occasional male like Hirose who have long hair as well.

Mika's expression went soft as her hair was touched. She honestly adored it when it did happen, pretty much why she took such good care of it. "Bring me whatever you think I'd like. As for the hair, thats a trade secret. But you come over for an afternoon and ill see if we can get yours a bit softer." She told her softly, shooting a glance her brother with a slight grin. Some may consider it being lucky, some may consider it being a curse. Whether or not it was luck, in truth part of it involved the history they had together, however brief and indirect it may of been. The waitress smiled, liking the idea and was actually considering it up until the one known as Furuya made that last comment. The comment in which she actually had no idea how to react, in which even the Mizukage was slightly surprised in what he had said. "Oh my~" Scribbling down the remaining of the order she nodded her head and headed off towards the kitchen to place the order so the cooks can begin immediately. Usually, Mikoto would say something as a result to the vulgarly word of which was spoken, but he partially had a feeling this was simply to get back at what his sister had said. All he knew was there was a probable chance he will be returned the favor in a few short seconds. Simply, he raised his glass to his lips and took a moment to drink, letting the cool liquid run down his dry throat quenching the thirst that had been there for awhile now. For the moment, he was looking forward to the food being made. It's been quite some time since he has last been here, actually before the previous Water Shadow passed to be exact, when he made a stop here before going out of country to complete his mission. From behind the counter, the waitress was watching them, heading back to the table in order to bring the Uchiha some water since he had not asked for a drink either.

Mika's face hardened the moment the girl turned to walk away. Her hand previously on the table on her right, lifted rapidly and would colide with his mouth in a rather forceful grabbing motion. The aura around her hand was that of a medical jutsu designed to paralyze muscles to help restrain patients or subdue enemies. "I know your a clone...My real brother wouldnt dare say something like that to me. Thats why I didnt stab you, are we clear?" She shut her eyes and brought her hand back to her head, resting it on her palm, propping up herself with her elbow.'Cant catch a break with these people I swear....'

『 The clone would feel the sudden hold on his face and the shock tremble through his muscles, causing him to wince as his eyes shot to hers, burning a whole through hear head with his gaze; not literally of course. "Hn.." He would try to speak but his jaw wouldn't move.. she obviously had done something to stop him from speaking. With a sigh of annoyance, the clone would hop up and walk over to the counter to grab a pencil and paper before making it's way back to the table. Once gain, glaring at Mika, it would simply write in kanji, 'You a**'. After erasing it, the waiter would bring over the water and he would nod before writing down 'Arigato. If you wait a few.. when I can speak again.. I will explain things better..' With another sigh he would take the pencil and tap it against his glass of water as he waiting for his muscles to come under his control again. Glancing over to the Mizukage however, he would flip the pencil around and begin to write something once more. 'So Mikoto-Sama, what are your hobbies? What do you enjoy to do? Got a special lady? Family? Friends? Hopes? Dreams?' He would turn the paper so that he could read it with ease instead of having to turn his head to try and see. 』™
