Bflarg.
So, I was playing Flyff earlier today, killing a Krauser Catcher. It was going to take forever, since I'm a magician and would need to take regular breaks to get my MP back up. I was just starting to consider giving up when this Acrobat (basically archers) comes up and asks if I need help. In my defense, I thought he was a girl, since it's hard to tell at in-game night with my crappy monitor.
Anyway, we kill the Catcher together, and I add him on onto my friends list since he was nice and helpful. Later, he partied up with me and we were killing monsters when he suddenly starts calling me cupcake, which was wierd enough. Then he started asking me what my IRL name was, how tall I was, questions like that. I finally just pretended like I had to leave and logged out of the game.
My problem is I'm too nice and don't want to hurt anybody's feelings by telling them to leave me the hell alone. But now I'm paranoid of logging back in, because since he's on my friends list, it notifies him when I'm online. *Sigh*

well, if I were playing the game, I might offer you some protection against him....I also would suggest removing him fropm your friends list, the next time you log on
I personaly wouldn't mind giving out my first name irl, but anything more than that would just be creepy....unless of corse the other person knew me well for quite a while and wanted to try to meet up irl.....other whise its like some stranger tryign to feel you up xp *[shutters*

Ive had some guys act like pervs around my character, cuz it is very cleary a girl (Final Fantsy XI) or say perverted things, but I dont care about hurting anybodys feelings so I say whatever I want to them. In FFXI though you can call a Game Manager or something and have them take care of that person thats bothering or harassing you. You should take it there if they continue to stalk you or start to harass you.

If you can block them you should, just log on and quickly mun-friend them and put them on your block list.
I find that when I play free online MMORPGs I get alot of 12ish year olds following me around going "Be my gf plz." I'm 21 and have a brother that's 12, it's just ...ew.

I used to get hit on an average of 3 times a day on Guild Wars. It's alright when you make sexually charged jests. It's another thing entirely when you start acting stalker-esque and asking name, height, et cetera. Here's what you do. Press E, right click on his name, press Delete, and feed the creep some Ignice exhaust.
PS: Got a Niz Suit you could sell me for under 90k on Aibatt? T.T

yeah i get guys following me on aibatt. most of them don't speak english very well so i'm like "uh are you trying to tell me i'm hot? 'cause i can't tell" lol. i've seen those krauser catchers before. they're creepy looking o_O i'm a lvl 20 mercenary if you ever need any help razz

I've had several encounters like that in me gaming life. Still today, it relentlessly bombards me with flirtatious, horny teenagers and men.
Several times, I've been asked "a/s/l?" and "got a pic?"
I usually get hit on for a long while, too...until my boyfriend pops in and declares his place in my life. wink It often scares the stalkers away for a little while, until they discover what PM does for them.

Any time. Though, you really should've told him right then and there that you weren't interested. Probably woulda kept him off your back.
