The massive walls of Uzushiogakure where built to withstand the massive tides that clashed against the island during every storm. They stand over 150 feet tall, curved inwards so waves are defected easier. Guards patrol the walls of the village 24/7.
Outside of the gates lies the main docks which is the key to entering and leaving the island. There are many boat taxi's that bring villager onto the mainland which only takes about 10 minutes.
