Oh for goodness sake, where did that bugger run off to again?! Every single time this would happen, and you'd think the stallion would know better of it by now. Every time he'd tell the little green...thing, "no," or "do this, and not that." But would Creep listen? Ever. Nope. That seemed to be the fact of the matter at this point. And while Marsh could have shrugged good riddance, he couldn't find it in himself to abandon the creepy little familiar.
Heaving a sigh and rolling his eyes, Marsh finally decided on his next move. "Guess we be having to play hide n' seek. Again." He felt a nudge against his hind ankle, and he peered back with a patient grin. "Whatcha say to that, Peep? Care to join me for this round!" And hidden behind his pale leg, a small pair of eyes peeked back from a furry face. The tiny deer tilted her head, before giving a shy nod.
Comforting his more reliable familiar with a soft flick of his tail, Marsh turned his sights towards the field in front of him. The snow fall was fresh, and there was no hint of footprints to track his green familiar. Hm, the brat must be in flight, but that wouldn't last long. He'd tire out like always and come sagging to the ground soon. But Creep was too pale to spot in the winter sky, and so Marsh would have to wait until he'd see a pile of snow puff up to signal his familiar landing.
"C'mon then, Peep. Just follow me n' stay close, got it?" And the stallion pressed forward, using his bulk to clear a path for the dainty deer to folow him in without risk of sinking into the snow.

The small gremlin clicked his beak as he circled inside the tiny hole he had landed in. The snow made an excellent cushion, but was not the most comforting substance to be stuck in for long. And his dive had made the hole be a taaad too deep for him to simply hop out of. When the mare peeked down at him, the critter shreaked both in fear and anger to make the stranger disappear. How dare it just waltz into his personal space!? The sounds were crystal clear in the winter air, and the stallion pivoted his ear to the sound. Such a loud and bothersome gremlin he had adopted. Marching through the snow, Marsh couldn't help but huff as he breached the incline of a small hill. The snow made traveling such an exercise! "Eh there, e' didn't hurt ya now, did he?" Marsh hadn't expected another Soquili to be at the landing sight. And she seemed slightly disturbed by her findings. Eh, hopefully she wouldn't faint then at the sight of his odd skin. Casually trotting up, he peered down into the hole with a smirk. "Be serving ya right, Creep. Maybe I should leave ya in there to think about your deeds." Behind Marsh, the young deer sneezed with a shake, before tiptoeing to lean against his hind leg for warmth.

"Nah, don't let him fool ya. He always sounds that awful." The stallion leaned forward to peer deeper into the hole, its location almost covered by the mounds of snow. "Come on out now! Just grab a hold like normal." And like normal, the little gremlin grabbed hold of the stallions nostrils just tight enough so he wouldn't fall off as the Soquili lifted his neck. Once he 'escaped' from the tiny hole, the gremlin stretched his wings and darted up in the air with a buzz of angry comments. Sheesh, a thank you would have been nice!

Giving no more than a sigh as the creature flew away, Marsh peered back at the unfortunate mare who had to put up with the situation. "Naerdiel, you said? Nice to meetcha, I do apologize for my friend's poor behavior. The name is Marsh." He gave a soft nod in greeting while moving his hind leg to reveal his other equine companion. "And this here is Peep. She doesn't say much though, but her manners are beyond polite."
