Biography: Born into a small town that still had a problem with sexism, he suffered throughout his childhood because of his appearance. Most of the others in the town taunted him, even his older brothers and "father". His mother sheltered him to the best of her abilities, yet he was still picked on. His Rage and Frustration manifested itself in violence. He developed anger issues and often resorted to harming others to vent. At the age of 16, he arrived home to find his mother dead and his "father" washing a bloody knife. Julius brutally murdered his father with a hatchet and razed half the town in his rage. He left shortly after burying his mother, only with a few supplies and a book describing his real father. The book filled his young mind with new ways to use his dormant powers for his own gain and new techniques to use with a blade. After years of travel he's decided the only way to change the world is to dominate or destroy it. And when magic was revived into the world, he now had a means to conquer it. (Atleast one paragraph.)

Magic/Super Science:
Thunder Whip: A Strong Lightning Based Attack that can be used lethally and non-lethally. Both result in a Thunder Crack and the main problem is it requires the caster to be within twenty feet of target.
Lightning Strike: Basically Throws Lightning at Foes.
Overlord's Blade: A custom built longsword that is extremely durable and can conduct a current. Used to deadly effectiveness.
Strengths: His use of magic and blade in combat. Superhuman Attributes(Strength, Endurance, Speed), Lack of Fear. Master Boxer and Wrestler. Creative use of electricity (List at least one strength)
Weakness: When Angered he has trouble controlling his magical attacks, Causing destruction around him. Reckless and Cares not for his minions. Young and still makes mistakes. Will fight fights he may not win. Limited effectiveness at great ranges. Lightly Armored. Easily swayed by Lust,Greed,Envy,Pride,Wrath. He doesn't fare so well against fire, though he doesn't fear it. (List at least one weakness)
