Nickname: While it’s entirely possible you might be thinking of names to call her, Elle likely does not appreciate them.
Age: 21

Fav. Food: A well made tortilla soup with extra tortilla chips will win her heart right off the bat, but anything with strong seasoning or hot spices. Mexican and Cajun food usually hit the spot. She also has an intense affinity for apples.
Hated Food: Cream cheese. In sweet dishes, in savory dishes, in anything.
School: Elle has a job as a ‘Party Princess’, a costumed entertainer employed by a party planning company that supplies and services children’s parties. So basically she dresses up in a ballgown and babysits. She is also pursuing an associates degree of fine arts at DCU and is trying (and failing, for the most part) to make her way as an actress.
Hobbies:
Costuming: Elle has a job that is incredibly cosplay friendly and she loves it. While you won’t see her indulging at ComiCon she does look at the past time with starry eyed glee and can often be found looking for that perfect wing to style or dress to alter. She sews and styles, but only as they apply to her personal character costumes, and occasionally the other dresses suffering from a bit of wear and tear over at her boss's HQ. That being said, she does dedicate free time to the task outside of just work duties when she really doesn’t have to. She does anyway because she enjoys it. So knock-off-Belle’s wig is getting a little worn, or the pirate costumes got a bit ripped during that last affair, that’s okay, she’ll take care of it. Really, she doesn’t mind!
Auditions: Elle is quite certain she was always meant to be in the spotlight. She has a long history of attempting to throw herself on stage, but she doesn’t have her heart set on community theater anymore. She wants to be in film, and that takes a lot of auditioning and inquiring. Everything from volunteering her behind the scenes services to the local theater to auditioning for the next play bolsters her resume, and persistently attending casting calls are all necessary tasks to get where she wants to go.
Tea: Elle adores tea. Elle is a tea snob. She drinks a ton of it, second in her daily consumption only to water. She is a connoisseur who will go to great and persistent lengths to track down quality tea leaves and investigate new mixes. From her long list of mixes to experiment with to the tea cabinet in her home to the variety of tea ware she keeps depending on whether she is serving Asian tea or English tea, the consumption is her passion and must be done right.
Virtues:
Unrelenting: Elle is a tenacious b***h. She does not like failing, or being told to drop something. She will harp on something and gnaw at it like a bone whether it’s a personal challenge or just a conversation topic. She doesn’t really care if you don’t want to discuss your problems, she wants to hear them, and will push the issue. She doesn’t care about the odds of her constant auditioning leading to a grand career as an actress being slim, she auditions anyway. She’ll be pushed back, but she keeps moving forward regardless. While her pushiness may cause some friction among some personality types, in the end, it usually produces results and she is not really the type to be hindered by a bit of friction or resistance.
Sober: Elle is calm. She can be freaking out, of course, when s**t gets real, but she tries her best to maintain an outwardly collected appearance. She deals with children on a daily basis and puts forth a ton of effort in maintaining crises in her home life. She’s the oldest sibling, she’s the parent, she is the one you can expect to be all business when s**t starts going to hell. Her role as the mature support system has trained her to always maintain at the very least, the appearance she is in total control of herself and her emotions, especially when she isn’t.
Proper: Elle is a lady. She walks with poise and her head held high. She always thanks gentlemen who hold open doors, she always graciously declares her gratitude for being allowed present at events, and her speech is always carefully censored. She tries her best to maintain a sense of class, in spite of her more ‘common’ upbringing. Even when intentionally insulting someone or snarking vicious barbs, a slur or swear is nowhere to be found in her speech, because that would just be improper.
Ambitious: Elle has dreams, man. She’s going to make it big. She has a clear vision of the life she wants to build and she is going after it. She gets anxious stagnating and always seeks to improve upon her status. If there’s a way to move up, a way to prove herself, any way at all, she will take the opportunity as it presents itself.
Flaws:
Permafrost: There is no melting ice queen here. If you wanted her to melt, look elsewhere. Elle is cold, plain and simple. She isn’t incapable of affection, but certainly not in public and even behind closed doors she can be very restrained. Outward empathy is expressed in only the most subtle gestures. Her calm restraint in times of distress and crisis doesn't give off feelings of emotionlessness, but steely judgement and lacking sympathy. She usually has deeper motives or issues regarding who she pushes or offends or hurts, and whether or not she is apologetic or regretful of these things can vary as much as any other human, but her introversion and restraint gives her too much difficulty to open up and communicate and humanize with her peers. This is especially difficult because all of her ambitions center on being able to humanize and present people with some semblance of emotion, and this is her constantly getting in her own way. She has an easier time with children and 'lower' people but not by much.
Selfish: If Elle is capable of passion, then it is definitely for material gains. She wants wealth, and freedom. She wants family and friends. And she possesses with fervor. She does not share, she is not charitable. Her things are her things and she doesn’t like them taken from her. It’s the grandest insult, taking from the treasures she’s built and collected. She worked hard for what she has, and she’ll keep it at all costs. Human beings and relationships often fall into these categories as well. She has great difficulty building relationships or developing bonds, and these too are treasures she often fears threats to.
Vengeful: Elle does not take insult lightly. She holds on to grudges and anger and allows it to manifest against the offender. Once you’re on her s**t list, you don’t get off easily, and she will go out of her way to cause you problems whenever possible, directly and indirectly. She goes after people with intent, and is never satisfied. She can bullshit she only wants them to pay, but facts are she could punish for a perceived crime ten times over and not be satisfied. Her rage is never outwardly or explosive. It's a slow, ongoing burn that can be tearing her apart behind the mask long after someone has probably forgotten about it entirely. It's rarely a noticeable problem until all of that bottled anger starts manifesting itself into action.
Legendary: Elle is amazing, you just haven’t realized it yet. Overconfident and vain to a fault, she is her own hero and she saunters through life as such. Failure and adversity don’t prove her wrong, those are flukes, but every victory no matter how small proves her point. She’s a narcissist. Her realm of possession extends to people. And when you are hers that love and providence comes at the cost of dealing with the fact she becomes angry at the implication you have wants and desires outside of her. She’s the center of the universe, her universe and yours, and it is impossible not to offend her if you flagrantly ignore this.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Deep green, ever so slightly on the border of almond shaped but not quite, with long lashes.
Hair: Black, shiny, with a loose wave to it and minor curl, especially at the ends. Falls to mid-back in length.
Face: Very pale. Her sharp features and dark accents only exacerbate her lack of coloring, which she tries to liven up with blushes, deep lipsticks, and dark eye shadow.
Clothes: In her off time Elle tends to wear revealing cuts with muted tones and always at least some jewelry. For work she dons ballgowns and the occasional pirate or knock-off super hero costume. She has mild myopia and shifts between contact lenses or stylish frames.

Lieutenant: Metal hair chopsticks
Captain: Twin blades resembling sai but have a cut and point like very small stilettos. The are meant to be firmly gripped in the hand and are not well shaped for throwing. They can be dangerous, but Galena must be incredibly close to an opponent to do any real damage.
General: Twin stiletto swords at the awkward length of 21 inch blades. Too short to be swords, too long to be knives, and thin enough to be letter openers. However, they can be deadly when utilized with proper finesse, which is difficult due to their construct being more for style than ease of use. (Or simply warp or snap when used improperly)

Heya Carneli! Elle looks great and I hope she makes it big as a lawyer actress someday! Have fun playing her! I totally think her frosty flaw and love of tea are just perfect for this time of year! Cheers!
