me and my brothers who are in here feel that the captain needs to promote ppl who have posted more recently and demote the inactive crew / vice
however the captain seems to be unwilling or refuses to do this, so yeah i think this guild is dead
at one time my brothers were vice and they log on every day , one day they got demoted to member and the captain refused to explain why
despite the fact they were very active and even sent out guild announcements. suddenly no one was ever active anymore
if they promoted my brothers back , they could send guild announcements and remind everyone that the guild is still here
but until they promote active ppl like i said the guild is dead
