Harem of the Dragon Lord Longwei fancies himself a lord and worthy or praise and worship. He's a fair bit tyrannical and he doesn't permit members of his harem to breed with one another, unless they can give him a very good reason as to why he should let them(he doesn't like to share, though he does like to watch). Any member of his harem found fraternizing with someone outside the harem will be punished, and although he doesn't want his harem boys to breed with one another he's okay with them being flirtatious.
He's not necessarily 'evil', dragons of any alignment may join. They just have to be 'beautiful', as he is very picky.

Resulting offspring may remain in the harem until adulthood, where they are forced to leave(he won't breed with his offspring and he won't permit them to breed with his males) and are encouraged to start their own harems and continue his lineage.
