So where do you get your inspiration in writing?
any books in particular that made you want to write?
any author or literary work that you want to praise?

mine was Harry Potter c: J.K. Rowling has an amazing imagination and a great hold on a reader's interest
The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern was also such a great read. The author tells the story in such great detail in her descriptions
I would love to be able to write like them ♥

A Mango Shaped Space by Wendy Mass is what made me want to write. I had read the book once, then reread about a year and a half later because I really liked it. I love Mass's literary work and started reading more of her books. Each time I read another, I wanted to write more. I just love the flow of her books.

The Dark Tower Series by Steven King is by far my favorite series of books. It's almost scary how amazing they are, in my opinion. The characters are interesting, the tragic back story of Roland was so tear inducing, the amazing backdrops, the mystery and sadness and also the fear I felt... wooh... It's just something that I recommend to you.
King got inspiration from all parts, real life, memories, dreams, other works of fiction, and that's something I don't think we do enough. We try to invent something completely new when all we need to do is take what already exists and put a new spin on it! Make it our own!

Sailor Moon triggered my love for writing. 99% of my inspiration comes from anime, movies, and video games.

My inspiration comes from my surrounding...like when I'm bored I look at people passing by and go 'this chick looks badass. Maybe she's a spy for....and this is happening...blahblahblah' Then after getting that backstory I get lots of other people and start the piecing. So when am bored in class i just develop and progressing it. And Yeah...

My inspiration... Well. That's hard to say, but I think it comes from music and the outdoors. A lot of the time, it just comes to me. I'm not sure how, or when or why, but it does. Things just fall together and it makes sense.
I tend to find that inspiration is in whatever I'm doing. Like for example, dreaming. That's a huge inspiration. It's led me to write tons of different stories down.
