Kararti shot like a projectile into a clump of bushes, her little legs carrying her farther into their branches than she would have liked. She was supposed to be playing hide-and-seek with her brothers, but had the sneaking suspicion that they'd stopped looking for her. That was fine - it gave her more time to explore.
Venturing out of the bushes carefully, Kara shook herself free from the leaves and twigs in her hair. Maybe I could go find that cave again, she thought, remembering the little grotto she'd sheltered in with her brother during a rain storm. Trotting around, she tried to find it, but this proved much more difficult than she'd anticipated - there was a lot of land to cover in the short time before she should be heading home if she wanted to make it before dark. Sighing, Kara turned around and started to head home, wondering why she hadn't met anyone during the time she'd been out and about. It wasn't that her parents' territory was high traffic - she was just in the mood to meet people. Wandering slowly through the trees near where her parents lived, Kara turned to watch the sunset. Once again, she found that her colors nearly mimicked it. With a contented sigh, she settled down in the grass, clashing horribly with it, to watch the sunset before she was supposed to join her family in the nest.

Today little Helena Augusta found herself wandering around her grandfathers herd. Her mothers herd was close by so it wasn't like she had traveled very far by herself. It would be impossible for someone dangerous to come through the small space between the two herds. While she probably should have been heading back to her mothers herd or just sticking to her fathers side she was instead wandering the opposite end of the herd. The one that led out into the real world. Helena Augusta was a brave little filly but she never let herself go too far away just because she didn't want to worry anyone. She had a good sense of responsibility and since she was the eldest of the three children that were born to Victoria and Obsidian she was also very protective. However, her little legs carried her towards the border without trouble. It wouldn't be bad if she just went to the border. It wasn't like she was leaving. "Wow. It's so beautiful!" Helena exclaimed excitedly towards the sky. For some reason the sunset seemed different here than further in the herd. It was a silly notion but to the filly everything was new and confusing.
Her pale blue eyes scanned the area, her tail perked up behind her, almost as if she was dog who found something odd, yet interesting. Her eyes had landed on a orange and blue colored gal who seemed to blend into the landscape as the sun was beginning to fall into it's slumber. A smile made it's way to her lips and she couldn't help but walk closer. Helena hadn't seen her before in either of the two herds. She didn't seem that dangerous either. Her smile only grew when she finally noticed that the stranger was also a unicorn. None of her family members were unicorns so it made this encounter all the more exciting. Helena was a rather curious young filly who seemed to have very few girly features to herself. "Hello! What are you doing here?" Helena asked of the stranger excitedly. Her whole body seemed tense with the amount of excitement she had built up in her.

I wasn't sure if she was supposed to be a foal or mare. XD Seems like we had talked about it be a foal RP but it could have been a foal/adult one. Up to you. c:
