  Some appearance of Nobody
● Cadissa is played by Hound!
● Near and Nobody are played by Yushika!

● Story so far: Having met by pure chance, Near was just deciding to give up on her year and some long crush that was never really returned, and Cadissa was still struggling with demons of her past. Chance had it that the Halloween Noodle met the cursed Noodle and a strange but strong friendship blossomed. After gifting a white board to Cadissa and introducing the sweet girl to Near's adopted daughter, the orange vixen began to realize her own affections growing for the red and blue woman. Now? Well it is Valentines day! Maybe today is the day Near confesses? Or perhaps Cadissa may? Lets hope the best for these hopeless Noodles!

Near's heart was pounding! Cadissa had recently, as in an hour ago, accepted the necklace and Near had excused herself only minutes ago to make tea for Nobody. Or rather.... Make tea for a girl who didn't even want it and spend the next five minutes trying to calm her pounding heart! Near bad never given a Valentines gift before, and she wouldn't have in the first place if Nobody hadn't thrown her under the bus. The feeling of fear that maybe she would disappoint Cadissa had sent her heart spiraling into panic, and now that the woman had accepted it and seemed happy she was panicking even worse! What if Cadissa thought she was weird for the fond gesture? What if she pretended to like it....
No. Cadissa wasn't like that. She wouldn't do such a thing, Near knew her well enough to confirm that. Cadissa liked her gift, something that sent a surge of pride through the orange Noodle's heart. Anything that made Cadissa cause that little whimper of happiness that replaced a "thank you" made Near happy. Hell, if Cadissa could eat Near would be constantly baking for Cadissa!
Sucking in a breath, the now calmed down vixen returned with a warm cup for Nobody, handing it to her daughter before looking up at her friend. A warm smile crossed her lips, tail wagging happily.
"Oh, Cadissa! Nobody is going over Hecate's house tomorrow and she wanted to bake. We'd do that after dinner, but would you like to help me cook and her bake later this evening? We could watch a movie before?" It was so natural for the Halloween girl to simply spend time with Cadissa. It was easy! Yes, her eyes were rude at times, but nothing Near couldn't handle. She wondered how the movie would go, if Cadissa even liked chick flicks or maybe she liked horror movies? Or perhaps action movies? Oh! What would Cadissa's style be? Had she ever watched a movie before?

Cadissa waited on the couch for Near to return. She gently pawed at the necklace around her neck, tail wagging with happiness. The necklace was so pretty in her opinion. It was also the first gift she had ever received in her life. This was the first friendship in her life, as well. She let herself get lost in thought for a moment, recalling what she could of her past and all.
Though why think about the horrid thing now that it was over? She had escaped by some lucky chance. So why think on it? Her ears perked as she heard Near speak, turning her head towards her.
Bake? ...Movie? Cadissa tilted her head to the side in a questioning manner. She felt like a sheltered kit, not knowing what these things were. Cadissa grabbed her whiteboard and a marker, neatly writing on it.
"What is baking? And movie? Do... You watch movies bake?" That was Cadissa's best guess in the matter, though she had no idea what either of those words really meant or stood for.

Anyone else would laugh. Near didn't, ears flicking down and a sadness touching her features. What had happened to Cadissa for her to never know these things? She could have lived in the forest, but even then... Wouldn't she know more? Besides, Cadissa's scars suggested otherwise. Her heart ached as she considered the options of her friends past, wings fluttering as a protective urge swirled within her stomach. She was close to suddenly hugging the other, though stopped herself. She didn't want to frighten Cadissa!
"Baking is when you take ingredients, mix them together, and put them in the oven - a box of heat basically - and out comes things like cookies, cakes, muffins and such. Most taste sweet. I'm teaching Nobody how to bake, maybe I could teach you? Movies are moving pictures with sounds! It's a story being told on a screen. You can watch anything! Scary things, funny things, educational things. I like romantic movies and scary movies, personally."
A romantic movie? A soft blush touched her cheeks as she considered it. O-oh.... Wouldn't that be weird to watch with Cadissa? Nobody and Near watched them a lot, but for some reason a bright red blush kissed her cheeks as she thought of watching one with Cadissa. Oh, honestly! She really needed to get herself back together!

Oh now she understood! ... Kind of. It was more then she knew beforehand. Cadissa gave a small nod to show she somewhat understood it now. At least well -- Maybe seeing these things would help her better understand them. She'd be seeing them soon right? Though she wasn't sure how well her eyes would cooperate with her. Those nasty things. Waving her tail a bit, she erased what was written on her board to make room for more writing.
"Oh! I get it now. Kind... Of..." Her body showed that if she could, she would be sighing right now. This all made her feel like a complete and total idiot. These were all normal, everyday things and yet she had no clue what a single thing was. Did Near possibly think she was an idiot or something as well?
No. Near was too kind, she wouldn't think that of her. Would she? Whimpering, she shook her head as a way to chase the thoughts off. Paranoid much? Maybe just a bit. Cadissa forced her thoughts to move elsewhere. Movies -- From what Near had said, there was many types they could watch. And then baking -- You could make many things. Things she couldn't eat though. On the leftover part on the whiteboard, she wrote. Mainly to distract herself from the thoughts.
"Well what should we bake and watch? It's up to you, Near. I'm sure I'll enjoy whatever we watch. As long as my eyes are good to me~" Again, the girls tail wagged some.

The female smiled towards Cadissa when a nod was given. Good! Tail wagging gently, Near turned her head slightly to look towards the kitchen in thought. She paused when she saw the others body language, slightly concerned. Was Cadissa fretting again? However, Cadissa wrote once more and wagged her tail gently. What a cute sight~
"I was thinking cookies. They're very quick. As for a movie..... you can choose."
She paused, imagining a horror movie that would send Cadissa into her arms with fright. While the idea was appealing.... Near wasn't about to trick Cadissa into watching something like that! Not unless the girl actually choose such a movie herself. Maybe a romance movie? Or action? Or maybe a musical? Didn't she have that dance movie that Nobody liked? It was somewhere.... Thought Near was feeling a tad selfish today and didn't want to ask her dear daughter for the movie... She wanted some special time with Cadissa.
"Nobody is busy at the moment, so we can choose a movie to watch and start it now?"

The female tilted her head from side to side gently as she thought. Maybe she could just pick a random movie without giving much thought to it? Seeing as she wasn't quite sure of what genre's were, what the titles meant and so on. Cadissa shrugged to herself before erasing what she had previously written so she could write some more.
"Cookies? Alright uh-- Sounds fine with me. She paused, giving a thoughtful tap to her chin. How to word her next thing? Ah~!
"Where's these movies at? I'm looking forward to picking one for us to watch! Will we be watching it before we bake the cookies?" Now that it was all written down, Cadissa happily showed the board to Near -- Giving a cute tilt of her head.

Near flicked an ear in amusement, mostly at the tilt of the head. She pondered gently on an idea before moving closer towards the living room, waving her hand for Cadissa to come near.
"I have an idea. You find the movie and I prepare the dough. When it's ready you can make shapes with me! That's the best part."
Flicking her tail gently, the woman fretted just for a second. Were there any bad movies Cadissa could pick? Such as graphic horror movies or one of those raunchy comedy movies her mother kept trying to get her to watch? No... she was sure she stored those under her bed to keep away from Nobody and Hecate when they played in the living room. Tapping her friends arm, a slight smile rose onto Near's face at the small contact with Cadissa.
"There's a box. It's made of wood and has iron edges and an iron keyhole. It's unlocked and has all our movies in it. Pick anything you like."

Cadissa stumbled closer, her eyes deciding to swirl around just to throw her off. Her tail waved in excitement at that small plan, an eager nod soon following to show she both understood and agreed with said plan.
Another tilt of her head was given before she began to write on her whiteboard once more. Oh? Where is the box? And I... Would I be able to get some assistance getting to it?" There was no telling what her eyes might try do, whether she be alone or around another.
And honestly? Cadisaa preferred to be around someone else in case her eyes DID cause her to stumble or fall or something. How how embarrassing these things tended to be.

The stumble caused a quick gasp from Near as she moved closer to catch Cadissa. The other seemed to stabilize herself, though. She watched the other write, nodding gently and, with a slight twitch of nervous excitement, she touched the others hand. Would Cadissa hate this?
"Come with me."
Gently, ever so gently, Near tugged on that beautiful hand. Her heart skipped gently. She was holding Cadissa's hand. Her face paled slightly, and then cheeks turned red as she hid her face from the other.
"Ah. It's this way."

If only Cadissa could smile -- She'd be doing just that right now. All she could offer was a small wag of her tail. She didn't want to show TOO much excitement to the other. After all, it was just a simple holding-of-the-hands. How silly would it be to show how excited this made her feel?
Probably really silly... Why DID this simple action make her heart flutter like it was? Her heart had never done such a thing to her before. And love was one thing she couldn't quite pick out from her normal, every-day emotions. Probably because it was foreign to her. Never had she ever loved nor felt loved. Was this something she should ask Near about?
... Naw -- It could... Be awkward. Perhaps this feeling she felt was meant to be kept to herself, like everything else. That's why she was silenced by her so called 'master' after-all. Things were supposed to be kept to herself. Her screams, her thoughts, her feelings... All things she should just bottle up and keep hidden away from others.
Her mind quickly snapped back to reality once she had caught herself drifting of into her saddening thoughts. Cadissa gave a quick nod as she followed after the other, trying her best to keep her eyes in check and well-behaved. It would be downright embarrassing if she were to stumble and fall onto Near, or stumble into something that was breakable and break it.
She shuddered a bit at those silly little thoughts. Goodness why WAS she getting so lost in thoughts at a time like this? Is this what happened when one's heart fluttered like this? Did thoughts like to attack and take over so quickly -- 'No no no. Cadissa, stop thinking so much and focus on Near.' She scolded herself in her head as she gave a small shake of her head.

Gently, ever so gently, the woman lead Cadissa towards the movies, tugging softly on the hand within hers and releasing it to settle onto the ground. Before her laid a wooden and iron box, which she quietly opened and revealed to the other woman.
"Here you are." She smiled upwards at Cadissa, tail wagging once. Her wings fluttered in excitement, the candle atop her horns flickering wildly. She couldn't help it, the other woman left her in such awe when she viewed Cadissa! Sure, Cadissa may be self conscious, but Near loved her appearance. Except those eyes. Near was becoming more and more infuriated by how they seemed to torture poor Cadissa. If only she could cast a spell to tame them... Maybe her mother could?
"If I could help you with your eyes, would you like that?" Near gently, almost timidly asked, her hair flopping into her eyes.

The woman canted her head to the side a bit as the other opened the box. At first, she stuck her head in -- Wait... Her eyes weren't on her face. How did she even forget that? Cadissa drew her head back, body jerking as if she were giving an exasperated sigh. This was sure to be fun. How was she to easily see inside this box-of-movies with how her eyes were placed?
She pondered for a moment, trying to think on how to do this task. Such a task would be easy for one who wasn't cursed. She was quickly brought out of the saddening thoughts as Near spoke to her -- Head turning towards Near to show she was listening.
Help her with her eyes? How -- How would that work? Of course Cadissa LOVED the sound of that. Sure, they'd probably still be in the odd place they were now -- But if Near could somehow get them to behave better? That would be simply splendid. Though a quick flash of her past did decide to come into play. A short scene of the woman carving out her own eyes played, causing her to instantly cower against the wooden and iron box as her eyes shut tightly.
Why oh why had the past decided to come up at time like this? And in such vivid detail? She gave a whimper before quickly clinging to Near for dear life, nodding furiously to show she would, indeed, love to get help with her eyes -- Despite that little flash back that had just happened.

And then Cadissa cowered.
Near's heart stopped, hands raising and almost touching the other before they froze, her own eyes wide with alarm. Her hands trembled, wanting to touch the other, yet afraid to frighten her. Imagine the surprise when, suddenly, Cadissa whimpered and clung into her, a nod the sign that Cadissa would like help. Near was stiff for all of five seconds, startled by the sudden change and already turning extremely warm around her cheeks that Cadissa was pressed into her. Without thinking, a fluffy tail flicked around Cadissa and warm arms pulled the woman into a firm embrace, wings fluttering rapidly.
"My mother." She mumbled into the others hair, having nuzzled slightly into Cadissa. "She knows magic. I'm sure if anyone can help you, it'd be her." Gently, she pulled away from Cadissa, viewing the other woman with a gentle smile.
"I want to help you, Cadissa. I won't let anyone hurt you, I promise. Whatever scared you can't hurt you. Not when you're right here with me. Okay?"

Normally, Cadissa wouldn't trust such words. But with Near everything seemed to be different. This wasn't a bad thing either. After their first run-in together, Cadissa had almost instantly trusted this woman. It was odd to her. But not bad. and the more she thought about it, thought about Near and how she felt for the other female -- The more she questioned her exact feelings.
She gave a quick nod, snapping herself out of her train of thought. There she went, AGAIN, getting distracted by thinking. She was sure if she could talk, all these thoughts would spill out of her with little to no control. Much like her eyes.
Now she was stuck, though. Cadissa wanted to show Near that she understood. Wanted to show she trusted her and believed that she really would do good for her. But how would she show that? Her whimpers weren't enough in her opinion. Nodding was growing old. Drawing and or writing on the board didn't really portray her emotions all to well. They were just words. Pictures could depict her feelings -- But she was no artists. Licking the others cheek was also out of the question --
Though... She could -- Yes. Cadissa gave another nod before quickly pressing her nose against Near's as she gave a small whimper, making the whimper sound as cute as she could muster up. Hopefully this would get her message through to the other.
