The Field of Battle is ...
City Streets Field: Broken tar and faded yellow lines make up the “street” that runs down the exact center of the battle field. On either side of the road are sidewalks with pieces of concrete here and there. Fake building walls, complete with broken glass windows and grime lining the surface, limit the amount of maneuverable space on land. Trash cans and trash bags decorate the street. A sewer grate nearby continually pours a stream of fog into the air which, unfortunately, helps spread the horrible stench of the trash. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to POISON type attacks.

George walked into the arena with Tyr right next to him. Tyr was only a puppy but this would be great training for him. He wouldn't always go against someone his own size and type. Not everything would be fair, he was going to learn that being a police dog wasn't always easy. He also had a lot of faith in his pup and their training would be put to the test here.
He reached down and pet him but also wanted to look at him in the eyes as he talked to him. He smiled as he started to talk, "Ok Tyr, he's a fire type. This is going to be difficult because he's also older and bigger than you. But you can do this, I have faith you are strong enough and I will be here helping you out how I can. Now get in there and show him what you got."
Tyr listened and looked over at the big Ninetails. He was definitely bigger but it didn't look like he weighed all that much more than him. He was thinner while Tyr was stockier. Maybe they were closer than he though. Still this was going to be an uphill battle for him but he wasn't going to let George down.
His tail wagged at George's faith and when he was told to enter, he hopped right in looking around while he stood in what looked like the middle of the street.

Compared to the last field she and George had battled on, this was disgusting. The stadium was filthy and the odor was horrible. On the other hand, it was horribly realistic. She couldn't help but wonder who would pay big bucks to set up something like this only to trash the place and call it a 'field'.
Wrinkling her nose, she looked down at Kanis worriedly, he was her first poke' and had a special place in her heart. Despite his aloofness, they were a close team. He wasn't paying any attention to her though, already focused and intent on the field.
Kori looked up and scanned the arena, but it was filled with so much debri she couldn't even see George or his poke'mon.
"Just be safe, ok?" Kanis flicked an ear towards his trainer as she spoke, but the fox was already keenly interested in the odd arena. It was both intriguing and worrying. He supposed that garbage would burn like everything else though, and really there shouldn't be anything to worry about.[color=darkgreen] Korinna [/color]

George looked around for them, he thought he knew where they were but Tyr probably had a better view of the opponent than he did. With the look around here and the guy being bigger, it was probably smart to weaken his armor a bit before really attacking.
"Ok Tyr we are going to start off a bit slow, lets see how this works. Get in close and use Crunch to break his defenses down."
Tyr was ready for the order and knew not to argue with what he said. Though it made sense to him too, break down the armor so his subsequent attacks work better later. He rushed forward his eyes looking for his opponent, once he had him in sight he lunged at him using Crunch to break apart a bit of his defense.
