 This big city is rich in culture, and full of many restaurants and oriental designs. People often hold street parties and celebrate random occasions here. Gang fights, and sometimes wild monsters are seen in the streets terrorizing citizens.

Nixi  Nixi smiled as she arrived at the city. She had been walking with Swift 66, and was excited to be out of Nintega for once in her life. Swift was wide-eyed as they approached the city. "Wow, this place looks so fly!" When they entered she was so excited. "This territory is BEGGING to be taken." She had the determined looks in her eyes as she looked around at all the walls and windows wanting to be spray-painted. It was then that when she looked up she noticed there was actually an amusement park in the middle of it all.
"Whoa, there's even an amusement park here! Awww, but it looks like the only way up there is by tram or boat." Swift didn't like using other means of transportation, in fact she hated it since she relied so much on her roller skates. She then spotted these 'rims' that the boat paths used, to keep the water inside for the boat no doubt. "I know I can probably grind on those edges where the boats are to get to the top... Unless you want to stop for a little food and rest first..."

Nixi Nixi nodded. "We can go up there if you want. Although... I do have one question..." She blushed a bit and looked at the floor. She shuffled her feet a bit and said, "What's an amusement park?" She was obviously embarrassed, Swift seemed to know what they were though so she could ask. `•.¸¸.•´´¯`••.¸¸.•´´¯`•´`•.¸¸.•´´¯`••.¸¸.•´´¯`•´`•.¸¸.•´´¯`••.¸¸.•´´¯`•´Location: Looking at an Amusement Park.

Theme Song: Grum - HeartbeatsSwift looked over at Nixi with furrowed brow, "Are you kidding me? You don't know what an amusement park is? Girl, you've been in that house for too long. An amusement park has this cool rides and concession stands, it's totes off the hook! C'mon I'll show ya!" They approached the docking area to get on the boat to go towards the amusement park. The boat man had asked if they wanted a ride, and Swift shook her head. "Not today."
In a flash, she had jumped on the railing, sparks flying as she was getting farther away. She yelled back at Nixi, "This way!" To gain speed, she did stylish flips and jumps. "This place is too much fun already!" She got her spray paint as she sprayed the side of a boat she passed, a boatman got really upset. "You snooze you lose!"

Nixi Nixi climbed on the railing Swift had been rollerblading on. As she passed the boat which Swift had spraypainted on, she gave the man some money. Theme Song: Grum - HeartbeatsSwift landed off the rail and onto smooth pavement, and looked around to see the lights and music all around. "Wow... I thought my place was flashy, but this is definitely the mother of all flashy things." She started rollerblading along and looking back to see if Nixi was following her. "We have to see the rides!"
It was then she noticed a huge Ferris wheel and adored the lights that were all around it. 'Let's go on that one! But first..." She went ahead and bought some cotton candy for the both of them. "Can't go on without some sweets! Now let's hurry, the line for the ride is empty!" She went towards the ferris wheel and was directed to a gondola. "I can't wait until this thing goes..." She ate a bit of her cotton candy.

Nixi Nixi nodded as she pointed to the Ferris Wheel. It looked really fun. As they got on, she was so excited tat she started jumping up and down. She stopped when the guy told her that it could break the ride. "This looks so exciting! SO MANY LIIIIIIIIIIIIGHTS!" Oh, look how high up we are." She looked over the edge, noticing they were now at the top, and shouted at the top of her lungs with excitement. "Woohoo!"
She looked back at Nixi with a crooked smile, "You're not afraid of heights are you? I probably should have asked you... but ya' know." Swift took another bite of her cotton candy. "So what do you think of the amusement park?"

Theme Song: Grum - Heartbeats"Whoa whoa whoa, a little too excited aren't we?" She giggled, "Guess it can't be helped." The Ferris Wheel went around again. Swift bit her lip thinking about letting the truth out. Might as well come out with it now. She looked at Nixi intently, almost seriously."Hey, I need to talk to you about something important. I haven't been completely honest with you..." She looked off the side of the gondola and sighed.
"I'm actually from Sergwaii. Not only that, but I own a bit of land, called Yushiba Raceway. I have my own gang and everything. Racing and taking territory... that's been my lifestyle. I'm just lettin' you know now so you don't end up hating on me later when you find out yourself somehow... or something. Our nations are at war, except my Raceway is considered neutral grounds, so that would mean that I'm not fighting for sides, but if you chose to fight me, I wouldn't even THINK of holding back, just so I'm clear." She bit onto her cotton candy nonchalantly.

There were a lot of lights over in that direction, so she figured there would be a lot of interesting stuff too. Theme Song: Grum - HeartbeatsSwift took out her spray bottle and actually spray painted someone's back while they weren't looking. "Now THAT guy didn't see it coming." she said as if she was proud of herself. She looked around looking at all the neon signs, and along the way taking a peek in the nightclubs that were bustling with activity. She followed Nixi and they came towards a street where people were shouting prices outside, and Swift knew that this street they were walking down were the hotels.
"Oooh, which one! This hotel promises the best food on the street, while this one over here is the most aesthetic, while this one here is the most comfortable... So hard to pick..." She sighed, and looked toward Nixi. "Well... You might as well have a chance to pick a venue this time, so which one seems the best to you?"
